This paper presents an in-depth study and analysis of oil painting classification and simulation using an improved embedded learning fusion vision perception algorithm. This paper analyzes and models the image quality evaluation problem by simulating the human visual system and extracting quality perception features as the main entry point to improve the prediction accuracy of the overall algorithm. This paper proposes a multi-classification method of CCNN, which uses the similarity measure based on information first to achieve multi-classification of artwork styles and artists, and this part is the main part of this paper. This paper uses the wiki art repository to construct a dataset of oil paintings, including over 2000 works by 20 artists in 13 styles. CNN achieves an accuracy of 85.75% on the artist classification task, which is far more effective than traditional deep learning networks such as Resnet. Finally, we use the network model of this paper and other network models to train the classification of 3, 4, and 6 categories of art images. The accuracy of art image classification by this paper's algorithm is higher than that of the current mainstream convolutional neural network models, and the extracted features are more comprehensive and more accurate than traditional art image feature extraction methods, which do not rely on researchers to extract image features. The accurate detection of traffic signs is a critical component of self-driving systems, enabling safe and efficient navigation. In the literature, various methods have been investigated for traffic sign detection, among which deep learning-based approaches have demonstrated superior performance compared to other techniques. This paper justifies the widespread adoption of deep learning due to its ability to provide highly accurate results. However, the current research challenge lies in addressing the need for high accuracy rates and real-time processing requirements. In this study, we propose a convolutional neural network based on the YOLOv8 algorithm to overcome the aforementioned research challenge. Our approach involves generating a custom dataset with diverse traffic sign images, followed by conducting training, validation, and testing sets to ensure the robustness and generalization of the model. Experimental results and performance evaluation demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. Hand-drawn is one of the few visual descriptors that can directly represent visual content, and has significant research in the area of computer vision. Aiming at the problem of sparse features in the realm of hand-drawn image retrieval, hand-drawn images, and the easy deformation of hand-drawn images, this paper proposes a feature extraction method of grid resource sharing collaborative algorithm, which can be obtained utilizing precisely extracted semantic characteristics from hand-drawn images through computer multimedia-aided design Efficient and accurate retrieval results. First, the fundamental framework for obtaining semantic features is algorithm; then the attention model mechanism is the grid resource sharing collaborative introduced in the process of supervised training, and the attention structure block is introduced after the convolutional neural network's bottom layer. To locate effective semantic features, In order to accomplish high-precision retrieval, the attention structure block combines channel attention structure and spatial attention structure to build the attention structure block. The last feature descriptor is then created by combining various semantic feature levels. In recent years, UNet and its derivative networks have gained widespread recognition as major methods of medical image segmentation. However, networks like UNet often struggle with Point-of-Care (POC) healthcare applications due to their high number of parameters and computational complexity. To tackle these challenges, this paper introduces an efficient network designed for medical image segmentation called MCU-Net, which leverages ConvNeXt to enhance UNet. 1) Based on ConvNeXt, MCU-Net proposes the MCU Block, which employs techniques such as large kernel convolution, depth-wise separable convolution, and an inverted bottleneck design. To ensure stable segmentation performance, it also integrates global response normalization (GRN) layers and Gaussian Error Linear Unit (GELU) activation functions. 2) Additionally, MCU-Net introduces an enhanced Multi-Scale Convolution Attention (MSCA) module after the original UNet's skip connections, emphasizing medical image features and capturing semantic insights across multiple scales. 3)The downsampling process replaces pooling layers with convolutions, and both upsampling and downsampling stages incorporate batch normalization (BN) layers to enhance model stability during training. The experimental results demonstrate that MCU-Net, with a parameter count of 2.19 million and computational complexity of 19.73 FLOPs, outperforms other segmentation models. The overall performance of MCU-Net in medical image segmentation surpasses that of other models, achieving a Dice score of 91.8% and mIoU of 84.7% on the GlaS dataset. The key step in the intelligence of tongue diagnosis is the segmentation of the tongue image, and the accuracy of the segmented edges has a significant impact on the subsequent medical judgment. Deep learning can predict the class of pixel points to achieve pixel-level segmentation of images, so it can be used to handle tongue segmentation tasks. However, different models have different segmentation effects, and they did not learn the connection between space and channels, resulting in inaccurate tongue segmentation. This paper first discussed the choice of model and loss function and then compared the results of different options to find the better model. Associating the red feature of the tongue is very conducive to segmentation as a feature, this paper tested many methods to try to get the color features of the original image to be paid attention to. Finally, this paper proposed an improved Encoder-Decoder network model to solve the problem based on the results. Start with Resnet as the backbone network, then introduce the U-Net model, and then we fused the attention layer, obtained from the source image through convolution and CBAM attention mechanism, and the feature layer obtained from the last upsampling in U-Net. Background: HER2 gene expression is one of the main reference indicators for breast cancer detection and treatment, and it is also an important target for tumor targeted therapy drug selection. Therefore, the correct detection and evaluation of HER2 gene expression has important value for clinical treatment of breast cancer.Objective: The study goal is to better classify HER2 images.Methods: For general convolution neural network, with the increase of network layers, over fitting phenomenon is often very serious, which requires setting the value of random descent ratio, and parameter adjustment is often time-consuming and laborious, so this paper uses residual network, with the increase of network layer, the accuracy will not be reduced.Results: In this paper, a HER2 image classification algorithm based on improved residual network is proposed. Experimental results show that the proposed HER2 network has high accuracy in breast cancer assessment.Conclusion: Taking HER2 images in Stanford University database as experimental data, the accuracy of HER2 image automatic classification is improved through experiments. The use of command and control (C2) servers in cyberattacks has risen considerably, attackers frequently employ the domain generated algorithm (DGA) technique to conceal their C2 servers. Various machine learning models have been suggested for binary identification of domain names as either benign or DGA domain. The Existing techniques are inefficient and have real-time detection issues and are also very data hypersensitive, therefore, they can be circumvented by the attackers. The main problem this article addresses is how to automatically detect DGA in a way that does not rely solely on reverse engineering, not strongly affected by data size, and allows detection of this DGA in real time. This paper presents DTFS-DGA model that combine neural networks models with traditional machine learning models and maintains its performance even if the data size changes to detect DGA in real time. The model uses 15 linguistics and networks features with the features extracted by long short-term memory and convolutional neural network to classify domain names using random forest and support vector machines. The automation transformation of container lifting operations is one of the main technical issues in Rail-Truck intermodal transportation. To solve this problem, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of several existing container positioning methods, and proposed a container corner holes location detection method based on lightweight convolutional neural network and adaptive morphological image processing algorithm. This method locates the container through a visual sensor that shoots from top to bottom. In order to improve the positioning accuracy and calculation speed while maintaining a high recognition rate, this method first uses a lightweight SSD detector to quickly detect the rough coordinates of the container corner hole in the image. On this basis, the smallest rectangle detection method based on adaptive HSV filtering is used to detect the precise coordinates of the corner hole in the image. Experiments show that the recognition rate of this algorithm in the initial positioning process reaches 94.2%, the recognition rate of secondary positioning reaches 87.4%, and the final positioning error is lower than 3.765 pixels and 2.81 pixels in the heading and lateral directions, respectively. The overall calculation time of the algorithm can realize the positioning calculation of 30 frames per second, which shows that this method takes into account the characteristics of high measurement accuracy and high calculation speed on the basis of high recognition rate. This paper studies the nonlinear classification technique and applies the video behavior recognition algorithm to basketball recognition. Moreover, this paper studies the classical convolutional neural network model and several improvements. In addition, this paper explains the advantages of convolutional neural networks in feature extraction compared with traditional neural networks and analyzes the performance of the algorithm by designing actual experiments. As an important core in the intelligent traffic management system, the technology and application of license plate recognition have become research focus. Detecting the accurate location of a license plate from a vehicle image is considered to be the most crucial step of license plate recognition, which greatly affects the recognition rate and speed of the whole system. Nevertheless, due to the low accuracy of license plate detection in natural scenes, further investigations are still needed in this field in order to make the detection process very efficient. In this paper, We have studied and implemented a convolutional neural network license plate detection algorithm based on transfer learning. According to the invention, new energy license plates and ordinary license plates are adopted as the research objects. The text detection model AdvancedEAST is trained on the license plate images through the transfer learning method, and experiments are carried out on the self-built license plate dataset. The experimental results show that the algorithm can better adapt to light complexity, low resolution, target interference, license plate tilt and other complex conditions. In recent times, driver drowsiness is one of the major reasons for road accidents that leads to severe physical injuries, deaths and significant economic losses. Hence, the existing driver drowsiness detection systems require a countermeasure device for the prevention of sleepiness related accident. This research paper aims to perform drowsiness detection with the help of driver's eye state, head pose, and mouth state information. Initially, the input data were collected from the public drowsy driver database. Then, the Camera Response Model (CRM) was applied to improve the quality of collected data. Also, viola-jones, and Kanade-Lucas-Tomasi (KLT) approaches were used to detect and track the driver's face, eye, and mouth regions from the input video. In this research study, Online Region-Based Active Contour Model (ORACM) algorithm was used to segment the driver's mouth region in order to obtain the threshold value. Successively, feature extraction; Histogram of Oriented Gradients (HOG) and Local Binary Pattern (LBP) was applied to extract the features from the detected eye region. The extracted features of the eye region were combined with the threshold value of mouth region and head pose angle. After extracting the feature vectors, infinite approach was utilized to choose the relevant feature vectors. Finally, the selected features were classified using Support Vector Machine (SVM) for classifying the stages of drowsiness detection. Simulation outcome illustrated that the proposed system increased the classification accuracy up to 5.52% as related to hybrid Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Deep convolutional neural networks (DCNNs), with their complex network structure and powerful feature learning and feature expression capabilities, have been remarkable successes in many large-scale recognition tasks. However, with the expectation of memory overhead and response time, along with the increasing scale of data, DCNN faces three non-rival challenges in a big data environment: excessive network parameters, slow convergence, and inefficient parallelism. To tackle these three problems, this paper develops a deep convolutional neural networks optimization algorithm (PDCNNO) in the MapReduce framework. The proposed method first pruned the network to obtain a compressed network in order to effectively reduce redundant parameters. Next, a conjugate gradient method based on modified secant equation (CGMSE) is developed in the Map phase to further accelerate the convergence of the network. Finally, a load balancing strategy based on regulate load rate (LBRLA) is proposed in the Reduce phase to quickly achieve equal grouping of data and thus improving the parallel performance of the system. We compared the PDCNNO algorithm with other algorithms on three datasets, including SVHN, EMNIST Digits, and ISLVRC2012. The experimental results show that our algorithm not only reduces the space and time overhead of network training but also obtains a well-performing speed-up ratio in a big data environment. Age-Related Macular Degeneration (ARMD) is a medical situation resulting in blurred or no vision in the middle of the eye view. Though this disease doesn't make the person completely blind, it makes it very difficult for the person to perform day to day activities like reading, driving, recognizing people etc. This paper aims to detect ARMD though Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) scans where the drusen in the macula is detected and identify the infected. The images are first passed though Directional Total Variation (DTV) Denoising followed by Active contour algorithm to mark the boundaries of the layers in macula. Protecting information from manipulation is important challenge in current days. Digital images are one of the most popular information representation. Images could be used in several fields such as military, social media, security purposes, intelligence fields, evidences in courts, and newspapers. Digital image forgeries mean adding unusual patterns to the original images that cause a heterogeneity manner in form of image properties. Copy move forgery is one of the hardest types of image forgeries to be detected. It is happened by duplicating part or section of the image then adding again in the image itself but in another location. Forgery detection algorithms are used in image security when the original content is not available. This paper illustrates a new approach for Copy Move Forgery Detection (CMFD) built basically on deep learning. The proposed model is depending on applying (Convolution Neural Network) CNN in addition to Convolutional Long Short-Term Memory (CovLSTM) networks. This method extracts image features by a sequence number of Convolutions (CNVs) layers, ConvLSTM layers, and pooling layers then matching features and detecting copy move forgery. This model had been applied to four aboveboard available databases: MICC-F220, MICC-F2000, MICC-F600, and SATs-130. Moreover, datasets have been combined to build new datasets for all purposes of generalization testing and coping with an over-fitting problem. In addition, the results of applying ConvLSTM model only have been added to show the differences in performance between using hybrid ConvLSTM and CNN compared with using CNN only. The proposed algorithm, when using number of epoch's equal 100, gives high accuracy reached to 100% for some datasets with lowest Testing Time (TT) time nearly 1 second for some datasets when compared with the different previous algorithms. In recent years, with the rapid development of satellite technology, remote sensing inversion has been used as an important part of environmental monitoring. Remote sensing inversion has been prepared for large-scale water environment monitoring in the watershed that is difficult for the traditional water environment monitoring methods. This paper will discuss some shortcomings of traditional remote sensing inversion methods, and proposes a remote sensing inversion method based on convolutional neural network, which realizes large-scale remote sensing smart and automatic inversion monitoring of the water environment. Neural decoding is a technology to analyze intentions produced by neural activities, which has important applications in military, medical, entertainment and so on. As a typical application, decoding electromyogram (EMG) signals into corresponding gestures is an important content. In order to improve the accuracy of EMG signals recognition, researchers often extract effective features from EMG signals and classify gestures by constructing a reasonable classifier. However, because of the stochasticity of the signals, this method is not robust enough. This paper proposes a convolutional neural network (CNN) based on feature fusion, which can automatically learn and classify features from time-domain(TD) and frequency-domain(FD). To make full use of information, two fusion methods are used and compared. Experiments show that the proposed fusion methods are superior to the traditional algorithm for both normal people and amputees, and have better performance compared with CNN method using only one kind of information. This paper proposes a new content recommendation system which combines the newly proposed embedded feature selection method and the new Fuzzy Temporal Logic based Decision Tree incorporated Convolutional Neural Network classifier. The newly proposed embedded feature selection called Fuzzy Decision Tree and Weighted Gini-Index based Feature Selection Algorithm (FDTWGI-FSA) that contains the existing incorporated the Fuzzy Decision Tree (FDT) and the Weighted Gini-index based Feature Selection Algorithm (WGIFSA) for getting optimized feature subset. Moreover, an enhanced CNN and Fuzzy Temporal Decision Tree for performing the deep learning process which is able to identify the exact e-content from the huge volume of data with the help of the recommended features by the proposed embedded feature selection method. The exact e-content can be identified after performing the five-layer network structure for extracting the relevant features and it also can be classified by applying the Fuzzy Temporal Decision Tree for the e-learners. Finally, the proposed content recommendation system provides exact content to the e-learners according to their level of understanding and it also satisfies them by providing the exact high level contents. As the shapes of breast cell are diverse and there is adherent between cells, fast and accurate segmentation for breast cell remains a challenging task. In this paper, an automatic segmentation algorithm for breast cell image is proposed, which focuses on the segmentation of adherent cells. First of all, breast cell image enhancement is carried out by the staining regularization. Then, the cells and background are separated by Multi-scale Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to obtain the initial segmentation results. Finally, the Curvature Scale Space (CSS) corner detection is used to segment adherent cells. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can achieve 93.01% accuracy, 93.93% sensitivity and 95.69% specificity. Compared with other segmentation algorithms of breast cell, the proposed algorithm can not only solve the difficulty of segmenting adherent cells, but also improve the segmentation accuracy of adherent cells. With the surge of computational power and efficient energy consumption management on embedded devices, embedded processing has grown exponentially during the last decade. In particular, computer vision has become prevalent in real-time embedded systems, which have always been a victim of transient fault due to its pervasive presence in harsh environments. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) are popular in the domain of embedded vision (computer vision in embedded systems) given the success they have shown. One problem encountered is that a pre-trained CNN on embedded devices is vastly affected by Silent Data Corruption (SDC). SDC refers to undetected data corruption that causes errors in data without any indication that the data is incorrect, and thus goes undetected. In this paper, we propose a software-based approach to recover the corrupted bits of a pre-trained CNN due to SDC. Our approach uses a rule-mining algorithm and we conduct experiments on the propagation of error through the topology of the CNN in order to detect the association of the bits for the weights of the pre-trained CNN. This approach increases the robustness of safety-critical embedded vision applications in volatile conditions. A proof of concept has been conducted for a combination of a CNN and a vision data set.
