Abstract
The article reports on the opposition of civil-liberties groups to a list published by Auburn University's student newspaper in Montgomery, Alabama which lists local AIDS victims. The list has been compiled by city officials to make police officers and firefighters aware of AIDS-infected people they might encounter in rescue missions. Civil-liberties groups expressed opposition citing possible discrimination against those people with AIDS.
