Phoebe is the only major satellite of Saturn with a retrograde orbit. The Cassini Imaging Science Subsystem (ISS) took a lot of Phoebe images between 2004 and 2017, but only a selection of them has been reduced. In this paper, we reduced the remaining ISS images of Phoebe. In the reduction, the Gaia EDR3 catalogue was used to provide the reference stars' positions, and the modified moment was used to measure the centre of image stars and Phoebe. Finally, a total of 834 ISS images of Phoebe have been reduced successfully. Compared with the JPL ephemeris SAT375, Phoebe's positions are consistent. The average residuals in the right ascension and declination are 0.08" and $-0.05$", and the standard deviations of the residuals are about 0.2". In terms of residuals in linear units, the means in the right ascension and declination are about 5 km and $-2$ km, respectively; The standard deviations are about 11 km. We explore the magnetoresistance (MC) effect in an organic semiconductor device based on the magnetic field related bipolaron formation. By establishing a group of dynamic equations, we present the transition among spin-parallel, spin-antiparallel polaron pairs and bipolarons. The transition rates are adjusted by the external magnetic field as well as the hyperfine interaction of the hydrogen nuclei. The hyperfine interaction is addressed and treated in the frame work of quantum mechanics. By supposing the different mobility of polarons from that of bipolarons, we obtain the MC in an organic semiconductor device. The theoretical calculation is well consistent to the experimental data. It is predicated that a maximum MC appears at a suitable branching ratio of bipolarons. The correlation and competition between antiferromagnetism and superconductivity are one of the most fundamental issues in all of high temperature superconductors. The superconductivity in high temperature cuprate superconductors arises from suppressing an antiferromagnetic (AFM) Mott insulator phase by doping1 while that in iron-pnictide high temperature superconductors arises from AFM semimetals and can coexist with AFM orders2-9. This key difference marked in their phase diagrams has raised many intriguing debates about whether the two materials can be placed in the same category to understand the mechanism of superconductivity. Recently, superconductivity at 32 K has been reported in iron-chalcogenide superconductors AxFe2-ySe2 (A=K, Rb, and Cs)10-12, which have the same structure as that of iron-pnictide AFe2As2 (A=Ba, Sr, Ca and K)13-15. Here, we report electronic and magnetic phase diagram of KxFe2-ySe2 system as a function of Fe valence. We find two AFM insulating phases and reveal that the superconducting phase is sandwiched between them, and give direct evidence that the superconductivity in AxFe2-ySe2 originates from the AFM insulating parent compounds. The two insulating phases are characterized by two distinct superstructures caused by Fe vacancy orders with modulation wave vectors of q1=(1/5, 3/5, 0) and q2=(1/4, 3/4, 0), respectively. These experimental results strongly indicate that iron-based superconductors and cuprates share a common origin and mechanism of superconductivity., Comment: 17 pages, 4 figures and 1 table

The orientation-dependence of thin-crystal lattice fringes can be gracefully quantified using fringe-visibility maps, a direct-space analog of Kikuchi maps. As in navigation of reciprocal space with the aid of Kikuchi lines, fringe-visibility maps facilitate acquisition of 3D crystallographic information in lattice images. In particular, these maps can help researchers to determine the 3D lattice parameters of individual nano-crystals, to ``fringe fingerprint'' collections of randomly-oriented particles, and to measure local specimen-thickness with only modest tilt. Lattices in three dimensions are oft studied from the ``reciprocal space'' perspective of diffraction. Today, the full lattice of a crystal can often be inferred from direct-space information about three sets of non-parallel lattice planes. Such data can come from electron-phase or Z contrast images taken at two tilts, provided that one image shows two non-parallel lattice periodicities, and the other shows a periodicity not coplanar with the first two. We outline here protocols for measuring the 3D parameters of cubic lattice types in this way. For randomly-oriented nanocrystals with cell side greater than twice the continuous transfer limit, orthogonal +/-15 deg and +/-10 deg tilt ranges might allow one to measure 3D parameters of all such lattice types in a specimen from only two well-chosen images. The Global Ozone Monitoring Experiment (GOME) is a hyper-spectral satellite instrument measuring the ultraviolet backscatter at relatively high spectral resolution. GOME radiances have been slit averaged to emulate measurements of the Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) made at discrete wavelengths and processed using the new TOMS Version 8 Ozone Algorithm. Compared to Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy (DOAS) techniques based on local structure in the Huggins Bands, the TOMS uses differential absorption between a pair of wavelengths including the local stiucture as well as the background continuum. This makes the TOMS Algorithm more sensitive to ozone, but it also makes the algorithm more sensitive to instrument calibration errors. While calibration adjustments are not needed for the fitting techniques like the DOAS employed in GOME algorithms, some adjustment is necessary when applying the TOMS Algorithm to GOME. Using spectral discrimination at near ultraviolet wavelength channels unabsorbed by ozone, the GOME wavelength dependent calibration drift is estimated and then checked using pair justification. In addition, the day one calibration offset is estimated based on the residuals of the Version 8 TOMS Algorithm. The estimated drift in the 2b detector of GOME is small through the first four years and then increases rapidly to +5% in normalized radiance at 331 nm relative to 385 nm by mid 2000. The lb detector appears to be quite well behaved throughout this time period.

The Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS) series comprises four instruments providing a total of 25 years of daily global stratospheric ozone data over the sunlit portion of the Earth. A new retrieval algorithm has been developed for TOMS, designated Version 8. The algorithm is based on differential absorption across a pair of wavelength channels chosen close together to minimize the impact of wavelength dependent forward modeling errors. Version 8 enhancements include correction for the presence of tropospheric aerosols and sun glint from water surfaces, a better treatment of variability due to tropospheric ozone and temperature dependence, and an improved forward model, particularly in regions of persistent snow and ice. Among other things, the Version 8 enhancements have reduced latitudinal dependence seen previously in TOMS - Dobson comparisons, predominantly in the Southern Hemisphere's summer, when the tropospheric ozone, temperature, and snow/ice corrections are additive. The basic components of the algorithm and its impact on derived total ozone will be discussed.
