Abstract

The article presents a case study of a 27-year-old white man, who was admitted in hospital after cocaine with a chest pain. Topics discussed include the patient undergoing a transthoracic echocardiogram (ECG), detection of the Wellens' syndrome, and association of Wellens' syndrome with cardiac diseases. It offers an answer to a question related to the findings of the ECG.
