This paper introduced a novel olfactory visualization freshness sensor array prepared by dropping pH indicators on UV lithography hydrophilic–hydrophobic paper under room temperature. The sensor array was applied in Grass carp spoilage classification. The sensor array can generate different discoloration patterns that respond to the pH change of the fish spoil; therefore, it can distinguish Grass carp freshness using pattern recognition. Classification models were built with linear discriminant analysis (LDA) and backpropagation artificial neural network (BP‐ANN) after extracting the sensor array's feature color information with principal component analysis (PCA). The performance of the BP‐ANN model was superior to that of the LDA model, with an optimum recognition rate of 95.45% (training set) and 90.90% (testing set). In conclusion, with a suitable algorithm choice and rational pH indicator arrangement, this olfactory visualization freshness sensor array can potentially monitor food freshness. One of the most widely used measures of scientific impact is the number of citations. However, due to its heavy-tailed distribution, citations are fundamentally difficult to predict but can be improved. This study was aimed at investigating the factors and parts influencing the citation number of a scientific paper in the otology field. Therefore, this work proposes a new solution that utilizes machine learning and natural language processing to process English text and provides a paper citation as the predicted results. Different algorithms are implemented in this solution, such as linear regression, boosted decision tree, decision forest, and neural networks. The application of neural network regression revealed that papers' abstracts have more influence on the citation numbers of otological articles. This new solution has been developed in visual programming using Microsoft Azure machine learning at the back end and Programming Without Coding Technology at the front end. This paper presents a structural health monitoring method based on artificial neural networks (ANNs) capable of detecting, locating, and quantifying damage in a single stage. The proposed framework employs a supervised neural network model that uses input factors calculated by modal parameters (natural frequencies or mode shapes), and output factors that represent the damage situation of elements or regions in a structural system. Unlike many papers in the literature that test damage detection methods only in numerical examples or simple experimental tests, this work also assesses the presented method in a real structure showing that it has potential for applications in real practical situations. Three different cases are evaluated through the methodology: numerical simulations, an experimental lab structure, and a real bridge. Initially, a cantilever beam and a 10-bar truss were numerically analyzed under ambient vibrations with different damage scenarios and noise levels. Afterward, the method is assessed in an experimental beam structure and in the Z24 bridge benchmark. The numerical simulations showed that the methodology is promising for identifying, locating, and quantifying single and multiple damages in a single stage, even with noise in the acceleration signals and changes in the first vibration mode of 0.015%. In addition, the Z24 bridge study confirmed that the damage detection method can localize damage in real civil structures considering only natural frequencies in the input factors, despite a mean difference of 4.08% between the frequencies in the healthy and damaged conditions. This study employs artificial intelligence to create a neural network for assessing the creativity of teaching approaches for handmade courses in preschool education. The following is the specific work: Firstly, the idea, as well as the benefits and drawbacks of genetic algorithms, is investigated. To build an improved genetic algorithm (IGA), the chromosome encoding, fitness function, and three operation options are enhanced. Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a common neurodevelopmental disorder that is characterized by inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. The neural mechanisms underlying ADHD remain inadequately understood, and current approaches do not well link neural networks and attention networks within brain networks. Our objective is to investigate the neural mechanisms related to attention and explore neuroimaging biological tags that can be generalized within the attention networks. In this paper, we utilized resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging data to examine the differential functional connectivity network between ADHD and typically developing individuals. We employed a graph convolutional neural network model to identify individuals with ADHD. After classification, we visualized brain regions with significant contributions to the classification results. Our results suggest that the frontal, temporal, parietal, and cerebellar regions are likely the primary areas of dysfunction in individuals with ADHD. We also explored the relationship between regions of interest and attention networks, as well as the connection between crucial nodes and the distribution of positively and negatively correlated connections. This analysis allowed us to pinpoint the most discriminative brain regions, including the right orbitofrontal gyrus, the left rectus gyrus and bilateral insula, the right inferior temporal gyrus and bilateral transverse temporal gyrus in the temporal region, and the lingual gyrus of the occipital lobe, multiple regions of the basal ganglia and the upper cerebellum. These regions are primarily involved in the attention executive control network and the attention orientation network. The low-bit quantization can effectively reduce the deep neural network storage as well as the computation costs. Existing quantization methods have yielded unsatisfactory results when being applied to lightweight networks. Additionally, following network quantization, the differences in data types between the operators can cause issues when deploying networks on Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Moreover, some operators cannot be accelerated heterogeneously on FPGAs, resulting in frequent switching between the Advanced RISC Machine (ARM) and FPGA environments for computation tasks. To address these problems, this paper proposes a custom network quantization approach. Firstly, an improved PArameterized Clipping Activation (PACT) method is employed during the quantization aware training to restrict the value range of neural network parameters and reduce the loss of precision arising from quantization. Secondly, the Consecutive Execution Of Convolution Operators (CEOCO) strategy is utilized to mitigate the resource consumption caused by the frequent environment switching. The proposed approach is validated on Xilinx Zynq Ultrascale+MPSoC 3EG and Virtex UltraScale+XCVU13P platforms. The MobileNetv1, MobileNetv3, PPLCNet, and PPLCNetv2 networks were utilized as testbeds for the validation. Moreover, experimental results are on the miniImageNet, CIFAR-10, and OxFord 102 Flowers public datasets. In comparison to the original model, the proposed optimization methods result in an average decrease of 1.2% in accuracy. Bridge expansion joints (BEJs) in service are susceptible to damage from various factors such as fatigue, impact, and environmental conditions. While visual inspection is the most common approach for inspecting BEJs, it is subjective and labor-intensive. In this paper, we propose a novel methodology for detecting the fault status of BEJs, inspired by voiceprint recognition (VPR) based on audio signals. We establish an Artificial Neural Network to filter nonevent segments from low signal-to-noise ratio signals, achieving an AuC value of 0.981. We design and improve ConFormer VPR models with a multifeature aggregation strategy and cascade them to realize fault detection of BEJs. For three successive tasks in classifying environment sound types, vehicle impact types, and faults, the ConFormer VPR models achieve AuC values of 0.975, 0.925, and 0.886, respectively, demonstrating the feasibility of our methods for unmanned inspection of BEJs. In this paper, a compact and simple structure of an elliptic microstrip lowpass filter (LPF) is designed for harmonic suppression in microwave quadrature hybrid coupler (QHC) applications. A radial resonator and a rectangular resonator are used to produce an elliptic LPF. The proposed LPF is used on the outer sides of the branch line coupler, which has improved the coupler harmonic suppression. Furthermore, artificial neural networks (ANNs) are incorporated to improve the LPF design process. The LPF best structure is obtained using the proposed ANN model. The proposed LPF has a compact size, which only occupies 16.4 mm × 7.3 mm equals to 0.164 λg × 0.073 λg, has a cut frequency of 2.2 GHz, and shows a sharp transmission band with a roll-off rate of 158.3 dB/GHz. Finally, the deigned QHC operates correctly at 1 GHz, which shows high harmonic suppression ability. The proposed QHC provides wide suppression band from 2.25 GHz up to more than 14 GHz, which can effectively suppress 3rd, to 14th harmonics. The proposed coupler features desirable parameters of S11, S21, S31, and S41, with magnitude of −21 dB, −3.4 dB, −3.3 dB, and −22.5 dB, at the operating frequency. Deep learning has recently received extensive attention in the field of rolling-bearing fault diagnosis owing to its powerful feature expression capability. With the help of deep learning, we can fully extract the deep features hidden in the data, significantly improving the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis. Despite this progress, deep learning still faces two outstanding problems. (1) Each layer uses the same convolution kernel to extract features, making it difficult to adaptively select convolution kernels based on the features of the input image, which limits the network's adaptability to different input features and leads to weak feature extraction. (2) Large number of parameters and long training time. To solve the above problems, this paper proposes an integrated deep neural network that combines an improved selective kernel network (SKNet) with an enhanced Inception-ResNet-v2, named SIR-CNN. First, based on the SKNet, a new three-branch SKNet was designed. Second, the new SKNet is embedded into a depthwise separable convolution network such that the model can adaptively select convolution kernels of different sizes during training. Furthermore, the convolution structure in the Inception-ResNet-v2 network was replaced by the improved depthwise separable convolution network to achieve effective feature extraction. Finally, the time-frequency maps of the raw vibration signals are obtained through short-time Fourier transform (STFT) and then sent to the proposed SIR-CNN network for experiments. Accurate fault detection in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission lines plays a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring grid reliability. This research aims to develop a cost-effective and high-performance fault detection solution for HVDC systems. The primary objective is to accurately identify and localize faults within the power system. In pursuit of this goal, the paper presents a comparative analysis of current and voltage characteristics between the rectifier and inverter sides of the HVDC transmission system and their associated alternating current (AC) counterparts under various fault conditions. Voltage and current features are extracted and optimized using a metaheuristic approach, specifically Harris Hawk's optimization method. Leveraging machine learning (ML) and artificial neural networks (ANN), this technique demonstrates its effectiveness in generating a fault locator with exceptional accuracy. With a substantial volume of data employed for learning and training, the Harris Hawks optimization method exhibits faster convergence compared to other metaheuristic methods examined in this study. The research findings are applied to simulate diverse fault types and unknown fault locations at multiple system points. Evaluating the fault detection system's effectiveness, quantified through metrics such as specificity, accuracy, F1 score, and sensitivity, yields remarkable results, with percentages of 99.01%, 98.69%, 98.64%, and 98.67%, respectively. Compressors are one of the three major components of gas turbines, and their characteristic curves are used to analyze off-design performance. How to infer the characteristic curve based on different data is an important research topic. In this paper, PG9351FA gas turbine is taken as the research object. Two methods, artificial neural network and parameter estimation, are used to predict its characteristic curve, and the prediction accuracy and application conditions of the two methods are discussed. This article compares the two methods from the perspectives of known speed characteristic curve regression and unknown speed characteristic curve inference, analyzes the impact of sample size and sample error on their inference results, and quantitatively analyzes the error through statistical methods such as calculating the mean square deviation of the data. The application scope and conditions of different methods are provided. The research results show that the method based on neural network to infer the characteristic curve has high accuracy and is suitable for the prediction of known and unknown speed characteristic curves under sufficient data, but not for the prediction of unknown side curves. The elliptic equation fitting method based on parameter estimation has a slightly lower accuracy in processing the nearly vertical compressor characteristic curve, but it can be used as an effective and reliable method to infer the compressor characteristic curve in the case of a small amount of data. The modulization method based on parameter estimation has high accuracy and is applicable to the estimation of complete characteristic curve from partial data of known characteristic curve. With the development of the economy and real-time embedded systems and the progress of science and technology, people's economic income forms have undergone tremendous changes, and the concept of financial management has become clearer in people's property income arrangements. Project investment is one of the most popular financial management methods in the era of big data. Both large enterprise groups and individual petty bourgeoisie groups have begun to pay attention to the risks and benefits brought by the new financial management method of project investment. This paper's goal is to develop a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) model for project investment risk based on computer vision technology and explore the application of computer vision technology in project investment risk evaluation. This article first uses a real-time embedded system to understand the basic process of project investment and select 10 investment experts for risk assessment, risks, and causes of the risks through literature research and case analysis. Then, this paper establishes a model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of project investment risk through computer vision technology, real-time embedded systems, and neural network models in big data and artificial intelligence technology to realize the analysis and prediction of project investment risk. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) are used in this evaluation model to evaluate and forecast project investment risks. In addition, this paper also trains and tests the risk evaluation model of this research through the support vector machine classification algorithm, the real-time embedded system, and the average random consistency index. The research shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of this study has higher accuracy for project investment risk evaluation than other risk evaluation methods. For example, for the investment risk of chemical fiber projects, this research model evaluated the factors such as organization, management, technology, and economy and found that the risks were all higher than 21.36%, which concluded that the overall investment risk of chemical fiber projects was relatively high. Background. Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is an infectious illness that spreads widely over a short period of time and finally causes a pandemic. Unfortunately, the lack of radiologists, improper COVID-19 diagnosing procedures, and insufficient medical supplies have all played roles in these devastating losses of life. Deep learning (DL) could be used to detect and classify COVID-19 for potential image-based diagnosis. Materials and Methods. This paper proposes an improved deep convolutional neural network (IDConv-Net) to detect and classify COVID-19 using X-ray and computed tomography (CT) images. Before the training phase, preprocessing methods such as filtering, data normalization, classification variable encoding, and data augmentation were used in conjunction with the proposed IDConv-Net to increase the effectiveness of the detection and classification processes. To extract essential features, deep CNN is then employed. As a result, the suggested model can identify patterns and relationships crucial to the image classification task, resulting in more precise and useful diagnoses. Python and Keras (with TensorFlow as a backend) were used to carry out the experiment. Results. The proposed IDConv-Net was tested using chest X-rays and CT images collected from hospitals in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and online databases. After evaluating the model, the proposed IDConv-Net achieved an accuracy of 99.53% and 98.41% in training and testing for CT images and 97.49% and 96.99% in training and testing for X-ray images, respectively. Further, the area under the curve (AUC) value is 0.954 and 0.996 for X-ray and CT images, respectively, indicating the excellent performance of the proposed model. Conclusion. The findings of our proposed IDConv-Net model confirm that the model outperformed compared to existing COVID-19 detection and classification models. The IDConv-Net outperforms current state-of-the-art models by 2.25% for X-rays and 2.81% for CT images. Existing research combines acupuncture theory with network science and proposes a new paradigm for the study of acupoint selection patterns—a key acupoint mining algorithm based on acupoint networks. However, the basic idea of this study for finding key acupoints is based on binary acupoint synergy relationships, which ignores the higher-order synergy among multiple acupoints and does not truly reflect the implicit patterns of each acupoint among meridian systems. Moreover, the mining results assessment method, which this new paradigm involves, does not have wide applicability and universality. In this paper, with the introduction of higher-order interactions between multiple acupoints, a high-specificity key acupoint mining algorithm based on 3-node motif is proposed in the acupoint-disease network (ADN). In response to the narrow applicability of the new research paradigm involving the evaluation of algorithms' measures, new and widely applicable and universal evaluation criteria are introduced in terms of resolution, network loss, and accuracy, respectively. Based on the principles of acupoint selection involved in acupuncture clinics in Chinese medicine, the acupoints involved in the data were divided into a total of 19 regions according to their distribution characteristics. From these 19 regions, we selected the key acupoints that have a large impact on the global network. Finally, we compared this algorithm with five other acupoint importance assessment algorithms in terms of resolution, network loss, and accuracy, respectively. The comprehensive results show that the algorithm identifies key acupoints with an accuracy of 63%, which is 14% to 21% higher than other existing methods. The key acupoints identified by the algorithm have a significant disruptive effect on the connectivity of the network, indicating that the key acupoints are at the core of the acupoint-disease network topology. They have a significant propagation influence on other acupoints, which means that the key acupoints have high-synergistic cooperation with other acupoints. Meanwhile, the stability and specificity of the algorithm ensure the reliability of the key acupoints. We believe that the key acupoints identified by the algorithm can be used as core acupoints from the perspective of network topology and high synergy of other acupoints, respectively, and help researchers explore targeted and high-impact combinations of acupoints to optimize existing acupuncture prescriptions under condition constraints. This paper presents an advanced strategy combining fuzzy logic and artificial neural networks (ANNs) for direct torque control (DTC) and broken-bar fault diagnosis in induction motors. More specifically, a fuzzy-based controller is used to simultaneously minimize the stator flux and the electromagnetic torque ripples. A neural switching table is then proposed to achieve the interface inverter control. Besides, a closed-loop broken-bar fault detection strategy based on the Hilbert technique (HT) with the discrete wavelet transform (DWT) and ANNs is proposed. The fault detection is performed by analyzing the induction motor's stator current by using the combined techniques HT-DWT. The effect of a broken-bar fault on the machine varies according to the number and position of the broken bars. The neural detector was used in order to identify the number of broken bars through only one current measurement. The effectiveness of the developed control has been verified using MATLAB/Simulink and real-time simulation in OPAL-RT 4510. Obtained results show improved performances in terms of torque ripple minimization and stator current quality, evaluated, respectively, at 43.75% and 41.26% as well as a rigorous motor health monitoring. Recent research has been focussed on renewable energy due to the rising need for electrical energy. Renewable energy has a low environmental impact compared to other energy sources. As a result, renewable energy sources (RESs) are the best option for generating electricity. Solar photovoltaic is one of the largest renewable power generators. Solar photovoltaic (PV) is connected to the load via power electronic converters. Most PV installations need a two-stage conversion process consisting of a boost converter to increase the load voltage and an AC-to-DC voltage source inverter to power the load. The Z-source inverter (ZSI) can confront the shortcomings of VSI and two-stage conversions. ZSI connects the PV system to the load and is used to increase the system's performance. This paper discusses the performance of various topologies of ZSI, such as traditional Z-source inverters (XZSIs); for integrating a PV source into a load, switched inductor Z-source inverters (SIZSIs) and transient Z-source inverters (TZSIs) are used. Small samples are prone to overfitting in the neural network training process. This paper proposes an optimization approach based on L2 and dropout regularization called a hybrid improved neural network algorithm to overcome this issue. The proposed model was evaluated based on the Modified National Institute of Standards and Technology (MNIST, grayscale-28 × 28 × 1) and Canadian Institute for Advanced Research 10 (CIFAR10, RGB - 32 × 32 × 3) as the training data sets and data applied to the LeNet-5 and Autoencoder neural network architectures. The evaluation is conducted based on cross-validation; the result of the model prediction is used as the final measure to evaluate the quality of the model. The results show that the proposed hybrid algorithm can perform more effectively, avoid overfitting, improve the accuracy of network model prediction in classification tasks, and reduce the reconstruction error in the unsupervised domain. In addition, employing the proposed algorithm without increasing the time complexity can reduce the effect of noisy data and bias and improve the training time of neural network models. Quantitative and qualitative experimental results show that the accuracy of using the proposed algorithm in this paper with the MNIST test set has an improvement of 2.3% and 0.9% compared to L2 regularization and dropout regularization, respectively, and based on the CIFAR10 data set, the accuracy improvement of 0.92% compared with L2 regularization and 1.31% concerning dropout regularization. The reconstruction error of using the proposed algorithm in this paper with the MNIST data set has an improvement of 0.00174 and 0.00398 compared to L2 regularization and dropout regularization, respectively, and based on the CIFAR10 data set, the accuracy improvement of 0.00078 compared with L2 regularization and 0.00174 concerning dropout regularization. Spiking neural network (SNN) has attracted extensive attention in the field of machine learning because of its biological interpretability and low power consumption. However, the accuracy of pattern recognition cannot completely surpass deep neural networks (DNNs). The main reason is that the inherent nondifferentiability of spiking neurons makes SNN unable to be trained directly by the gradient descent algorithm, and there is also no unified training algorithm for SNN. Inspired by the biological vision system, this paper proposes a parallel convolution SNN structure combined with an adaptive lateral inhibition mechanism. And, a way of dynamically evolving the time constant with the training of SNN is proposed to ensure the diversity of neurons. This paper verifies the effectiveness of the proposed methods on static datasets and neuromorphic datasets and extends it to the recognition of breast tumors. Experimental results show that the SNN has obvious advantages in dynamical datasets. This paper proposes the design of a controller using the artificial neural network (ANN) for a solar photovoltaic (PV)-fed cascaded multilevel inverter (CMLI) to enhance the power quality. The objective of this presented ANN controller is to obtain a maximum output voltage with no filter components. This paper also investigates and eliminates the voltage harmonics that occurred in a solar-fed cascaded 3-stage inverter using various techniques such as pulse width modulation (PWM), digital logic control (DLC), fuzzy logic controller (FLC), and ANN, and the results are compared. Based on the results, the proposed ANN-based controller efficiently reduces harmonics and improves the power quality. This is achieved by solving the harmonic equations and thereby changing the switching angles of each semiconductor to a minimum value. The ANN is trained by a dataset consisting of varying input voltage and switching angles. The simulation was performed using MATLAB/Simulink for different types of controllers like PWM, DLC, FLC, and ANN for the 3-stage inverter. The simulated results are compared with the results obtained from a 3 kWp photovoltaic plant connected to the CMLI. Driving behaviors mainly include behavior characteristics such as car-following, lane change, and risky driving behavior such as distraction, fatigue, or aggressive driving, which are of great help to various tasks in traffic engineering. An accurate and reliable method of driving behavior recognition is of great significance and guidance for vehicle driving safety. In this paper, the vehicle multisensor information, vehicle CAN bus data acquisition system, and typical feature extraction methods are summarized at first. And then, several driving behavior recognition models based on machine learning and deep learning are reviewed. Through a detailed analysis of the features of random forests, support vector machines, convolutional neural networks, and recurrent neural networks used to build driving behavior recognition models, the following findings are obtained: the driving behavior model constructed by traditional machine learning model is relatively mature but it is greatly affected by feature extraction, data scale, and model structure, which affects the accuracy of the final driving behavior recognition. This paper analyzes the quantitative assessment model of the swimming training effect based on the deep neural network by constructing a deep neural network model and designing a quantitative assessment model of the swimming training effect. This paper addresses the problem of not considering the influence of the uncertainties existing in the virtual environment when evaluating swimming training and adds the power of the delays in the actual training operation environment, which is used to improve the objectivity and usability of swimming training evaluation results. To better measure the degree of influence of uncertainties, a training evaluation software module is developed to validate the usability of the simulated training evaluation method using simulated case data and compare it with the data after training evaluation using the unimproved evaluation method to verify the correctness and objectivity of the evaluation method in this paper. In the experiments, the feature extractor is a deep neural network, and the classifier is a gradient-boosting decision tree with integrated learning advantages. In the experimental comparison, we can achieve more than 60% accuracy and no more than a 1.00% decrease in recognition rate on DBPNN + GBDT, 78.5% parameter reduction, and 54.5% floating-point reduction on DPBNN. We can effectively reduce 32.1% of video memory occupation. It can be concluded from the experiments that deep neural network models are more effective and easier to obtain relatively accurate experimental results than shallow learning when facing high-dimensional sparse features. At the same time, deep neural networks can also improve the prediction results of external learning models. In view of the problems that semantic information is easy to be lost and emotional information may be ignored in the traditional Chinese short text emotion analysis model, this paper introduces the AM (attention mechanism) and proposes a CNN-LSTM (convolutional neural network-long short-term memory) poetic aesthetic implication analysis method based on self-attention. For the IL (input layer), word vectors trained by Word2Vec are used and then input into the CNN-LSTM joint model. Then, the output of the joint model is weighted and summed by self-attention and finally input into the Softmax classifier, so as to realize the emotion classification of the text. By creating and putting into practise pertinent comparative experiments, the usefulness of the proposed model is confirmed. The outcomes demonstrate that this model outperforms the other three comparison models for the quantification of evaluation indices in terms of overall performance. Classification of isolated digits is the basic challenge for many speech classification systems. While a lot of work has been carried out on spoken languages, only limited research work on spoken English digit data has been reported in the literature. The paper proposes an intelligent-based system based on deep feedforward neural network (DFNN) with hyperparameter optimization techniques, an ensemble method; random forest (RF), and a regression method; gradient boosting (GB) for the classification of spoken digit data. The paper investigates different machine learning (ML) algorithms to determine the best method for the classification of spoken English digit data. The DFNN classifier outperformed the RF and GB classifiers on the public benchmark spoken English digit data and achieved 99.65% validation accuracy. To this end, this paper proposes a context-aware recommendation model based on probability matrix factorization. We design a music genre style recognition and generation network. In this network, all the sub-networks of music genres share the explanation layer, which can greatly reduce the learning of model parameters and improve the learning efficiency. Each music genre sub-network analyzes music of different genres, realizing the effect of multitasking simultaneous processing. In this paper, a music style recognition method using a combination of independent recurrent neural network and scattering transform is proposed. The relevant characteristics of traditional audio processing methods are analyzed, and their suitable application scenarios and inapplicability in this task scenario are expounded. Starting from the principle of scattering transform, the superiority and rationality of using scattering transform in this task are explained. Credit evaluation is a difficult problem in the process of financing and loan for small and medium-sized enterprises. A quantitative method is used to predict a new movie's box office in its premiere month. The proposed method introduces three factors affecting the box office: new film positioning, film marketing, and film prerating, as input variables. Compared with the traditional trading model, the problem of information asymmetry in export cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) transactions actually exists. Since the buyers and sellers of export CBEC are located in different countries, it is difficult for both parties to make accurate judgments on each other's credit. Besides, the number of export CBEC financing is relatively small, and the financing situation is not optimistic. Fortunately, the Internet of Things (IOT) technology has a wide range of applications and strong social penetration, especially in e-commerce, which can effectively improve payment, logistics, and distribution. By employing the concept of the IOT, this paper expounds the application of the IOT in the e-commerce transaction process and the impact of the IOT on the development of e-commerce. Besides, this paper also proposes some security issues in the application of the IOT in e-commerce. In addition, this paper analyzes the relationship and development trend of CBEC and IOT technology; meanwhile, it also points out the practical problems currently faced by combining the regional advantage of a certain region. The e-commerce industry develops IOT technology and drives innovation-driven development in the region. In addition, this paper builds an evaluation index system for the development of export CBEC enterprises based on the analysis of the problems and reasons by using the sample data to train the BP neural network and using the test samples to test the model. It is found that the model accuracy rate is 89.47%. Then, this paper also takes the export CBEC company A as an example to conduct empirical research and to prove the operability of the credit evaluation model. With the development of deep learning theory and the decrease of the cost of acquiring massive data, the image semantic segmentation algorithm based on Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) is gradually replacing the conventional segmentation algorithm by its high accuracy segmentation performance. By increasing the amount of training data and stacking more convolutional layers to form Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (DCNNs), a neural network model with higher segmentation accuracy can be obtained, but it faces the problems of serious memory consumption and long latency. For some special application scenarios, such as augmented reality and mobile interaction, real-time processing cannot be performed. To improve the speed of semantic segmentation while obtaining the most accurate segmentation results as possible, this paper proposes a semantic segmentation algorithm based on lightweight convolutional neural networks. Taking the computational complexity and segmentation accuracy into account, the algorithm starts from the perspective of extracting high-level semantic features and introduces a position-attention mechanism with richer contextual information to model the relationship between different pixels, avoiding the convolutional local perceptual field to be too small. To recover clearer target boundaries, a channel attention mechanism is introduced in the decoding part of the model to mine more useful feature channel information and effectively improve the fusion of low-level features with high-level features. By verifying the effectiveness of the above model on a publicly available dataset and comparing it with the more popular semantic segmentation methods, the model proposed in this paper has higher semantic segmentation accuracy and reflects certain advantages in objective evaluation. The angle of progression (AoP) for assessing fetal head (FH) descent during labor is measured from the standard plane of transperineal ultrasound images as the angle between a line through the long axis of pubic symphysis (PS) and a second line from the right end of PS tangentially to the contour of the FH. This paper presents a multitask network with a shared feature encoder and three task-special decoders for standard plane recognition (Task1), image segmentation (Task2) of PS and FH, and endpoint detection (Task3) of PS. Based on the segmented FH and two endpoints of PS from standard plane images, we determined the right FH tangent point that passes through the right endpoint of PS and then computed the AoP using the above three points. In this paper, the efficient channel attention unit is introduced into the shared feature encoder for improving the robustness of layer region encoding, while an attention fusion module is used to promote cross-branch interaction between the encoder for Task2 and that for Task3, and a shape-constrained loss function is designed for enhancing the robustness to noise based on the convex shape-prior. We use Pearson's correlation coefficient and the Bland–Altman graph to assess the degree of agreement. The dataset includes 1964 images, where 919 images are nonstandard planes, and the other 1045 images are standard planes including PS and FH. We achieve a classification accuracy of 92.26%, and for the AoP calculation, an absolute mean (STD) value of the difference in AoP (∆ AoP) is 3.898° (3.192°), the Pearson's correlation coefficient between manual and automated AoP was 0.964 and the Bland-Altman plot demonstrates they were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), commonly known as drones, have been progressively prevalent due to their capability to operate quickly and their vast range of applications in a variety of real-world circumstances. The utilization of UAVs in precision farming has lately gained a lot of attention from the scientific community. This study addresses with the assistance of drones in the precision agricultural area. This paper makes significant contributions by analyzing communication protocols and applying them to the challenge of commanding a fleet of drones to protect crops from parasite infestations. In this research, the effectiveness of nine powerful deep neural network models is measured for the detection of plant diseases using diverse methodologies. These deep neural networks are adapted to the immediate situation using transfer learning and deep extraction of features approaches. The presented study takes into account the used pretrained deep learning model for extracting features and fine-tuning. The deep feature extraction characteristics are subsequently categorized using support vector machines (SVMs) and extreme learning machines (ELMs). For measuring performance, the precision, sensitivities, specific, and F1-score are all evaluated. Deep feature extraction and SVM/ELM classification generated better outcomes than transfer learning, according to the analysis result. Furthermore, the analysis of the various methodologies tries to assess their effectiveness and costs. The different approaches, for example, confront difficulties such as investigating the region in the shortest possible time feasible, while eliminating the same region being searched by more drones, detecting parasites, and stopping their spread by applying the appropriate number of pesticides. As the fastest-growing crowdfunding model, equity crowdfunding (ECF) brings high returns and uncertainty. In this context, it is crucial to understand these crowdfunding projects' actual performance. Since ECF is currently in the early stage of integration, there are still a lot of risk issues, such as the uncertainty of equity structure, capital supervision, or project management. Therefore, this paper develops a new profitability indicator, "return on registered capital," to test its impact on the ECF project's actual return. This paper studies which factors affect the financial performance of ECF projects through the traditional statistical model and a deep neural network (DNN) model. There is evidence that return on registered capital affects the actual return of the project. At the same time, the company's operating time and the number of employees had an unexpected effect on project performance. In addition, the recognition accuracy of the DNN model in this study exceeds 97%, which affirms the applicability of the DNN model in the analysis of ECF success factors. This paper also uses tenfold cross-validation to prove that deep learning has certain advantages in this topic's accuracy and generalization error. This paper designs a multimodal convolutional neural network model for the intelligent analysis of the influence of music genres on children's emotions by constructing a multimodal convolutional neural network model and profoundly analyzing the impact of music genres on children's feelings. Considering the diversity of music genre features in the audio power spectrogram, the Mel filtering method is used in the feature extraction stage to ensure the effective retention of the genre feature attributes of the audio signal by dimensional reduction of the Mel filtered signal, deepening the differences of the extracted features between different genres, and to reduce the input size and expand the model training scale in the model input stage, the audio power spectrogram obtained by feature extraction is cut the MSCN-LSTM consists of two modules: multiscale convolutional kernel convolutional neural network and long and short term memory network. The MSCNN network is used to extract the EEG signal features, the LSTM network is used to remove the temporal characteristics of the eye-movement signal, and the feature fusion is done by feature-level fusion. The multimodal signal has a higher emotion classification accuracy than the unimodal signal, and the average accuracy of emotion quadruple classification based on a 6-channel EEG signal, and children's multimodal signal reaches 97.94%. After pretraining with the MSD (Million Song Dataset) dataset in this paper, the model effect was further improved significantly. The accuracy of the Dense Inception network improved to 91.0% and 89.91% on the GTZAN dataset and ISMIR2004 dataset, respectively, proving that the Dense Inception network's effectiveness and advancedness of the Dense Inception network were demonstrated.
