Abstract

The article offers information on the new AMP-6000 platform by medical technology company SY-LAB Geräte GmbH which detects butyric acid-producing clostridia in raw and cheese milk. Details about the differences of AMP-6000 methods from the conventional methods are mentioned including anaerobic incubation, precision, and automation. Particular focus is also given to the detection limits of AMP-6000 methods.
