As more people express their thoughts on products on various online shopping platforms, the feelings expressed in these opinions are becoming a significant source of information for marketers and buyers. These opinions have a big impact on consumers' decision to buy the best quality product. When there are too many features or a small number of records to analyze, the decision-making process gets difficult. A recent stream of study has used the conventional quantitative star score ratings and textual content reviews in this context. In this research, a decision-making framework is proposed that relies on feature-based opinions to analyze the textual content of reviews and classify buyer's opinions, thereby assisting consumers in making long-term purchases. The framework is proposed in this paper for product purchase decision making based on feature-based opinions and deep learning. Framework consists of four components: i) Pre-processing, ii) Feature extraction, iii) Feature-based opinion classification, and iv) Decision-making. Web scraping is used to obtain the dataset of Smartphone reviews, which is subsequently clean and pre-processed using tokenization and POS tagging. From the tagged dataset, noun labeled words are retrieved, and then the probable product's features are extracted. These feature-based sentences or reviews are processed using a word embedding to generate review vectors that identify contextual information. These word vectors are used to construct hidden vectors at the word and sentence levels using a hierarchical attention method. With respect to each feature, reviews are divided into five classes: extremely positive, positive, extremely negative, negative, and neutral. In this paper, the development of action and event detectors over the past three decades is summarized. The detectors are divided into 2D detectors, 3D detectors and deep learning detectors according to whether they contain spatial information and whether they use deep learning. This paper briefly introduces the typical detectors of the different types mentioned above, and explains the advantages, disadvantages and characteristics respectively, and compares them. Comparing traditional feature detection methods with ones based on deep learning, we found that the method of first detecting microscopic details such as point, line, surface angle, etc., and then performing action and event recognition is no longer the mainstream of current research. Due to the strong generalization ability, end-to-end action and event recognition methods based on deep learning perform better than traditional methods. Gesture recognition based on wearable sensors has received extensive attention in recent years. This paper proposes a gesture recognition model (CGR_ATT) based on Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU) fused attention mechanism to improve accuracy rate of wearable sensors. First, CNN serves as a feature extractor, learning features automatically from sensor data by performing multiple layers of convolution and pooling operations, capturing spatial features of gestures. Furthermore, a temporal modeling unit GRU is introduced to capture the temporal dynamics in gesture sequences. By controlling the information flow through gate mechanisms, it effectively handles the temporal relationships in sensor data. Finally, an attention mechanism is introduced to assign different weights to the hidden state of the GRU. By calculating the attention weights for each time period, the model automatically selects key time periods related to gesture movements. The GR-dataset proposed in this paper involves 910 sets of training parameters. The model achieves an ultimate accuracy of 97.57% . Traffic sign detection technology plays an important role in driver assistance systems and automated driving systems. This paper proposes DeployEase-YOLO, a real-time high-precision detection scheme based on an adaptive scaling channel pruning strategy, to facilitate the deployment of detectors on edge devices. More specifically, based on the characteristics of small traffic signs and complex background, this paper first of all adds a small target detection layer to the basic architecture of YOLOv5 in order to improve the detection accuracy of small traffic signs.Then, when capturing specific scenes with large fields of view, higher resolution and richer pixel information are preserved instead of directly scaling the image size. Finally, the network structure is pruned and compressed using an adaptive scaling channel pruning strategy, and the pruned network is subjected to a secondary sparse pruning operation. The number of parameters and computations is greatly reduced without increasing the depth of the network structure or the influence of the input image size, thus compressing the model to the minimum within the compressible range. Experimental results show that the model trained by Experimental results show that the model trained by DeployEase-YOLO achieves higher accuracy and a smaller size on TT100k, a challenging traffic sign detection dataset. Compared to existing methods, DeployEase-YOLO achieves an average accuracy of 93.3%, representing a 1.3% improvement over the state-of-the-art YOLOv7 network, while reducing the number of parameters and computations to 41.69% and 59.98% of the original, respectively, with a compressed volume of 53.22% of the previous one. This proves that the DeployEase-YOLO has a great deal of potential for use in the area of small traffic sign detection. Due to the complexity of the factors influencing membrane fouling in membrane bioreactors (MBR), it is difficult to accurately predict membrane fouling. This paper proposes a multi-strategy of integration aquila optimizer deep belief network (MAO-DBN) based membrane fouling prediction method. The method is developed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of membrane fouling prediction. Firstly, partial least squares (PLS) are used to reduce the dimensionality of many membrane fouling factors to improve the algorithm's generalization ability. Secondly, considering the drawbacks of deep belief network (DBN) such as long training time and easy overfitting, piecewise mapping is introduced in aquila optimizer (AO) to improve the uniformity of population distribution, while adaptive weighting is used to improve the convergence speed and prevent falling into local optimum. Finally, the prediction of membrane fouling is carried out by utilizing membrane fouling data as the research object. The experimental results show that the method proposed in this paper can achieve accurate prediction of membrane fluxes, with an 88.45% reduction in RMSE and 87.53% reduction in MAE compared with the DBN model before improvement. The experimental results show that the model proposed in this paper achieves a prediction accuracy of 98.61%, both higher than other comparative models, which can provide a theoretical basis for membrane fouling prediction in the practical operation of membrane water treatment. The detection of out-of-distribution (OoD) samples in semantic segmentation is crucial for autonomous driving, as deep learning models are typically trained under the assumption of a closed environment, whereas the real world presents an open and diverse set of scenarios. Existing methods employ uncertainty estimation, image reconstruction, and other techniques for OoD sample detection. We have observed that different classes may exhibit connections and associations in varying contexts. For example, objects encountered by autonomous vehicles differ in rural road scenes compared to urban environments, and the likelihood of encountering novel objects varies. This aspect is missing in current anomaly detection methods and is vital for OoD sample detection. Existing approaches solely consider the relative significance of each prediction class, overlooking the inter-object correlation. Although prediction scores (e.g., max logits) obtained from the segmentation network are applicable for OoD sample detection, the same problem persists, particularly for OoD objects. To address this issue, we propose the utilization of the Mahalanobis distance of max logits to evaluate the final predicted score. By calculating the Mahalanobis distance, the paper aims to uncover correlations between different classes, thus enhancing the effectiveness of OoD detection. To this end, we also extend the state-of-the-art segmentation model, DeepLabV3+, to enable OoD sample detection in this paper. Specifically, this paper proposes a novel backbone network, SOD-ResNet101, for extracting contextual and multi-scale semantic information, leveraging the class correlation feature of the Mahalanobis distance to enhance the detection performance of out-of-distribution objects. The conventional approach to event extraction requires predefined event types and their corresponding annotations to train event extractors. However, these prerequisites are often difficult to satisfy in real-world applications. To automatically induct event types, most work has been devoted to clustering event triggers, where a cluster of event triggers is represented as an event type. Some works use trigger semantics, while others use co-occurrence relationships to cluster triggers. However, the clustering results of event triggers obtained by the above work are not sufficiently detailed in describing event types, making it difficult to accurately determine the corresponding event types manually. This paper proposes an open-domain event type induction framework that automatically discovers a set of event types from a given corpus. Unlike previous work on event trigger clustering, this paper takes into consideration the hierarchical relationship of event types to partition the event trigger clusters into event mains and subtypes. The framework employs a latent variable-based neural generation module and a semantic-based clustering module, the former of which obtains event trigger clusters representing the main types of events by jointly projecting the co-occurrence and semantic information of event triggers into a latent space for event type latent variable mining, and the latter of which further divides these event trigger clusters into event subtypes based on semantic information. Finally, experiment results show that, compared with the benchmark model, the ETGen-Clus can improve event type quality scores of 6.23% and 3.11% on the two datasets, respectively. Garden landscape is the combination of nature and humanity, with high aesthetic value, ecological value and cultural value, has become an important part of people’s life. Modern people have a higher pursuit for the spiritual food such as garden landscape after the material life is satisfied, which brings new challenges to the construction of urban garden landscape. As an advanced type of machine learning, deep learning applied to landscape image recognition can solve the problem of low quality and low efficiency of manual recognition. Based on this, this paper proposes a garden landscape image recognition algorithm based on SSD (Single Shot Multibox Detector), which realizes accurate extraction and recognition of image features by positioning the target, and can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of landscape image recognition. In order to test the feasibility of the algorithm proposed in this paper, experimental analysis was carried out in the CVPR 2023 landscape data set. With the rapid economic development and high concentration of urban population, people's income level and quality of life continue to improve, resulting in more and more crowded scenes caused by people going out. Especially in urban commercial centers, transportation hubs, sports venues during important events, tourist attractions, etc., crowd gatherings occur frequently. However, accidents involving crowd gatherings in public places occur frequently, causing heavy casualties and property losses. Therefore, for crowd recognition, this paper proposes a new method to accurately estimate the number of dense crowds. In this method, a density map with accurate pedestrian locations is first generated using the focal inverse distance transform and used as ground truth labels for network training. Then, a multi-scale feature fusion algorithm based on residual network is designed, combining spatial and channel attention mechanisms to improve the accuracy and stability of crowd density estimation. In dense crowds, the phenomenon of overlapping and occlusion of people is very common and serious, making it difficult for existing pedestrian detection methods to distinguish each individual and accurately count the flow of people. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a density map-based method that uses a local maximum detection strategy and a K-nearest neighbor algorithm to convert the density map into the corresponding dense head bounding box. This method can effectively reduce the impact of occlusion and improve the accuracy of people counting. In order to further improve the estimation accuracy, a pattern recognition density peak clustering algorithm is introduced to study the clustered crowds. By treating the head bounding box as an element point, the distance between each element point is calculated, and the density of each point is calculated. Then perform clustering to find the cluster center with the highest density in each class. How to better grasp students' learning preferences in the environment of rapid development of engineering and science and technology so as to guide them to high-quality learning is one of the important research topics in the field of educational technology research today. In order to achieve this goal, this paper utilizes the LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) model for text mining of the survey results on the basis of a survey on students' self-perception evaluation. The results show that the LDA model is capable of extracting terms from text, fuzzy identifying groups of students at different levels and presenting potential logical relationships between the groups, and further analyzing the learning preferences of students at different levels for IT courses. Based on the student's learning needs, this paper proposes recommendations for developing students' learning effectiveness. With the advancement of modern medical concepts, the beneficial effects of music on human health have gradually become accepted, and the corresponding music therapy has gradually become a new research direction that has received much attention in recent years. However, folk music has certain peculiarities that lead to the fact that there is no efficient way of selecting repertoire that can be carried out directly throughout the repertoire selection. This paper combines deep learning theory with ethnomusic therapy based on previous research and proposes a deep learning-based approach to ethnomusic therapy song selection. Since the feature extraction process in the traditional sense has insufficient information on each frame, excessive redundancy, inability to process multiple frames of continuous music signals containing relevant music features and weak noise immunity, it increases the computational effort and reduces the efficiency of the system. To address the above shortcomings, this paper introduces deep learning methods into the feature extraction process, combining the feature extraction process of the Deep Auto-encoder (DAE) with the music classification process of Gaussian mixture model, which forms a new DAE-GMM music classification model. Finally, in terms of music therapy selection, this paper compares the music selection method based on co-matrix and physiological signal with the one in this paper. From the theoretical and simulation plots, it can be seen that the method proposed in this paper can achieve both good music classifications from a large number of music and further optimize the process of music therapy song selection from both subjective and objective aspects by considering the therapeutic effect of music on patients. Fatigue driving is one of the primary causative factors of road accidents. It is of great significance to discern, identify and warn drivers in time for traffic safety and reduce traffic accidents. In this paper, a systematic review for the fatigue driving behavior recognition method is developed to analyze its research status and development trends. Firstly, the data information and its application scenarios related to fatigue driving is detailed. Three driving behavior recognition methods based on different types of signal data are summarized and analyzed, and this signal data can be divided into physiological signal characteristics, visual signal characteristics, vehicle sensor data characteristics and multi-data information fusion. By summarizing and comparing the recognition effect of existing fatigue driving recognition methods, combined with deep learning technology, the paper concludes the fatigue driving behavior recognition method based on single data source has some shortcomings such as low accuracy and easy to be affected by external factors, but the recognition method based on multi-feature information fusion can achieve a exhilarated recognition result. The histopathological image classification method, based on deep learning, can be used to assist pathologists in cancer recognition in colon histopathology. The popularization of automatic and accurate histopathological image classification methods in this way is of great significance. However, smaller medical institutions with limited medical resources may lack colon histopathology image training sets with reliable labeled information; thus they may be unable to meet the needs of deep learning for many labeled training samples. Therefore, in this paper, the colon histopathological image set with rich label information from a certain medical institution is taken as the source domain; the colon histopathological image set from a smaller medical institution with limited medical resources is taken as the target domain. Considering the potential differences between histopathological images obtained by different institutions, this paper proposes a classification learning framework, namely unsupervised domain adaptation with local structure preservation for colon histopathological image classification, which can learn an adaptive classifier by performing distribution alignment and preserving intra-domain local structure to predict the labels of the colon histopathological images from institutions with lower medical resources. Extensive experiments demonstrate that the proposed framework shows significant improvement in accuracy and specificity of colon histopathological images without reliable labeled information compared to models without unsupervised domain adaptation. Specifically, in an affiliated hospital in Fuyang City, Anhui Province, the classification accuracy of benign and malignant colon histopathological images reaches 96.21%. Millions of traffic accidents occur worldwide each year, resulting in tens of thousands of deaths. The primary cause is the distracted behavior of drivers during the driving process. If the distracted behaviors of drivers during driving can be detected and recognized in time, drivers can regulate their driving and the goal of reducing the number of traffic fatalities can be achieved. A deep learning model is proposed to detect driver distractions in this paper. The model can identify ten behaviors including one normal driving behavior and nine distracted driving behaviors. The proposed model consists of two modules. In the first module, the cross-domain complementary learning (CDCL) algorithm is used to detect driver body parts in the input images, which reduces the impact of environmental factors in vehicles on the convolutional neural network. Then the output images of the first module are sent to the second module. The Resnet50 and Vanilla networks are ensembled in the second module, and then the driver behavior can be classified. The ensemble architecture used in the second module can reduce the sensitivity of only a single network on the data, and then the detection accuracy can be improved. In this paper, we proposed classification and clustering algorithms that are proper for analyzing customer-related datasets, which are mostly high-dimensional with too many instances. For the clustering purpose, This paper presents a Cuckoo-Search-based Variable Weighting (CSVW) Clustering algorithm to obtain optimal variable weights of high-dimensional data for each cluster. This paper also proposes a deep Inferarer Classifier for categorizing customers using Bi-Directional Long Short-Term Memory (Bi-LSTM) neural network, which uses a Fuzzy Inferential Classifier on its last layer. The Insurance Company (TIC) and InstaCart datasets are utilized for the experiments and performance evaluation. Simulation results reveal that the proposed clustering algorithm generates appropriate Silhouette and Elbow criteria scores in a few cycles of execution in comparison to ordinal clustering algorithms. Stance detection for user reviews on social platforms aims to classify the stance of users' reviews toward a specific topic. Existing studies focused on the internal semantic features of reviews' texts, but ignored the external knowledge associated with the review. This paper retrieves external knowledge related to the key information of each review by mapping it to a knowledge graph. Thereafter, this paper infuses the external knowledge into deep learning model for stance detection. Considering that infusing external knowledge may bring noise to the model, this paper adopts the personalized PageRank method to filter the introduced irrelevant external knowledge. Infusing external knowledge can improve the classification performance by providing background knowledge. In addition to considering the textual features of reviews when constructing the stance detection model, this paper employs a gated graph neural network (GGNN) approach to fuse the structural information between reviews to capture the interactions of reviews. The experiments show that the model improves 1.5% –6.9% in macro-average scores compared to six benchmark models in this paper. Crack detection in concrete buildings is crucial for assessing structural health, but it poses challenges due to complex backgrounds, real-time requirements, and high accuracy demands. Deep learning techniques, including U-Net and Fully Convolutional Networks (FCN), have shown promise in crack detection. However, they are sensitive to real-world environmental variations, impacting robustness and accuracy. This paper compares the performance of U-Net and FCN for concrete crack detection on bridges using raw images under various conditions. A dataset of 157 images (100 for training, 57 for testing) was used, and the models were evaluated based on Dice similarity coefficient and Jaccard index. FCN slightly outperformed U-Net in accuracy (94.88% vs. 94.21%), while U-Net had a slight advantage in validation (93.55% vs. 92.99%). Accurate and reliable prediction of Alzheimer's disease (AD) progression is crucial for effective interventions and treatment to delay its onset. Recently, deep learning models for AD progression achieve excellent predictive accuracy. However, their predictions lack reliability due to the non-calibration defects, that affects their recognition and acceptance. To address this issue, this paper proposes a temporal attention-aware evidential recurrent network for trustworthy prediction of AD progression. Specifically, evidential recurrent network explicitly models uncertainty of the output and converts it into a reliability measure for trustworthy AD progression prediction. Furthermore, considering that the actual scenario of AD progression prediction frequently relies on historical longitudinal data, we introduce temporal attention into evidential recurrent network, which improves predictive performance. We demonstrate the proposed model on the TADPOLE dataset. For predictive performance, the proposed model achieves mAUC of 0.943 and BCA of 0.881, which is comparable to the SOTA model MinimalRNN. More importantly, the proposed model provides reliability measures of the predicted results through uncertainty estimation and the ECE of the method on the TADPOLE dataset is 0.101, which is much lower than the SOTA model at 0.147, indicating that the proposed model can provide important decision-making support for risk-sensitive prediction of AD progression. Code search, which locates code snippets in large code repositories based on natural language queries entered by developers, has become increasingly popular in the software development process. It has the potential to improve the efficiency of software developers. Recent studies have demonstrated the effectiveness of using deep learning techniques to represent queries and codes accurately for code search. In specific, pre-trained models of programming languages have recently achieved significant progress in code searching. However, we argue that aligning programming and natural languages are crucial as there are two different modalities. Existing pre-train models based approaches for code search do not effectively consider implicit alignments of representations across modalities (inter-modal representation). Moreover, the existing methods do not take into account the consistency constraint of intra-modal representations, making the model ineffective. As a result, we propose a novel code search method that optimizes both intra-modal and inter-modal representation learning. The alignment of the representation between the two modalities is achieved by introducing contrastive learning. Furthermore, the consistency of intra-modal feature representation is constrained by KL-divergence. Our experimental results confirm the model's effectiveness on seven different test datasets. BACKGROUND: Photon-counting computed tomography (Photon counting CT) utilizes photon-counting detectors to precisely count incident photons and measure their energy. These detectors, compared to traditional energy integration detectors, provide better image contrast and material differentiation. However, Photon counting CT tends to show more noticeable ring artifacts due to limited photon counts and detector response variations, unlike conventional spiral CT. OBJECTIVE: To comprehensively address this issue, we propose a novel feature shared multi-decoder network (FSMDN) that utilizes complementary learning to suppress ring artifacts in Photon counting CT images. METHODS: Specifically, we employ a feature-sharing encoder to extract context and ring artifact features, facilitating effective feature sharing. These shared features are also independently processed by separate decoders dedicated to the context and ring artifact channels, working in parallel. Through complementary learning, this approach achieves superior performance in terms of artifact suppression while preserving tissue details. RESULTS: We conducted numerous experiments on Photon counting CT images with three-intensity ring artifacts. Both qualitative and quantitative results demonstrate that our network model performs exceptionally well in correcting ring artifacts at different levels while exhibiting superior stability and robustness compared to the comparison methods. Breast cancer is one of the cancers with high morbidity and mortality in the world, which is a serious threat to the health of women. With the development of deep learning, the recognition about computer-aided diagnosis technology is getting higher and higher. And the traditional data feature extraction technology has been gradually replaced by the feature extraction technology based on convolutional neural network which helps to realize the automatic recognition and classification of pathological images. In this paper, a novel method based on deep learning and wavelet transform is proposed to classify the pathological images of breast cancer. Firstly, the image flip technique is used to expand the data set, then the two-level wavelet decomposition and reconfiguration technology is used to sharpen and enhance the pathological images. Computer-aided tongue and face diagnosis technology can make Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) more standardized, objective and quantified. However, many tongue images collected by the instrument may not meet the standard in clinical applications, which affects the subsequent quantitative analysis. The common tongue diagnosis instrument cannot determine whether the patient has fully extended the tongue or collected the face. This paper proposes an image quality control algorithm based on deep learning to verify the eligibility of TCM tongue diagnosis images. We firstly gathered enough images and categorized them into five states. Secondly, we preprocessed the training images. Thirdly, we built a ResNet34 model and trained it by the transfer learning method. Finally, we input the test images into the trained model and automatically filter out unqualified images and point out the reasons. Experimental results show that the model’s quality control accuracy rate of the test dataset is as high as 97.06%. Our methods have the strong discriminative power of the learned representation. Compared with previous studies, it can guarantee subsequent tongue image processing. Accurate SARS-CoV-2 screening is made possible by automated Computer-Aided Diagnosis (CAD) which reduces the stress on healthcare systems. Since Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) is highly contagious, the transition chain can be broken through an early diagnosis by clinical knowledge and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Manual findings are time and labor-intensive. Even if Reverse Transcription-Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) delivers quick findings, Chest X-ray (CXR) imaging is still a more trustworthy tool for disease classification and assessment. Several studies have been conducted using Deep Learning (DL) algorithms for COVID-19 detection. One of the biggest challenges in modernizing healthcare is extracting useful data from high-dimensional, heterogeneous, and complex biological data. Intending to introduce an automated COVID-19 diagnosis model, this paper develops a proficient optimization model that enhances the classification performance with better accuracy. The input images are initially pre-processed with an image filtering approach for noise removal and data augmentation to extend the dataset. Secondly, the images are segmented via U-Net and are given to classification using the Fused U-Net Convolutional Neural Network (FUCNN) model. Here, the performance of U-Net is enhanced through the modified Moth Flame Optimization (MFO) algorithm named Chaotic System-based MFO (CSMFO) by optimizing the weights of U-Net. The significance of the implemented model is confirmed over a comparative evaluation with the state-of-the-art models. In the application areas of streaming, social networks, and video-sharing platforms such as YouTube and Facebook, along with traditional television systems, programs’ classification stands as a pivotal effort in multimedia content management. Despite recent advancements, it remains a scientific challenge for researchers. This paper proposes a novel approach for television monitoring systems and the classification of extended video content. In particular, it presents two distinct techniques for program classification. The first one leverages a framework integrating Structural Similarity Index Measurement and Convolutional Neural Network, which pipelines on stacked frames to classify program initiation, conclusion, and contents. Noteworthy, this versatile method can be seamlessly adapted across various systems. The second analyzed framework implies directly processing optical flow. Building upon a shot-boundary detection technique, it incorporates background subtraction to adaptively discern frame alterations. These alterations are subsequently categorized through the integration of a Transformers network, showcasing a potential advancement in program classification methodology. A comprehensive overview of the promising experimental results yielded by the two techniques is reported. News text is an important branch of natural language processing. Compared to ordinary texts, news text has significant economic and scientific value. The characteristics of news text include structural hierarchy, diverse label categories, and limited high-quality annotation samples. Many machine learning and deep learning methods exist to analyze various forms of news text. However, due to label imbalance, hierarchical semantics, and confusing labels, current methods have limitations. Therefore, this paper proposes a news text classification framework based on hierarchical semantics and prior correction (HSPC). Firstly, data augmentation is used to enhance the diversity of the training set and adversarial learning is employed to improve the resistance of the model with its robustness. Then, a hierarchical feature extraction approach is employed to extract semantic features from different levels of news texts. Consequentially, a feature fusion method is designed to allow the model to focus on relevant hierarchical semantics for label classification. Finally, highly confusing label predictions are corrected to optimize the label prediction of the model and improve confidence. Multiple experiments are performed on four widely used public datasets. The experimental results indicate that HSPC achieves higher classification accuracy compared to other models. On the FCT, AGNews, THUCNews, and Ohsumed datasets, HSPC improves the accuracy by 1.03%, 1.38%, 2.55%, and 1.15%, respectively, compared to state-of-the-art methods. Neuroimaging technology is considered a non-invasive method research the structure and function of the brain which have been widely used in neuroscience, psychiatry, psychology, and other fields. The development of Deep Learning Neural Network (DLNN), based on the deep learning algorithms of neural imaging techniques in brain disease diagnosis plays a more and more important role. In this paper, a deep neural network imaging technology based on Stack Auto-Encoder (SAE) feature extraction is constructed, and then Support Vector Machine (SVM) was used to solve binary classification problems (Alzheimer's disease [AD] and Mild Cognitive Impairment [MCI]). Four sets of experimental data were employed to perform the training and testing stages of DLNN. The number of neurons in each of the DLNNs was determined using the grid search technique. Image segmentation is critical in medical image processing for lesion detection, localisation, and subsequent diagnosis. Currently, computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) has played a significant role in improving diagnostic efficiency and accuracy. The segmentation task is made more difficult by the hazy lesion boundaries and uneven forms. Because standard convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are incapable of capturing global contextual information, adequate segmentation results are impossible to achieve. We propose a multiscale feature fusion network (MTC-Net) in this paper that integrates deep separable convolution and self-attentive modules in the encoder to achieve better local continuity of images and feature maps. In the decoder, a multi-branch multi-scale feature fusion module (MSFB) is utilized to improve the network's feature extraction capability, and it is integrated with a global cooperative aggregation module (GCAM) to learn more contextual information and adaptively fuse multi-scale features. To develop rich hierarchical representations of irregular forms, the suggested detail enhancement module (DEM) adaptively integrates local characteristics with their global dependencies. In order to enhance the accuracy and reliability of fault diagnosis in chemical processes, this paper proposes a methodology for chemical process fault diagnosis based on an improved SE-ResNet-BiGRU neural network. Initially, the ResNet model is enhanced by incorporating the SENet mechanism, enabling the extraction of features from input data and selectively enhancing them, thereby strengthening the model's ability to capture crucial features. Subsequently, the BiGRU model is employed to perform temporal modeling on the extracted features, allowing for better capture of dynamic changes in fault signals. In order to validate the effectiveness of this approach, experiments are conducted using the TE chemical process dataset. The results are analyzed using methods such as ROC-AUC, confusion matrix, and t-SNE visualization. The improved SE-ResNet-BiGRU model achieves a testing accuracy of 97.78% and an average fault diagnosis rate of 97.24%. Reliable and accurate short-term forecasting of residential load plays an important role in DSM. However, the high uncertainty inherent in single-user loads makes them difficult to forecast accurately. Various traditional methods have been used to address the problem of residential load forecasting. A single load forecast model in the traditional method does not allow for comprehensive learning of data characteristics for residential loads, and utilizing RNNs faces the problem of long-term memory with vanishing or exploding gradients in backpropagation. Therefore, a gated GRU combined model based on multi-objective optimization is proposed to improve the short-term residential load forecasting accuracy in this paper. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness, GRUCC-MOP is first experimentally tested with the unimproved model to verify the model performance and forecasting effectiveness. Secondly the method is evaluated experimentally with other excellent forecasting methods: models such as DBN, LSTM, GRU, EMD-DBN and EMD-MODBN. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a syndrome that occurs in the preclinical stage of Alzheimer's disease (AD) and is also an early signal of the onset of AD. Early detection and accurate differentiation between MCI and AD populations, and providing them with effective intervention and treatment, are of great significance for preventing or delaying the onset of AD. In this paper, we propose a deep learning model, SE-DenseNet, that combines channel attention and dense connectivity networks and apply it to the field of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data recognition for the diagnosis of AD and MCI. First, to extract MRI features with high quality, a slicing algorithm based on two-dimensional image information entropy is proposed to obtain AD brain lesion features with stronger representation ability. Second, in terms of model structure, SENet is introduced as a channel attention module and redistribute the weight of image features in the channel dimension; use DenseNet as the main architecture to maximize information flow, and each layer is directly interconnected with subsequent layers. It enables the network to learn and extract relevant features from the input data and improve the classification ability of the network. Finally, our proposed model is validated on the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) dataset, the results have shown that the accuracy for the four classification tasks of AD-NC, AD-MCI, NC-MCI, and AD-NC-MCI can reach 98.12%, 97.42%, 97.42%, and 95.24%, respectively. At the same time, the sensitivity and specificity have also achieved satisfactory results, exhibited a high performance in comparison with the classic machine learning algorithm and several existing state-of-the-art deep learning methods, demonstrating the proposed method is a powerful tool for the early diagnosis and detection of AD. To better understand users' behavior patterns in web search, numerous click models are proposed to extract the implicit interaction feedback. Most existing click models are heavily based on the implicit information to model user behaviors, ignoring the impact of explicit information between queries and documents in search sessions. In this paper, we fully consider the topic relevance between queries and documents in search sessions and propose a novel topic relevance-aware click model (TRA-CM) for web search. TRA-CM consists of a relevance estimator and an examination predictor. The relevance estimator consists of a topic relevance predictor and a click context encoder. In the topic relevance predictor, we utilize the pre-trained BERT model to model the content information of queries and documents in search sessions. Meanwhile, we use transformer to encode users' click behaviors in the click context encoder. We further apply a two-stage fusion strategy to obtain the final relevance scores. The examination predictor estimates the examination probability of each document. We further utilize learnable filters to attenuate log noise and obtain purer input features in both relevance estimator and examination predictor, and investigate different combination functions to integrate relevance scores and examination probabilities into click prediction. The segmentation of neuronal morphology in electron microscopy images is crucial for the analysis and understanding of neuronal function. However, most of the existing segmentation methods are not suitable for challenging datasets where the neuronal structure is contaminated by noise or has interrupted parts. In this paper, we propose a segmentation method based on deep learning to determine the location information of neurons and reduce the influence of image noise in the data. Specifically, we adapt our neuron dataset based on UNet by using convolution with BN fusion and multi-input feature fusion. The method is named REDAFNet. The model simplifies the model structure and enhances the generalization ability by fusing the convolution layer and BN layer. The noise interference in the data was reduced by multi-input feature fusion, and the ability to understand and express the data was enhanced. The method takes a neuron image as input and its pixel segmentation map as output. Experimental results show that the segmentation accuracy of the proposed method is 91.96%, 93.86% and 80.25% on the ISBI2012 dataset, U-RISC retinal neuron dataset and N2DH-GOWT1 stem cell dataset, respectively. Pedestrian trajectory prediction plays a crucial role in autonomous driving, as its accuracy directly affects the autonomous driving system's comprehension of the environment and subsequent decision-making processes. Current trajectory prediction methods tend to oversimplify pedestrians to mere point coordinates, utilizing positional information to infer interactions among individuals while overlooking the temporal correlations between them, thereby excessively simplifying pedestrian characteristics. To address the aforementioned issues, this paper proposes a trajectory prediction model for autonomous driving applications, that takes into account both pedestrian motion characteristics and scene interaction. The model optimizes the LSTM unit structure twice, serving to learn correlations among long trajectories of pedestrians and to integrate multiple forms of information into the neighborhood interaction module. Furthermore, our model introduces dual attention mechanisms for individuals and scenes, focusing on the key motion points of individual pedestrians and their interactive behavior with others in busy scenarios. The efficacy of the model was validated on the MOT16 pedestrian dataset and the Daimler pedestrian path prediction dataset, outperforming mainstream methods with 8% and 10% reductions in Average Displacement Error and Final Displacement Error respectively. Parkinson disease (PD) is a type of neurodegenerative disorder that affects the motor movement of the patient. But each technique has its own advantages or disadvantages. In gene, speech and handwriting data model, the feature extraction and reduction is an important step for efficient classification. These two steps require proper attention for selection and also require high processing time as compared to other data model like images. Because in image modality, the deep learning algorithm can be applied that can perform all process and automate the classification. As compared to these domains, the signal produces better and best results. Because the electroencephalogram (EEG) signal are taken from the brain using electrodes and it helps to observe the brain signals effectively and immediately as compared to the other data modals. Hence, in this paper, the wavelet transform will be used to decompose the signals and statistical features will be extracted from the transformed signal. Here, the satin bower bird optimization will be used for both type of wavelet selection and feature reduction process for final classification. The reduced feature set will be classified using Ensemble Neural Network type including InceptionV3, DenseNet, MobileNet, Xception, and NasNet) recently proposed for medical image classification. The whole process will be realized using MATLAB R2021a software and its performance will be evaluated in terms of Accuracy and is compared against Automated Tunable Q-wavelet transform performance. With the development of artificial intelligence, deep-learning-based log anomaly detection proves to be an important research topic. In this paper, we propose LogCSS, a novel log anomaly detection framework based on the Context-Semantics-Statistics Convolutional Neural Network (CSSCNN). It is the first model that uses BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representation from Transformers) and CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) to extract the semantic, temporal, and correlational features of the logs. We combine the features with the statistic information of log templates for the classification model to improve the accuracy. We also propose a technique, DOOT (Deals with the Out-Of-Templates), for online template matching. The experimental research shows that our framework improves the average F1 score of the six best algorithms in the industry by more than 5% on the open-source dataset HDFS, and improves the average F1 score of the six best algorithms in the industry by more than 8% on the BGL dataset, LogCSS also performs better than other similar methods on our own constructed dataset. Malware attack is a growing problem on the Android mobile platform due to its popularity and openness. Although numerous malware detection approaches have been proposed, it still remains challenging for malware detection due to a large amount of constantly mutating apps. The opcode, as the most fundamental part of Android app, possesses good resistance against obfuscation and Android version updates. Due to the large number of opcodes, most opcode-based methods employ statistical-based feature selection, which disrupts the correlation and semantic information among opcodes. In this paper, we propose an Android malware detection framework based on sensitive opcodes and deep reinforcement learning. Firstly, we extract sensitive opcode fragments based on sensitive elements and then encode the features using n-gram. Next, we use deep reinforcement learning to select the optimal subset of features. During the process of handling opcodes, we focus on preserving semantic information and the correlation among opcodes. Military object military object detection technology serves as the foundation and critical component for reconnaissance and command decision-making, playing a significant role in information-based and intelligent warfare. However, many existing military object detection models focus on exploring deeper and more complex architectures, which results in models with a large number of parameters. This makes them unsuitable for inference on mobile or resource-constrained combat equipment, such as combat helmets and reconnaissance Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). To tackle this problem, this paper proposes a lightweight detection framework. A CSP-GhostnetV2 module is proposed in our method to make the feature extraction network more lightweight while extracting more effective information. Furthermore, to fuse multiscale information in low-computational scenarios, GSConv and the proposed CSP-RepGhost are used to form a lightweight feature aggregation network. Facial expression recognition has long been an area of great interest across a wide range of fields. Deep learning is commonly employed in facial expression recognition and demonstrates excellent performance in large-sample classification tasks. However, deep learning models often encounter challenges when confronted with small-sample expression classification problems, as they struggle to extract sufficient relevant features from limited data, resulting in subpar performance. This paper presents a novel approach called the Multi-CNN Logical Reasoning System, which is based on local area recognition and logical reasoning. It initiates the process by partitioning facial expression images into two distinct components: eye action and mouth action. Subsequently, it utilizes logical reasoning based on the inherent relationship between local actions and global expressions to facilitate facial expression recognition. Throughout the reasoning process, it not only incorporates manually curated knowledge but also acquires hidden knowledge from the raw data. Experimental results conducted on two small-sample datasets derived from the KDEF and RaFD datasets demonstrate that the proposed approach exhibits faster convergence and higher prediction accuracy when compared to classical deep learning-based algorithms. Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis (ABSA) has been the focus of increasing study in recent years. Previous research has demonstrated that incorporating syntactic information, such as dependency trees, can enhance ABSA performance. Knowledge tracing aims to model learners' knowledge mastery based on their historical interaction records and predict their future performance. Due to its great potential in enabling personalized learning in intelligent tutoring systems, it has received extensive attention. However, most deep learning-based knowledge tracing methods have significant predictive performance. It is difficult to extract meaningful interpretations from the thousands of parameters in neural networks. The interpretability of knowledge tracing refers to the ability of learners to easily understand the predicted results.To address this problem, based on learning factors that influence the learner's exercise performance, this paper proposes a novel knowledge tracing model which is named Integrating Learning factors and Bayesian network for interpretable Knowledge Tracing (LBKT). Firstly, meaningful learning factors, including knowledge mastery, learning ability, and exercise difficulty, are calculated from learners' historical interaction records using deep learning and statistical methods. Then, Bayesian network is constructed to capture the causal relation between the three learning factors and exercise response. Finally, the Bayesian network is generated through structure and parameter learning to obtain interpretable prediction of future exercise performance. The proposed model named LBKT is evaluated on three public real-world educational datasets. The experiment results demonstrate that our approach achieves better predictive performance compared to baseline knowledge tracing methods, while also exhibiting significant superiority in model interpretability. Twitter has experienced a tremendous surge in popularity over recent years, establishing itself as a prominent social media platform with a large user base. However, with this increased usage, there has been a concerning rise in the number of individuals resorting to derogatory language and expressing their opinions in a demeaning manner toward others. This surge in hate speech has drawn significant attention to the field of sentiment analysis, which aims to develop algorithms capable of detecting and analyzing emotions expressed in social networks using intuitive approaches. This paper focuses on addressing the complex task of detecting hate speech and aggressive behavior while performing target classification. We explored various deep-learning approaches, including LSTM, BiLSTM, CNN, and GRU. Each offers unique capabilities for capturing different aspects of the input data. We proposed an ensemble approach that combines the top three performing models. Nowadays, automatic human activity recognition from video images is necessary for monitoring applications and caring for disabled people. The use of surveillance cameras and the processing of the obtained images leads to the achievement of a smart, accurate system for the recognition of human behavior. Since human detection in different scenes is associated with many challenges, several approaches have been implemented to detect human activity from video image processing. Due to the complexity of human activities, background noises and other factors affect the detection. For the solution of these problems, two deep learning-based algorithms have been described in the current article. According to the convolutional neural networks, the LSTM + CNN method and the 3D CNN method have been used to recognize the human activities in the images of the video. In the era of digital economy, the optimization of enterprise supply chain networks has become a key challenge, while the problems of traditional supply chains, including information asymmetry and lack of trust, seriously hinder the development of enterprise supply chain networks. This paper will use the blockchain distributed technology and the digital economy background to explore how to use the blockchain distributed technology to optimize the existing problems. Firstly, study the supply chain information sharing to develop resources to reduce costs, then use the application of block chain technology and smart contract to establish information sharing mechanism to help the supply chain information more transparent and improve trust; secondly, use the block chain technology decentralized storage model to realize the decentralized supply chain research, and finally use the consensus method to improve the privacy protection of information, to avoid information asymmetry among users. Through experiments, it could be found that the optimization method of enterprise supply chain network based on blockchain distributed technology had a traceability accuracy of over 92.35% for the extracted products, with an average traceability accuracy of 93.791% for 10 products. Research on the transparency of different supply chain information was above 89.73% . By utilizing blockchain distributed technology, information protection in enterprise supply chains could be effectively improved; trust mechanisms could be better established; risk control effectiveness could be improved; optimization of enterprise supply chain networks could be better assisted. As a list of remotely sensed data sources is available, the effective processing of remote sensing images is of great significance in practical applications in various fields. This paper proposes a new lightweight network to solve the problem of remote sensing image processing by using the method of deep learning. Specifically, the proposed model employs ShuffleNet V2 as the backbone network, appropriately increases part of the convolution kernels to improve the classification accuracy of the network, and uses the maximum overlapping pooling layer to enhance the detailed features of the input images. Finally, Squeeze and Excitation (SE) blocks are introduced as the attention mechanism to improve the architecture of the network. Experimental results based on several multisource data show that our proposed network model has a good classification effect on the test samples and can achieve more excellent classification performance than some existing methods, with an accuracy of 91%, and can be used for the classification of remote sensing images. Our model not only has high accuracy but also has faster training speed compared with large networks and can greatly reduce computation costs. Medical image classification is an essential task in the fields of computer-aided diagnosis and medical image analysis. In recent years, researchers have made extensive work on medical image classification by computer vision techniques. However, most of the current work is based on deep learning methods, which still suffer from expensive hardware resources, long time consuming and a lot of parameters to be optimized. In this paper, a multi-granularity ensemble algorithm for medical image classification based on broad learning system is proposed, which is an end-to-end lightweight model. On the one hand, the proposed method is designed to address the problem of weak image feature learning ability of broad learning system. The convolution module with fixed weights based on transfer learning is introduced as a feature extractor to extract fusion features of medical images. On the other hand, the multi-granularity ensemble framework is proposed, which learn the fusion features of medical images from fine-grained to coarse-grained respectively, and the prediction results at different granularity levels are integrated by ensemble learning. In this way, the bottom local features can be sufficiently considered, while the global features can also be taken into account. The experimental results show that on the MedMNIST dataset (containing 10 sub-datasets), the proposed method can shorten the training time by tens of times while having similar accuracy to deep convolutional neural networks. The accurate detection of traffic signs is a critical component of self-driving systems, enabling safe and efficient navigation. In the literature, various methods have been investigated for traffic sign detection, among which deep learning-based approaches have demonstrated superior performance compared to other techniques. This paper justifies the widespread adoption of deep learning due to its ability to provide highly accurate results. However, the current research challenge lies in addressing the need for high accuracy rates and real-time processing requirements. In this study, we propose a convolutional neural network based on the YOLOv8 algorithm to overcome the aforementioned research challenge. Our approach involves generating a custom dataset with diverse traffic sign images, followed by conducting training, validation, and testing sets to ensure the robustness and generalization of the model. Experimental results and performance evaluation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Extensive experiments show that our model achieved remarkable accuracy rates in traffic sign detection, meeting the real-time requirements of the input data. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
