The article provides information concerning the impact of administrative unions on the way colleagues work together in the U.S. To shrink class sizes in Haverhill, Massachusetts Public Schools, The author infers that the members of the Haverhill Public School Committee have been pushing the four curriculum supervisors of the district to teach math, English, science, and social studies classes in grades 6-12.
