The article discusses bullying at workplace and provides suggestions on how to survive the bullying. Workplace bullying refers to use of persistent aggressive behavior against a co-worker from a fellow worker or supervisor; it can include verbal, psychological or even physical abuse; it can lower the self-confidence of the victim. Those who are being bullied can talk to other coworkers to find out if they are experiencing similar behavior, go to the seniors for help or take a legal recourse.
