At issue is a measure called innovative financing which takes a fraction of the significant economic advances bestowed by globalization and allows contributions to the ill in developing countries. Among other issues the authors note that a consumer purchasing an airline ticket will be encouraged to give money to charities assisting HIV/AIDS victims and those suffering from malaria and tuberculosis.
