Wuhan Province in China reported the first case of novel corona virus as pneumonia outbreak during December 2019. The novel coronavirus was soon declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization. On 16th of July 2021, the number of COVID-19 confirmed cases was 188,128,952 globally, out of which 4,059,339 individuals succumbed to this deadly virus. In a short span of time, eight vaccines were approval for emergency use in different nations. The selection of vaccine depends upon many criteria. Concepts from multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) are appropriate to compare and rank them. The paper proposes analytical network processing (ANP) method to rank the eight vaccines according to seven criteria. The study proposes a decision tool to select the best vaccine among the candidate vaccines. Coronavirus is spread in end of December, 2019 in Wuhan and in March, 2020 World Health Organization declared it as a pandemic. Coronavirus affect world in many ways like socially, economically and in many other. In early January, 2021 India make their vaccine and not only vaccinated their own people but also help other countries and provide vaccine to their neighbouring countries on grant and commercial basis and this will help India to make their reputation in world platform. Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) is a new disease that emerged in Wuhan, China which spreads through close contact of people, often by small droplets produced during coughing or sneezing. Detail mechanism by which it spreads between people are under investigation. The World Health Organization (WHO) declared this disease as a pandemic after the severity of the disease increased. Many scientific reports gathered have suggested many drugs that could be potential candidates for the treatment. Although, clinical effectiveness has not been fully evaluated. In this review, we have aggregated the data from few research articles, official news websites and few review papers regarding its phylogenetic relation, genomic constitution, transmission, replication and in-silico analysis done by researchers for few potent drugs that are currently used to cure COVID-19. SARS-CoV-2 belongs to Betacoronavirus genus with Genome structure consists 14 Open Reading Frames (ORFs) that encode 27 proteins. Coronavirus replicates into the host cells having unique mechanisms like ribosome frame-shifting and synthesis of genomic and sub genomic RNAs. In-silico methods have the advantage that they can make fast predictions for a large set of compounds in a high-throughput mode and also make their prediction based on the structure of a compound even before it has been synthesized. In-silico softwares have been used to find or to improve a novel bioactive compound, which may exhibit a strong affinity to a particular target in the drug development process. Novel Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is the infectious disease caused by the Coronavirus, severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The World Health Organization learned of this new virus from the Wuhan city cases in China on December 31st, 2019. COVID-19 is a major health concern worldwide due to its quick widespread around the globe. This bibliometric study evaluated the published scientific literature to assess the evolution of knowledge on COVID-19, identify the leading research stakeholders, and analyze the conceptual areas of knowledge development in this domain. Bibliometric data on COVID-19 related literature published until August 2020 were retrieved from the Web of Science Citation Database. Major areas identified through evaluating keywords and text data including Coauthorship networks of authors, geographically collaboration of organizations and countries co-authorship networks, Bibliographic coupling of sources associated with COVID-19. The Current Status of COVID-19 research shows early development in different areas of knowledge. Global research collaboration should be at a high pace and be encouraged to strengthen evidence-based decisions to prevent the COVID-19 pandemic and aftermath. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

At the end of December 2019, a new coronavirus denominated Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) was identified in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. Less than three months later, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared coronavirus disease-19 (COVID-19) to be a global pandemic. Growing numbers of clinical, histopathological, and molecular findings were subsequently reported, among which a particular interest in skin manifestations during the course of the disease was evinced. Today, about one year after the development of the first major infectious foci in Italy, various large case series of patients with COVID-19-related skin manifestations have focused on skin specimens. However, few are supported by histopathological, immunohistochemical, and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) data on skin specimens. Here, we present nine cases of COVID-positive patients, confirmed by histological, immunophenotypical, and PCR findings, who underwent skin biopsy.
