Abstract

The article focuses on immersion microscopy for ceramics green compact. The liquid immersion method is widely applicable for various ceramic materials. To obtain both adequate optical transparency and contrast, an immersion liquid with an appropriate refractive index must be used. It should have a refractive index slightly different from that of the particle.
