Koch examining the size of the ocular functional zone before and after wavefront-guided photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) for myopia or mixed astigmatism in the U.S. Data from 72 eyes of 44 consecutive patients who underwent wavefront-guided myopic PRK were analyzed. Results of the study showed the decrease of the ocular functional zone after wavefront-guided PRK for myopia and mixed astigmatism.
