The article focuses on chiroptera in Africa in 2015 and presents several charts on the same. Topics discussed include highest species found in the Albertine Rift in East Africa, relationship between megabats and rhinolophids, molecular studies revealing expanded superfamily, Noctilionoidea and rabies in bats. Other topics include distribution maps of bats such as Megaloglossus and Tadarida lobata and a chart on genera and species per family.
