The paper formulates a principal positions of non-Hermitian models with $\gamma_5$-mass extensions, which often be ignored in some investigations for this subject. In fact in this case Hamiltonians contain not only Hermitian masses $m_1$, but also contribution from anti-Hermitian components of fermion masses $m_2$. Main misunderstanding a number of papers is consist in using of this model for any values of fermion masses for fixed values of $m_1$ and $m_2$. However the basis appearing of two parameters masses may be undertaken a simple estimation for determination maximal permissible value of fermion mass $M={m_1}^2/2m_2$ which may be used for this model. Easy to see that $M$ becomes infinite and hence experimentally does not observable only in Dirac's limit, when the non-Hermitian mass fully is disappearing. In particular the equality $m_1=m_2$ can be realized only in two cases when $m_1=m_2=0$ and $m_1=m_2=2M$. Moreover in the second case the question is about the possibility existence a number of new fermions masses which are equal to the masses of particles Standard Model(SM) but when they have the non-Hermitian characteristics. In this case the paradox of the "two masses" takes place and its solution may be done only in suggested model with a maximal mass. Appearing particles can be considered as some new particles arising beyond SM. We develop relativistic non-Hermitian quantum theory and its application to neutrino physics in a strong magnetic field. It is well known, that one of the fundamental postulates of quantum theory is the requirement of Hermiticity of physical parameters. This condition not only guarantees the reality of the eigenvalues of Hamiltonian operators, but also implies the preservation of the probabilities of the considered quantum processes. However as it was shown relatively recently (Bender, Boettcher 1998), Hermiticity is a sufficient but it is not a necessary condition. It turned out that among non-Hermitian Hamiltonians it is possible to allocate a number of such which have real energy spectra and can ensure the development of systems over time with preserving unitarity. This type of Hamiltonians includes so-called parity-time (${\cal PT}$) symmetric models which is already used in various fields of modern physics. In this paper we draw attention to the fact that the studies by V. G. Kadyshevsky devoted to the creation of the which \emph{\emph{to the geometric quantum field theory with a fundamental mass}} containing non-Hermitian mass extensions. It is important that these ideas recently received a powerful development in the form of construction of the non-Hermitian algebraic approach. The central point of these theories is the construction of new scalar products in which the average values of non-Hermitian Hamiltonians are valid. Among numerous works on this subject may be to allocate as purely mathematical and containing a discussion of experimental results. Starting with the modified Dirac equations for free massive particles with the $\gamma_5$-extension of the physical mass $m\rightarrow m_1 + \gamma_5 m_2$, we consider equations of relativistic quantum mechanics in the presence of an external electromagnetic field. The new approach is developing on the basis of existing methods for study the unbroken $\cal PT$ symmetry of Non-Hermitian Hamiltonians. The paper shows that this modified model contains the definition of the mass parameter, which may use as the determination of the magnitude scaling of energy $M$. Obviously that the transition to the standard approach is valid when small in comparison with $M$ energies and momenta. Formally, this limit is performed when $M\rightarrow\infty$, which simultaneously should correspond to the transition to a \emph{Hermitian limit}$m_2\rightarrow 0$. Inequality $m \leq M$ may be considered and as the restriction of the mass spectrum of fermions considered in the model. The modified Dirac equations for the massive particles with the replacement of the physical mass $m$ with the help of the relation $m\rightarrow m_1 + \gamma_5 m_2$ are investigated. It is shown that for a free fermion theory with a $\gamma_5$ mass term, the finiteness of the mass spectrum at the value $ m_{max}= {m_1}^2/2m_2$ takes place. In this case the region of the unbroken $\cal PT$-symmetry may be expressed by means of the simple restriction of the physical mass $m\leq m_{max}$. Furthermore, we have that the areas of unbroken $\cal PT$-symmetry $m_1\geq m_2\geq 0$, which guarantees the reality values of the physical mass $m$, consists of three different parametric subregions: i) $0\leq m_2 < m_1/\sqrt{2}$, \,\,ii) $m_2=m_1/\sqrt{2}=m_{max},$ \,\,(iii)$m_1/\sqrt{2}< m_2 \leq m_1$. It is vary important, that only the first subregion (i) defined mass values $m_1,m_2,$ which correspond to the description of traditional particles in the modified models, because this area contain the possibility transform the modified model to the ordinary Dirac theory. The second condition (ii) is defined the "maximon" - the particle with maximal mass $m=m_{max}$. In the case (iii) we have to do with the unusual or "exotic" particles for description of which Hamiltonians and equations of motion have no a Hermitian limit. The modified Dirac equations for the massive particles with the replacement of the physical mass $m$ with the help of the relation $m\rightarrow m_1+ \gamma_5 m_2$ are investigated. It is shown that for a fermion theory with a $\gamma_5$-mass term, the limiting of the mass specter by the value $ m_{max}= {m_1}^2/2m_2$ takes place. In this case the different regions of the unbroken $\cal PT$ symmetry may be expressed by means of the restriction of the physical mass $m\leq m_{max}$. It should be noted that in the approach which was developed by C.Bender et al. for the $\cal PT$-symmetric version of the massive Thirring model with $\gamma_5$-mass term, the region of the unbroken $\cal PT$-symmetry was found in the form $m_1\geq m_2$ \cite{ft12}. However on the basis of the mass limitation $m\leq m_{max}$ we obtain that the domain $m_1\geq m_2$ consists of two different parametric sectors: i) $0\leq m_2 \leq m_1/\sqrt{2}$ -this values of mass parameters $m_1,m_2$ correspond to the traditional particles for which in the limit $m_{max}\rightarrow \infty$ the modified models are converting to the ordinary Dirac theory with the physical mass $m$; ii)$m_1/\sqrt{2}\leq m_2 \leq m_1$ - this is the case of the unusual particles for which equations of motion does not have a limit, when $m_{max}\rightarrow \infty$. The presence of this possibility lets hope for that in Nature indeed there are some "exotic fermion fields". As a matter of fact the formulated criterions may be used as a major test in the process of the division of considered models into ordinary and exotic fermion theories. The quantum-field model described by non-Hermitian, but a ${\cal PT}$-symmetric Hamiltonian is considered. It is shown by the algebraic way that the limiting of the physical mass value $m \leq m_{max}= {m_1}^2/2m_2$ takes place for the case of a fermion field with a $\gamma_5$-dependent mass term ($m\rightarrow m_1 +\gamma_5 m_2 $). In the regions of unbroken $\cal PT$ symmetry the Hamiltonian $H$ has another symmetry represented by a linear operator $ \cal C$. We exactly construct this operator by using a non-perturbative method. In terms of $ \cal C$ operator we calculate a time-independent inner product with a positive-defined norm. As a consequence of finiteness mass spectrum we have the $\cal PT$-symmetric Hamiltonian in the areas $(m\leq m_{max})$, but beyond this limits $\cal PT$-symmetry is broken. Thus, we obtain that the basic results of the fermion field model with a $\gamma_5$-dependent mass term is equivalent to the Model with a Maximal Mass which for decades has been developed by V.Kadyshevsky and his colleagues. In their numerous papers the condition of finiteness of elementary particle mass spectrum was introduced in a purely geometric way, just as the velocity of light is a maximal velocity in the special relativity. We discuss the equations for the bound one-active electron states based on the analytic solutions of the Schrodinger and Pauli equations for a uniform magnetic field and a single attractive $\delta({\bf r})$-potential. It is vary important that ground electron states in the magnetic field differ essentially from the analogous state of spin-0 particles, whose binding energy was intensively studied more than forty years ago. We show that binding energy equations for spin-1/2 particles can be obtained without using the language of boundary conditions in the $\delta$-potential model developed in pioneering works. We use the obtained equations to calculate the energy level displacements analytically and demonstrate nonlinear dependencies on field intensity. We show that the magnetic field indeed plays a stabilizing role in considered systems in a case of the weak intensity, but the opposite occurs in the case of strong intensity. These properties may be important for real quantum mechanical fermionic systems in two and three dimensions. We also analyze the exact solution of the Pauli equation for an electron moving in the potential field determined by the three-dimensional $\delta$-well in the presence of a strong magnetic field. We obtain asymptotic expressions for this solution for different values of the problem parameters. In addition, we consider electron probability currents and their dependence on the magnetic field. We show that including the spin in the framework of the nonrelativistic approach allows correctly taking the effect of the magnetic field on the electric current into account. The obtained dependencies of the current distribution, which is an experimentally observable quantity, can be manifested directly in scattering processes, for example., Comment: 31 pages, 10 figures

The two-component formulation of quantum electrodynamics with fundamental mass is studied. We review and update the prediction of the primordial existence of lepton magnetic moment in framework of two component formulation of the Maximal Mass Model containing a limiting mass $M$, which is considered as new universal physical constant. As it well known in the Dirac theory so-called gyromagnetic factor $g=2$. Quantum electrodynamics together with electro-weak theory and hadronic contributions predicts deviations from Dirac's value. It is very important that all these effects \textbf{slightly increase the $g$-value}. But in our model we have any decreasing of this quantity $g=2\sqrt{1-m^2/M^2}$, where $m$ - is a lepton mass. The most intriguing prediction of new approach is the absolute value of this deviation increases with growth of a lepton mass. In this connection the direct experimental measurements of $\tau$ - lepton anomalous magnetic moment $a_\tau = (g - 2)/2$ gain in extraordinary importance. The most stringent limit $-0.052 < a_{\tau} < 0.013$ at 95% confidence level, was set by the {\small DELPHI}\cite{delphi} collaboration. The authors also quote their result in the form of central value and error $ a_\tau = - 0.018(17).$ To pay attention that the sign of $a_\tau$ is the negative and now we can speak about a qualitative agreement with our predictions., Comment: 10 pages, 0 figures

We investigate the possibility to construct a generalization of the Standard Model, which we call the Maximal Mass Model because it contains a limiting mass $M$ for its fundamental constituents. The parameter $M$ is considered as a new universal physical constant of Nature and therefore is called the fundamental mass. It is introduced in a purely geometrical way, like the velocity of light as a maximal velocity in the special relativity. If one chooses the Euclidean formulation of quantum field theory, the adequate realization of the limiting mass hypothesis is reduced to the choice of the de Sitter geometry as the geometry of the 4-momentum space. All fields, defined in de Sitter p-space in configurational space obey five dimensional Klein-Gordon type equation with fundamental mass $M$ as a mass parameter. The role of dynamical field variables is played by the Cauchy initial conditions given at $x_5 = 0$, guarantying the locality and gauge invariance principles. The corresponding to the geometrical requirements formulation of the theory of scalar, vector and spinor fields is considered in some detail. On a simple example it is demonstrated that the spontaneously symmetry breaking mechanism leads to renormalization of the fundamental mass $M$. A new geometrical concept of the chirality of the fermion fields is introduced. It would be responsible for new measurable effects at high energies $E \geq M$. Interaction terms of a new type, due to the existence of the Higgs boson are revealed. The most intriguing prediction of the new approach is the possible existence of exotic fermions with no analogues in the SM, which may be candidate for dark matter constituents., Comment: 28 pages

On the basis of analytic solutions of Schrodinger and Pauli equations for a uniform magnetic field and a single attractive $\delta({\bf r})$-potential the equations for the bound one-active electron states are discussed. It is vary important that ground electron states in the magnetic field essentially different from the analog state of spin-0 particles that binding energy has been intensively studied at more then forty years ago. We show that binding energy equations for spin-1/2 particles can be obtained without using of a well-known language of boundary conditions in the model of $\delta$-potential that has been developed in pioneering works. Exact solutions of Schroedinger and Pauli equations for charged particles in an external stationary electromagnetic field of an arbitrary configuration are constructed. Green functions of scalar and spinor particles are calculated in this field. The corresponding equations for complex energy of particles bounded by short range potential are deduced. Boundary condition typical for delta - potential is not used in the treatment. Explicit analytical expressions are given for the shift and width of a quasistationary level for different configurations of the external field. The critical value of electric field in which the idea of quasistationary level becomes meaningless is calculated. Given the anomalous magnetic moments of electrons and positrons in the one-loop approximation, we calculate the exact Lagrangian of an intense constant magnetic field that replaces the Heisenberg-Euler Lagrangian in traditional quantum electrodynamics (QED). We have established that the derived generalization of the Lagrangian is real for arbitrary magnetic fields. In a weak field, the calculated Lagrangian matches the standard Heisenberg-Euler formula. In extremely strong fields, the field dependence of the Lagrangian completely disappears, and the Lagrangian tends to a constant determined by the anomalous magnetic moments of the particles., Comment: 19 pages, 3 figures

We extend earlier investigations of charge symmetry violation in the valence quark distributions of the nucleon, and make similar estimates for the pion. The sensitivity of pion-induced Drell-Yan measurements to such effects is then examined. It is shown that combinations of $\pi^+$ and $\pi^-$ data on deuterium and hydrogen are sensitive to these violations, and that the pion and nucleon charge symmetry violating terms separate as a function of $x_\pi$ and $x_N$ respectively. A method was examined for joint construction of a selenocentric fundamental system which can be realized by a coordinate catalog of reference contour points uniformly positioned over the entire lunar surface, and determination of the parameters characterizing the gravitational field, rotation, and orbital motion of the moon. Characteristic of the problem formulation is the introduction of a new complex of inconometric measurements which can be made using pictures obtained from an artificial lunar satellite. The proposed method can be used to solve similar problems on any other planet for which surface images can be obtained from a spacecraft. Characteristic of the proposed technique for solving the problem is the joint statistical analysis of all forms of measurements: orbital iconometric, earth-based trajectory, and also a priori information on the parameters in question which is known from earth-based astronomical studies.

The linear and angular motions of the Zond 6 and Zond 8 spacecraft imaging camera during the exposure cause displacements of the optical image points. In the case of instantaneous exposure of each individual point and the nonsimultaneous exposure of the complete frame, this leads to finite geometric shifts of the points without causing blurring of the photographic image. Therefore, when measuring the resulting photographic pictures, the problem arises of reducing the picture point positions to a common instant of time. This reduction is performed by means of dynamic corrections to the measured picture point coordinates. These corrections are found by using formulas of dynamic photogrammetry. Their use with the Zond space probe photographs is described.

An electronic transformation and correlation system has been developed for the Meteor space weather system which provides transformation and scaling of the original picture, accounts for satellite flight altitude and inclinations of the optical axes of the transmitting devices, and simultaneously superposes the geographical coordinate grid on the transformed picture.

The term iconics covers the complex of methods and equipment for obtaining images, integrated on a common methodological basis. The concept combines such methods and equipment for obtaining images as photography, television, phototelevision, thermovision, and radar. The term iconics has been used previously, but in a narrower sense, as the name for the theory of image reproduction systems, primarily in the sense of their optimization. Iconics must include two branches; theoretical and practical. The system optimization problem then takes its place in theoretical iconics along with other problems. The term iconology has been proposed to cover the complex of image interpretation methods and equipment.

The requirements on the accuracy of geographical correlation of TV and IR cloud cover images are determined by the objective of the analysis of the weather information contained in these images. In the operational analysis case, the correlation accuracy need not be high. Errors of several tens of kilometers in determining the location of the cloud formation contours are considered acceptable in this case. Such correlation must be provided in real image reception time. Scientific studies require accurate correlation of the cloud formation contours. The errors in determining their position should be commensurate with the imaging system resolution. The geometric aspects of developing methods and equipment for geographical correlation of television and infrared images of cloud cover taken from Meteor satellites are discussed.
