In this paper, we proposed classification and clustering algorithms that are proper for analyzing customer-related datasets, which are mostly high-dimensional with too many instances. For the clustering purpose, This paper presents a Cuckoo-Search-based Variable Weighting (CSVW) Clustering algorithm to obtain optimal variable weights of high-dimensional data for each cluster. This paper also proposes a deep Inferarer Classifier for categorizing customers using Bi-Directional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) neural network, which uses a Fuzzy Inferential Classifier on its last layer. The Insurance Company (TIC) and InstaCart datasets are utilized for the experiments and performance evaluation. Simulation results reveal that the proposed clustering algorithm generates appropriate Silhouette and Elbow criteria scores in a few cycles of execution in comparison to ordinal clustering algorithms. This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of oil painting classification and simulation using an improved embedded learning fusion vision perception algorithm. This paper analyzes and models the image quality evaluation problem by simulating the human visual system and extracting quality perception features as the main entry point to improve the prediction accuracy of the overall algorithm. This paper proposes a multi-classification method of CCNN, which uses the similarity measure based on information first to achieve multi-classification of artwork styles and artists, and this part is the main part of this paper. This paper uses the wiki art repository to construct a dataset of oil paintings, including over 2000 works by 20 artists in 13 styles. CNN achieves an accuracy of 85.75% on the artist classification task, which is far more effective than traditional deep learning networks such as Resnet. Finally, we use the network model of this paper and other network models to train the classification of 3, 4, and 6 categories of art images. The accuracy of art image classification by this paper's algorithm is higher than that of the current mainstream convolutional neural network models, and the extracted features are more comprehensive and more accurate than traditional art image feature extraction methods, which do not rely on researchers to extract image features. The accurate detection of traffic signs is a critical component of self-driving systems, enabling safe and efficient navigation. In the literature, various methods have been investigated for traffic sign detection, among which deep learning-based approaches have demonstrated superior performance compared to other techniques. This paper justifies the widespread adoption of deep learning due to its ability to provide highly accurate results. However, the current research challenge lies in addressing the need for high accuracy rates and real-time processing requirements. In this study, we propose a convolutional neural network based on the YOLOv8 algorithm to overcome the aforementioned research challenge. Our approach involves generating a custom dataset with diverse traffic sign images, followed by conducting training, validation, and testing sets to ensure the robustness and generalization of the model. Experimental results and performance evaluation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. In recent years, UNet and its derivative networks have gained widespread recognition as major methods of medical image segmentation. However, networks like UNet often struggle with Point-of-Care (POC) healthcare applications due to their high number of parameters and computational complexity. To tackle these challenges, this paper introduces an efficient network designed for medical image segmentation called MCU-Net, which leverages ConvNeXt to enhance UNet. 1) Based on ConvNeXt, MCU-Net proposes the MCU Block, which employs techniques such as large kernel convolution, depth-wise separable convolution, and an inverted bottleneck design. To ensure stable segmentation performance, it also integrates global response normalization (GRN) layers and Gaussian Error Linear Unit (GELU) activation functions. 2) Additionally, MCU-Net introduces an enhanced Multi-Scale Convolution Attention (MSCA) module after the original UNet's skip connections, emphasizing medical image features and capturing semantic insights across multiple scales. 3)The downsampling process replaces pooling layers with convolutions, and both upsampling and downsampling stages incorporate batch normalization (BN) layers to enhance model stability during training. The experimental results demonstrate that MCU-Net, with a parameter count of 2.19 million and computational complexity of 19.73 FLOPs, outperforms other segmentation models. The overall performance of MCU-Net in medical image segmentation surpasses that of other models, achieving a Dice score of 91.8% and mIoU of 84.7% on the GlaS dataset. The key step in the intelligence of tongue diagnosis is the segmentation of the tongue image, and the accuracy of the segmented edges has a significant impact on the subsequent medical judgment. Deep learning can predict the class of pixel points to achieve pixel-level segmentation of images, so it can be used to handle tongue segmentation tasks. However, different models have different segmentation effects, and they did not learn the connection between space and channels, resulting in inaccurate tongue segmentation. This paper first discussed the choice of model and loss function and then compared the results of different options to find the better model. Associating the red feature of the tongue is very conducive to segmentation as a feature, this paper tested many methods to try to get the color features of the original image to be paid attention to. Finally, this paper proposed an improved Encoder-Decoder network model to solve the problem based on the results. Start with Resnet as the backbone network, then introduce the U-Net model, and then we fused the attention layer, obtained from the source image through convolution and CBAM attention mechanism, and the feature layer obtained from the last upsampling in U-Net. Experimental results show that: The new, improved algorithm results are 2-3 percentage points higher than the popular algorithm, making it more suitable for tongue segmentation tasks. PCB defect detection aims to identify the presence of gaps, open circuits, short circuits, and other defects in the PCB boards produced in the industry. Designing effective deep learning algorithms is crucial to finding a solution. Previously proposed PCB defect detection algorithms are limited in detecting tiny objects in high-density. Directly applying previous models to tackle PCB defect detection tasks will cause serious issues, such as missed detection and false detection. In this paper, we present a detection algorithm for tiny PCB defect targets in high-density regions to solve the above-mentioned problems. We firstly propose a detection head to detect tiny objects. Then, we design a four-channel feature fusion mechanism to fuse four different scale features and add an attention mechanism to find the attention region in scenarios with dense objects. Finally, we achieved accurate detection of tiny targets in high-density areas. Experiments were performed on the publicly available PCB defect dataset from Peking University. Our mAP@.5:.95 achieves 48.6%, while mAP@0.5 exceeds 90%. Compared with YOLOX and YOLOv5, our improved model can better localize tiny objects in high-density scenes. Taking Uyghur character recognition as an example, this paper use a method of image segmentation which combines traditional methods with CNN, and transforms and implements the Uyghur character on intelligent devices. Firstly, after analyzing the application of several general segmentation methods, this paper finds some shortcomings but also some ideas for Uighur segmentation. Then, starting from the characteristics of Uyghur language, such as structure, word formation and input habits, the author studies the idea of Uyghur adhesive language segmentation from the perspective of language characteristics, puts forward the basic algorithm of Uyghur symbol segmentation, and applies the Uyghur character adhesion segmentation based on minimum spanning tree and multi-queue primitive merging model to improve the segmentation efficiency. In addition, in order to solve the limitations of the traditional handwriting recognition framework of "preprocessing + feature extraction + classifier", this paper puts forward a new solution of Uyghur handwriting recognition technology combining prior domain knowledge with CNN, constructs a Uyghur handwriting recognition model on the basis of CNN and random elastic deformation, and also improves the recognition rate of the system by combining domain knowledge with CNN. According to the experimental results, we can conclude that the mixed method proposed in this paper can effectively break the technical bottleneck of traditional methods, thus improving the efficiency of segmentation and recognition. The use of command and control (C2) servers in cyberattacks has risen considerably, attackers frequently employ the domain generated algorithm (DGA) technique to conceal their C2 servers. Various machine learning models have been suggested for binary identification of domain names as either benign or DGA domain. The Existing techniques are inefficient and have real-time detection issues and are also very data hypersensitive, therefore, they can be circumvented by the attackers. The main problem this article addresses is how to automatically detect DGA in a way that does not rely solely on reverse engineering, not strongly affected by data size, and allows detection of this DGA in real time. This paper presents DTFS-DGA model that combine neural networks models with traditional machine learning models and maintains its performance even if the data size changes to detect DGA in real time. The model uses 15 linguistics and networks features with the features extracted by long short-term memory and convolutional neural network to classify domain names using random forest and support vector machines. With the advancement of computer performance, deep learning is playing a vital role on hardware platforms. Indoor scene segmentation is a challenging deep learning task because indoor objects tend to obscure each other, and the dense layout increases the difficulty of segmentation. Still, current networks pursue accuracy improvement, sacrifice speed, and augment memory resource usage. To solve this problem, achieve a compromise between accuracy, speed, and model size. This paper proposes Multichannel Fusion Network (MFNet) for indoor scene segmentation, which mainly consists of Dense Residual Module(DRM) and Multi-scale Feature Extraction Module(MFEM). MFEM uses depthwise separable convolution to cut the number of parameters, matches different sizes of convolution kernels and dilation rates to achieve optimal receptive field; DRM fuses feature maps at several levels of resolution to optimize segmentation details. Experimental results on the NYU V2 dataset show that the proposed method achieves very competitive results compared with other advanced algorithms, with a segmentation speed of 38.47 fps, nearly twice that of Deeplab v3+, but only 1/5 of the number of parameters of Deeplab v3 +. Background: Sleep staging is an important part of sleep research. Traditional automatic sleep staging based on machine learning requires extensive feature extraction and selection.Objective: This paper proposed a deep learning algorithm without feature extraction based on one-dimensional convolutional neural network and long short-term memory.Methods: The algorithm can automatically divide sleep into 5 phases including awake period, non-rapid eye movement sleep period (N1 ∼ N3) and rapid eye movement using the electroencephalogram signals. The raw signal was processed by the wavelet transform. Then, the processed signal was directly input into the deep learning algorithm to obtain the staging result.Results: The accuracy of staging is 93.47% using the Fpz-Cz electroencephalogram signal. When using the Fpz-Cz and electroencephalogram signal, the algorithm can obtain the highest accuracy of 94.15%.Conclusion: These results show that this algorithm is suitable for different physiological signals and can realize end-to-end automatic sleep staging without any manual feature extraction. Detecting vehicle at night is critical to both assistant driving systems and autonomous driving systems. In this paper, we propose a deep network scheme assisted by light information with good generalization to detect vehicle at night. Our approach is divided into two branches, the object stream and the pixel stream. The object stream generates a batch of bounding boxes, and the pixel stream utilizes the vehicle light information to calibrate the bounding boxes of the object stream. In the object stream, we propose a new structure, Direction Attention Pooling (DAP), to improve the accuracy of the prior boxes. DAP leads into attention mechanism. The feature maps obtained from backbone network is divided into two branches. One branch obtains direction perception information through IRNN layer, and the other branch learns attention weights. The weights are multiplied with the direction perception features in an element-wise manner. In the pixel stream, we propose a corner localization algorithm based on Bayes to get more accurate corners with the vehicle light pixels. The locations of the corners are considered as a discrete random variable. When the mask of the object is known, solving the probability distribution of the corner of the object is the next step. The corners with the highest probability is the correct corner. On the nighttime vehicle detection datasets CHUK and SYSU, our method achieves the accuracy of 97.2% and 96.86%, which outperforms other state-of-the-art methods by at least 0.31% and 0.34%. Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) is a medical situation resulting in blurred or no vision in the middle of the eye view. Though this disease doesn't make the person completely blind, it makes it very difficult for the person to perform day to day activities like reading, driving, recognizing people etc. This paper aims to detect ARMD though Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scans where the drusen in the macula is detected and identify the infected. The images are first passed though Directional Total Variation (DTV) Denoising followed by Active contour algorithm to mark the boundaries of the layers in macula. In deep learning, a convolutional neural network is a class of deep neural networks, most commonly applied to analyzing visual imagery. Then these images categorized as healthy and infected using Convolution Neural Network.
