Abstract

The article discusses the study which attempts to determine the cause of mixed glass former effect (MGFE) in relation to ion conduction method of the MGF glasses. The researchers have explored the link between physical properties, composition and structure of sodium borophosphate glass formers. The study suggests that the minority glass former is heavily modified than the majority glass former.
