Abstract

The article describes a case of Myeloid Sarcoma (MS) in a 30 year old female patient presented with bilateral breast lumps. Clinical examination showed vague nodularity in bilateral breasts with tenderness and microscopic examination of the core biopsies from both breasts indicated a cellular tumor arranged in a single cell pattern and in sheets. A diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with monocytic differentiation was made following bone marrow examination.
