For Reversible computing, Target technology is yet to become available. Adequate tools are not yet developed for reversible technology. Simulation is still under development. Classical logic synthesis methods and simulation tools can not be used in reversible computing. Because these work on irreversible logic blocks but in reversible computing reversible logic blocks are used for design and implementation. So, we need a simulation platform to analysis and development in this area. So, we worked on this area and developed a GUI based simulator. In the Dissertation work, we undertook simulation of RPGA, reversible alternative to FPGA. We developed a RPGA simulator in our project. RPGA simulator combines the technology of PLD/FPGA/SYSTOLIC array. Our RPGA simulator, implements a given symmetric reversible Circuit on a RPGA structure. We also worked on RPGA structure gates (picton and kerntopf gates) to develop a better RPGA structure. Stepwise execution on RPGA structure is also performed in RPGA simulator. We also designed new algorithms for Truth Table generation and symmetry analysis. The dissertation work aims to develop entire simulator is GUI based and easy to learn that makes it user friendly. Before Nimbus-7 Costal Zone Color Scanner (CZC) data can be used to distinguish between coastal water types, methods must be developed for the removal of spatial variations in aerosol path radiance. These can dominate radiance measurements made by the satellite. An assessment is presently made of the ability of four different algorithms to quantitatively remove haze effects; each was adapted for the extraction of the required scene-dependent parameters during an initial pass through the data set The CZCS correction algorithms considered are (1) the Gordon (1981, 1983) algorithm; (2) the Smith and Wilson (1981) iterative algorityhm; (3) the pseudooptical depth method; and (4) the residual component algorithm.

A method is proposed for using clear lakes as dark backgrounds against which the atmospheric path radiance can be determined from satellite observations. If the path radiance can be determined to sufficient accuracy, the atmospheric extinction can be inferred with suitable radiative transfer models. An extensive program of observation was made to determine the magnitude and variability of the various contributors to the total radiance observed by a satellite. It is shown that the volume and surface reflectance contributions (in the absence of sunglint) are small, constant, and can be modeled accurately enough to make these an insignificant source of error. The sunglint radiance observed in this investigation may be a significant source of error. It is shown that atmospheric extinction can be inferred from the path radiance observation after systematic differences between the model and observations are removed.
