Abstract
The article discusses the release of documents in heavily redacted form by the Department for Education (DfE) under the Freedom of Information Act in 2017. The documents include information about the use of unofficial Office for Standards in Education report in justifying an academy transfer and the investigation of a multi-academy trust for director's payments. The DfE cited reasons for redactions to paper of headteacher board, which include withholding individuals' personal information.

Topics include the role of school teachers to manage the student behavior within a school, the difference between the teaching model in the U.S. and Great Britain, and the effort of U.S. education team to adapt the "Teaching Leaders", a program of Great Britain education system.
