The present paper deals with the Szász-Mirakyan-Durrmeyer-Stancu operators preserving 𝑒2𝑎𝑥 for a>0. The uniform convergence of the constructed operators is mentioned in this paper. The rate of convergence is examined by employing two different modulus of continuities. After that, a Voronovskaya-type theorem is investigated for quantitative asymptotic estimation. Finally, a comparison is made theoretically to show that the new constructed operators perform well.

As other authors have been very interested in the topic of fixed points, we have obtained some results in this study that emphasize the importance of the fixed point theory. Kannan described a more general contraction than the Banach contraction that took its name and later Reich generalized this contraction further in metric spaces. In this paper, we have introduced some new contractions called Reich type γ-contraction and Kannan type γ-contraction which are generalization of γ-contraction and we have obtained some fixed point results for Reich type γ-contraction in non-Archimedean fuzzy metric spaces. We have presented a result about Kannan type-contraction. Furtermore, we have established an example about our main result.

The SSIR-PACS is a group identification and a model-free variable selection method under sufficient dimension reduction (SDR) settings. It combined the Pairwise Absolute Clustering and Sparsity (PACS) with sliced inverse regression (SIR) methods to produce solutions with sparsity and the ability of group identification. However, the SSIR-PACS depends on classical estimates for dispersion and location, squared loss function, and non-robust weights for outliers. In this paper, a robust version of SSIR-PACS (RSSIR-PACS) is proposed. We replaced the squared loss by the criterion of Tukey's biweight. Also, the non-robust weights to outliers, which depend on Pearson’s correlations, are substituted with robust weights based on recently developed ball correlation. Moreover, the estimates of the mean and covariance matrix are substituted by the median and ball covariance, respectively. The RSSIR-PACS is robust to outliers in both the response and covariates. According to the results of simulations, RSSIR-PACS produces very good results. If the outliers are existing, the efficacy of RSSIR-PACS is considerably better than the efficacy of the competitors. In addition, a robust criteria to estimate the structural dimension d is proposed. The RSSIR-PACS makes SSIR-PACS practically feasible. Also, we employed real data to demonstrate the utility of RSSIR-PACS.

This paper presents a new Marshall-Olkin extended family of distributions with bounded support. Some of the Mathematical properties of the proposed distribution were studied and the method of maximum likelihood estimation was employed to estimate the unknown parameters of the proposed distribution. A Monte Carlo simulation study was carried out to examine the asymptotic behaviour of the parameter estimates of the distribution.” Finally, two real data sets defined on a unit interval were used to show the applicability of the proposed distribution in analyzing real data sets.

This paper is concerned with the combinatorial identities of the harmonic and the hyperharmonic Fibonacci numbers. By using the symmetric algorithm, we get some identities which improve the usual results and generalize known equations. Moreover, with the help of concept of Riordan array, we obtain the generating functions for these numbers and a variety of identities are derived.

In this paper, quasi-hemi-slant Riemannian maps from almost Hermitian manifolds onto Riemannian manifolds are introduced. The geometry of leaves of distributions that are involved in the definition of the submersion and quasi-hemi-slant Riemannian maps are studied. In addition, conditions for such distributions to be integrable and totally geodesic are obtained. Also, a necessary and sufficient condition for proper quasi-hemi-slant Riemannian maps to be totally geodesic is given. Moreover, structured concrete examples for this notion are given.

The aim of the paper is to find polynomial parametric equations of rectifying Salkowski curves in Minkowski 3-space, via a serial approach. These curves are characterized by according to their curvature; in particular those curves with constant curvature functions and linear harmonic curvature functions are fully characterized. Then, the equations of the rectifying Salkowski curves are obtained as serial solutions of differential equations with third-order polynomial coefficients.

The present paper addresses a new approach to reduce bias when there are undetected species in a plot. Partially density matrix plays essential role in this new proposed estimator. The performance of the new proposed estimator ( Ĥ 0 ) was compared to bias-corrected MLE (MLE BC ), Jackknife (JK) and the proposed estimator of Chao and Shen (Ĥ cs ) using Principle component analysis (PCA). The result of the first PCA applied to the data including the estimators’ values of the assemblages showed that Ĥ 0 is located between JK and Ĥ cs and its’ nearest neighbor becomes JK. The second PCA was applied to the data belonging to the relative estimator values between the pairwise assemblages and, it was found that Ĥ 0 is still located between JK and Ĥ cs but its’ nearest neighbor becomes Ĥ cs in this time along the first axis. Those results were evaluated that Ĥ 0 is a better estimator than MLE BC . Thus the new proposed estimator ( Ĥ 0 ) can also be used as an alternative bias-corrected estimator in addition to the other estimators.

Let G denote the set of all simple graphs with n vertices and m edges. In this paper, for a given type of graph Hermite matrix A, we determine the average values of the difference between A-energies of two graphs randomly chosen from G . These results yield criterions for deciding when two graphs are almost A-equienergetic. Our results generalize some previous results in the literature. Moreover, we give new results on Laplacian energy.

This paper explores a connection between third order recursive sequences and generalized continued fractions by analogy with second order recursive sequences and ordinary two-dimensional continued fractions. It does this with a partial recurrence relation which is related to the original third order recurrence relation, and raises a related conjecture.
