Despite advancements in methodologies, immunohistochemistry (IHC) remains the most utilized ancillary test for histopathologic and companion diagnostics in targeted therapies. However, objective IHC assessment poses challenges. Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a potential solution, yet its development requires extensive training for each cancer and IHC type, limiting versatility. We developed a Universal IHC (UIHC) analyzer, an AI model for interpreting IHC images regardless of tumor or IHC types, using training datasets from various cancers stained for PD-L1 and/or HER2. This multi-cohort trained model outperforms conventional single-cohort models in interpreting unseen IHCs (Kappa score 0.578 vs. up to 0.509) and consistently shows superior performance across different positive staining cutoff values. Qualitative analysis reveals that UIHC effectively clusters patches based on expression levels. The UIHC model also quantitatively assesses c-MET expression with MET mutations, representing a significant advancement in AI application in the era of personalized medicine and accumulating novel biomarkers.

Recent developments in science and engineering have motivated control systems to be considered as interconnected and networked systems. From a system identification point of view, modelling of a local module in such a structured system is a relevant and interesting problem. This work focuses on the quality, in terms of variance, of an estimate of a local module. We analyse which predictor input signals are relevant and contribute to variance reduction, while still guaranteeing the consistency of the estimate. For a targeted local module, a comparison of its estimate variance is made between a full-MISO approach and an immersed network setting, where a reduced number of inputs is used, while still guaranteeing consistency. A case study of a four-node network is considered and it is shown that a smaller set of predictor inputs can, under some conditions, result in a smaller variance compared to the full-MISO approach., Comment: 6 pages, 6 figures

A wireless network is realized by mobile devices which communicate over radio channels. Since, experiments of real life problem with real devices are very difficult, simulation is used very often. Among many other important properties that have to be defined for simulative experiments, the mobility model and the radio propagation model have to be selected carefully. Both have strong impact on the performance of mobile wireless networks, e.g., the performance of routing protocols varies with these models. There are many mobility and radio propagation models proposed in literature. Each of them was developed with different objectives and is not suited for every physical scenario. The radio propagation models used in common wireless network simulators, in general researcher consider simple radio propagation models and neglect obstacles in the propagation environment. In this paper, we study the performance of wireless networks simulation by consider different Radio propagation models with considering obstacles in the propagation environment. Till today we dreamt of imperceptible delay in a network. The computer science research grows today faster than ever offering more and more services (computational representational, graphical, intelligent implication etc) to its user. But the problem lies in "greater the volume of services greater the problem of delay". So tracing delay, or performance analysis focusing on time required for computation, in a existing or newly configured network is necessary to conclude the improvement. In this paper, we have done the job of delay analysis in a multi-server system,. For this proposed work we have used continuous -parameter Markov chains (Non -Birth -Death Process),for developing the required models, and for developing the simulator we have used queuing networking, different scheduling algorithms at the servers queue and process scheduling .
