The man begins to cry during [...], An innovative training program created for Florida's largest bank trust company by the nation's largest not-for-profit hospice is offered to all trust employees providing customer service. The impetus came from one branch's search for help in dealing with customer grief. Course topics include: changing customers expectations; grief support opportunities; recognizing and responding to customer grief and resolving professional grief. The post-training reports suggest that new knowledge applied produces a better quality of service.
