This paper is concerned with monitoring the extent to which the Arabic language keeps pace with the development of civilization In addition to that, it also attempts to highlight the most important mechanisms and principles that the Arabic language has in its linguistic system, which allows it to generate and produce expressive vocabulary in an easy and smooth manner. Our paper also aims to measure the extent of the effectiveness and efficiency of linguistic generation mechanisms in making the Arabic language a language that keeps pace with the development of civilization. In addition to the foregoing, our paper is based on a number of overlapping questions that we present successively as follows: • To what extent does the Arabic language keep pace with the development of the times? • What are the most prominent principles and mechanisms adopted by the Arabic language in the process of producing its expressive words? The aim of the paper is to describe how psychological expertise of work planning contributes to the process of the civilising of objectification. Firstly, it is argued that during this process, some forms of objectification have gained the public status of being reprehensible. Unexpectedly, other types of objectification though, connected with looking at work from the standpoint of psychology, enjoy acceptability. Secondly, qualitative discourse analysis of empirical examples is provided. Analysis is based on public statements in which psychology experts advise others on how to overcome ʻinternal limitationsʼ, ʻthought patternsʼ and ʻstereotypesʼ of subordinates. The study shows that language and discourse of psychology have become carriers of the civilising of objectification with specific societal and historical implications of this process. • Psychological expertise of work planning is not a remedy to objectification of employees, rather it turns out to be one of its carriers. • The public legitimacy of ways in which language is used in advice giving practices of psychology experts is based on non-psychological criteria. • Unlike physical objectification of the body, the linguistic objectification found in psychological discourse enjoys public legitimacy. • The concept of the civilising of objectification helps to discuss some of the broader societal implications of psychological language and discourse. Civilization is a social phenomenon which has been transferred from generation to generation and aims to clarify the truths, protect a certain society and aimes the civilized life style and the relationship dimension of society with human being. The Islamic conquests have been caused the expansion of the Islamic realm for the survitude the of Allah and to achieve peace in the world. For this reason, by the emergence and conquests of Islam, Arabic language has effected other languages as well as Persian language. Similarly, we witness that Arabic language has also been effected by the Persian language. We can never forget that the Arabic language is a means to understand the aims of Islam religion. Since Arabic is Quran language and it is the manifestation of faith and piety, people has always taken care and made claim to Arabic language. The purpose of this paper is to shed light on the influence of the Arabic language on the Persian language and vice versa. It also sheds light on the depth of the ages of social and cultural relationship and the relationship between the owners of both Persian and Arabic languages throughout the history of Islam.
