The article discusses the novel amplifier linearization technique in achieving independent control of third and fourth order intermodulation products along with the use of amplitude modulation. It is said that in mobile radio standards, the design of a power amplifier, which has a high linearity and high efficiency is a critical matter. As a conclusion, it is said that the amplitude and phase of the predistortion signals can easily be controlled due to the vector modulator that consists of in-phase along with quadrature-phase parts while the effort retuning the attenuators has been decreased.
