The article reports that the U.S. administration has been called on by China for the reversal of a decision to impose steep duties on Chinese exports of coated paper. Wang Xinpie, a spokesman of China's commerce ministry, said that China strongly needs the U.S. to reconsider the decision and make prompt changes. In 2006, the U.S. trade deficit was recorded $233 billion with China.
