Graphs serve as efficient tools for visualizing mathematical concepts and their interrelationships. In this paper, focusing on the discrete case with universal set with finite elements, we first introduce the rules and characteristics of graph representation of fuzzy measure and discuss graphic properties of fuzzy measure's duality, symmetry, nonadditivity and nonmodularity. Then we show the graphic presentations of some special families of fuzzy measures, such as the k-additive measure, the k-maxitive and minitive measure, k-order representative measure, k-order interactive measure and the p-symmetric fuzzy measure, as well as of three nonlinear integrals, i.e., the Choquet integral, the Sugeno integral and the pan integral. Finally, we provide visualizations for the fuzzy measure fitting procedure and tools for comparing fuzzy measures.

Fuzzy measures, also referred to as nonadditive measures, emerge from the foundational concept of additive measures by transforming additivity into monotonicity. In comparison to the expansive $2^n$ coefficients of fuzzy measures, additive measures encompass just $n$ coefficients, enabling them to efficiently provide initial viable solutions across various domains including normal, super/submodular, super/subadditive, (anti)buoyant, and other specialized fuzzy measures. To further enhance the effectiveness of these measures, techniques such as allowable range adjustments and random walks have been introduced, aiming to decrease the redundancy in linear extensions and bolster the random or uniform nature of the generated measures. In addition to innovating the ideas of random generation and adjustment strategies for multiple types of fuzzy measures, this paper also sheds light on the profound connection between additive and fuzzy measures.

In this paper, the effects of Al, Nb main elements, Fe, Mo, W, Co, B, Si and their contents on the fluidity of Ti-22Al-25Nb alloy were investigated. The composition that was beneficial to improve the fluidity was screened through the thermodynamic software calculating thermophysical parameters affecting the fluidity of Ti$_2$AlNb alloy, the numerical simulation test of its fluidity and the verification test of the fluidity of optimized alloys. Finally, the improvement mechanism of the alloy fluidity was discussed. Results showed that the appropriate reduction of Nb element was better than Al element for the improvement of fluidity. The addition of trace Fe, B and Si elements were beneficial to the improvement of fluidity, the improvement effect of B element was best, while the addition of trace Mo, W, Co were not conducive to the improvement of fluidity. The cessation mechanism of Ti$_2$AlNb alloy is the cessation mechanism of the alloy with a wide crystallization temperature range. The composition which was most beneficial to improve the fluidity was Ti-22Al-24Nb-0.1B. The main reasons for the improvement of the fluidity had two sides: on the one hand, the reduction of 1at% Nb and the addition of 0.1at% B not only increased the superheat and crystallization latent heat of the alloy, but also reduced the melt viscosity and thermal conductivity, thus improving the fluidity. On the other hand, the TiB phase refined the grains, the fine grains prevented the dendrite from growing into developed dendrite networks, inhibited the adverse effect of the increase in the width of the solidification zone on the fluidity, reduced the flow resistance of the molten metal, and further improved the fluidity of the alloy., Comment: 23 pages, 14 figures, research paper

Space scientific exploration is becoming the main battlefield for mankind to explore the universe. Countries around the world have successively launched various space exploration satellites. Accurate calibration on the ground is a key factor for space science satellites to obtain observational results. In order to provide calibration for various satellite-borne detectors, several monochromatic X-rays facilities has been built at National Institute of Metrology, P.R. China (NIM). These facilities are mainly based on grating diffraction and Bragg diffraction, the energy range of produced monochromatic X-rays is (0.218-301) keV. The facilities have a good performance on energy stability, monochromaticity and flux stability. Monochromaticity of all facilities is better than 3.0%, the stability of energy is better than 1.0% over 8 hours, and the stability of flux is better than 2.0% over 8 hours. The calibration experiments of satellite-borne detectors, such as energy linearity, energy resolution, detection efficiency and temperature response can be carried out on the facilities. So far we have completed the calibration of two satellites, and there are still three satellites in progress. We present an enhancement of spin properties of the shallow (<5nm) NV centers by using ALD to deposit titanium oxide layer on the diamond surface. With the oxide layer of an appropriate thickness, increases about 2 up to 3.5 times of both relaxation time and evolution time were achieved and the shallow NV center charge states stabilized as well. Moreover, the coherence time kept almost unchanged. This surface coating technique could produce a protective coating layer of controllable thickness without any damages to the solid quantum system surface, making it possible to prolong T1 time and T2* time, which would be a possible approach to the further packaging technique for the applicating solid quantum devices., Comment: 5 pages, 4 figures

One-dimensional single-wire chamber was developed to provide high position resolution for powder diffraction experiments with synchrotron radiation. A diffraction test using the sample of SiO2 has been accomplished at 1W2B laboratory of Beijing Synchrotron Radiation Source. The data of beam test were analyzed and some diffraction angles were obtained. The experimental results were in good agreement with standard data from ICDD powder diffraction file. The precision of diffraction angles was 1% to 4.7%. Most of relative errors between measured values of diffraction angles and existing data were less than 1%. As for the detector, the best position resolution in the test was 138 um (sigma value) with an X-ray tube. Finally, discussions of the results were given. The major factor that affected the precision of measurement was deviation from the flat structure of detector. The effect was analyzed and it came to a conclusion that it would be the optimal measurement scheme when the distance between the powder sample and detector was from 400 mm to 600 mm.

A 2D neutron detector based on 3He convertor and MWPC with an active area of 200 mm \times 200 mm has been successfully designed and fabricated. The detector has been tested with Am/Be neutron source and with collimated neutron beam with wavelength of {\lambda} = 1.37 {\AA}. A best spatial resolution of 1.18 mm (FWHM) and good linearity were obtained. This is in good agreement with the theoretical calculations., Comment: 7 pages, 9 figures, 10 conference

Systematic investigations including both simulation and prototype tests have been done about the interpolating resistive readout structure with GEM (Gaseous Electron Multiplier) detector. From the simulation, we have a good knowledge of the process of charges diffusion on the surface of the readout plane and develop several reconstruction methods to determine the hit position. The total signal duration time of a typical event with the readout structure is about several hundred nanoseconds, which implied an ideal count rate up to 106Hz. A stable worked prototype was designed and fabricated after the simulation. Using 55Fe 5.9keV X-Ray, the image performance of the prototype is examined with flat field image and some special geometry shapes, meanwhile, an energy resolution of about 17% is obtained.

Thermoelectric power of a material, typically governed by its band structure and carrier density, can be varied by chemical doping that is often restricted by solubility of the dopant. Materials showing large thermoelectric power are useful for many industrial applications, such as the heat-to-electricity conversion and the thermoelectric cooling device. Here we show a full electric field tuning of thermoelectric power in a dual-gated bilayer graphene device resulting from the opening of a band-gap by applying a perpendicular electric field on bilayer graphene. We uncover a large enhancement in thermoelectric power at low temperature, which may open up a new possibility in low temperature thermoelectric application using graphene-based device., Comment: 12 pages, 4 figures

A program designed to provide students with a fairly good command of English, including some knowledge of scientific and technical English, upon completing the five year middle school is discussed. The five year period is divided into three stages. In the first stage, first and second year students receive training in listening comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing with special emphasis on the former two skills. Listening and speaking training should not be undertaken without subsequent training in reading and writing for the acquisition and development of these skills is interdependent. The second stage concerns individual study and independent work by third year students. Individual study provides basic training and is compulsory for the development of reading skills. The development of skills during independent work improves the effectiveness of classroom teaching. The third stage, undertaken in the fourth and fifth years, provides special training in reading while continuing training in other skills. To train students to read and comprehend scientific English, a series of lessons on electricity was assigned. Students were to read the texts silently and aloud, describe selected passages, memorize technical items, and grammatically analyze sentences. Progress in the development of all four skills is noted. The results of an experimental study showing that a contoured, fine wire mesh attached to the screen grid can be used to control the divergence characteristics of ion beamlets produced at low net-to-total accelerating voltage ratios are presented. The influence of free and constrained-sheath optics systems on beamlet divergence characteristics are found to be similar in the operating regime investigated, but it was found that constrained-sheath optics systems can be operated at higher perveance levels than free-sheath ones. The concept of a fine wire interference probe that can be used to study ion beamlet focusing behavior is introduced. This probe is used to demonstrate beamlet focusing to a diameter about one hundreth of the screen grid extraction aperture diameter. Additional testing is suggested to define an optimally contoured mesh that could yield well focused beamlets at net-to-total accelerating voltage ratios below about 0.1.
