With the development of globalization, transnational higher education is gradually becoming an essential means for many countries to achieve internationalization. Nowadays, Sino-foreign cooperative universities and programmeshave been turned into an important form of internationalization of Chinese higher education, increasingly attracting the attention among policy-makers and academic researchers. This paper focuses on student satisfaction with Sino-foreign cooperative universities by both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Based on the case study, the development trend of Sino-foreign cooperative universities is discussed. Therefore, this paper is of far-reaching significance in improving the student satisfaction of Sino-foreign cooperative universities and promoting the internationalization of other ordinary public universities in China. Through the mixed empirical methods and case study approach, this paper found that the student evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative universities shows the characteristics of "integration" that effectively absorbs the maternal resources and characteristics of both Chinese and foreign parties, and also realizes self-management and education innovation. As we all know, the random forest algorithm has the advantages of high classification intensity and wide application range. Nevertheless, it still has a lot of room for improvement. This paper introduces the basic idea and working principle of classification algorithm and random forest algorithm, so this paper proposes some improved algorithms on the basis of all current research studies. College students, as the most innovative and adaptable group, have gradually become a development direction of China's education reform to cultivate their innovative employment ability and develop innovative employment education. By constructing a model of the relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and college students' employability, this paper examines the impact of innovation and entrepreneurship education mode on college students' employment and entrepreneurship. At the same time, the model is tested by improving the random forest algorithm. The process of talent quality evaluation is to select talents with the best comprehensive quality based on various indicators of students' performance in school, which can be regarded as a classification problem of unbalanced data sets. The improved random forest algorithm proposed in this paper has little difference in precision and recall rate when it is used for talent training evaluation but has a certain degree of improvement in accuracy rate, which meets the design requirements. China has undergone unprecedented changes since the Reform and Opening-up policy in 1978. Policy experimentation (PE) has been key in generating and catalysing reforms in the process. This study proposes a conceptual framework to describe the different pathways of PE-enabled reforms. Comparing two empirically informed case studies, this study demonstrates the functions of this policy tool plays within China's higher education policy-making and development: generative, rhetorical and regulatory. The paper argues that PE can be a genuinely productive mechanism for producing, identifying and negotiating new policy options while allowing the government to supervise and regulate institutional reform behaviours. However, under certain conditions, it assumes more of a symbolic role allowing the government to acquire or consolidate reform legitimacy without engaging substantial innovation. By highlighting those key roles of PE, this paper provides a distinctive perspective for understanding the policy-making and reform process in China's higher education development. The outbreak of COVID-19 has triggered a worldwide upsurge in online education. This paper first reviews the actions implemented by Tsinghua University in response to COVID-19 as an example. Based on the experience, the paper further discusses how to turn the 'forced innovation' happened in the pandemic into an 'anti-pandemic dividend' that could expedite the transformation of higher education, through institutionalizing and normalizing the actions taken under the outbreak. In view of the fact that the research method of innovative talent education model is too single, this paper studies the education model of industry-university-research (IUR) cooperation in training application-oriented innovative talents from the two aspects of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Firstly, this paper analyses the education status of IUR cooperation in training application-oriented innovative talents. Then, based on the previous studies, it conducts qualitative analysis on the education model of IUR cooperation to cultivate applied innovative talents. Finally, it proposes a quantitative analysis method for the application-oriented innovative talent education model based on IUR cooperation. The quantitative analysis method proposed in this paper is applied to the research of application-oriented innovative talent education model for the first time, which has made a useful attempt to introduce quantitative analysis in this field. The research results, from qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, show the evaluation method of the education model for application-oriented innovative talent based on IUR cooperation, which provides a theoretical reference for the development of innovative talent education in various fields, and also has important practical significance for promoting the transformation of talent training ideas in higher education. With the further development of the reform of higher education system in China, the role and status of innovation and entrepreneurship education are becoming more and more prominent. In the future, the society urgently needs talented people with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities. In order to better meet the social needs of innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and to promote in-depth innovation and entrepreneurship education in schools, Guangdong University of Technology has established a base for innovation and entrepreneurship training and incubation. In this paper, the base construction ideas, base function construction and safeguard measures are discussed. After years of exploration and practice, the school was named seven national-level honorable titles such as the first hatch of national deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education model universities, national innovation and entrepreneurship typical experience universities, state-level public space and so on. The global economic trends and the winds of technological change have elevated the status of integration between industry and education for innovation and entrepreneurship. Technologies and the Internet have significantly changed all aspects of our lives. College education has improved as a result of the enormous benefits of the Internet and big data. Reforms and development have still a lot of application space in the training and practice of educational technology talents of a college education. To improve the performance evaluation capabilities of educational technology experts in Chinese universities through education and "Internet +" has become a challenge that has to be addressed. This article is under such a formal background to have a detailed study about the current college education in China. In this study, an analysis is presented for the performance evaluation of the education technology talent training in modern universities based on big data technology. A fuzzy evaluation algorithm based on composite elements is proposed to evaluate the multielement and multilevel college education system. Experimental results illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. The proposed method has the potential to solve the complicated performance evaluation problem in colleges. For university faculty team, the innovation ecology within the school not only helps to improve the atmosphere and ability of innovation, but also is an important condition to optimize the whole university. It is an issue that all universities urgently need to improve under the development of the times. Based on the relevant literature and theories, we systematically put forward the model of the influencing factors of the innovation and ecological development of colleges in China under the background of the thesis. We focus on analyzing the mediating role of team heterogeneity and the leading role of knowledge governance. To a certain extent, this makes up for the deficiencies of the existing literature. Finally, the conclusion of the study shows that the heterogeneity of university faculty team and the good mechanism of knowledge governance improve the effectiveness of college behavior integration. This makes the continuous development of university faculty, innovation and ecological development of colleges is getting better and better. This not only provides a new perspective for the theoretical exploration of knowledge sharing in universities, but also provides theoretical guidance and methodological support for the subsequent research on knowledge management. Whereas a great deal of literature based upon the context of Western societies has concluded criminology is an ideal discipline for active learning approach, it remains uncertain if this learning approach is applicable to Chinese learners in the discipline of criminology. This article describes and provides evidence of the benefits of using active learning approach in a criminology class in a publicly funded university in a Chinese city − Hong Kong. Using quantitative and qualitative data collected from four cohorts of students enrolled in the course over four years (2008–2011) through structured questionnaire, focus group meetings and students’ self-reflection, it was evident that active learning could not only enable Chinese learners to achieve the course-intended outcomes but also could advance their attitude, knowledge and skills of learning.
