This research aims to analyze work stress, work ethic and supervision of employees at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, especially the Bidakara Tower Main Branch Office, with a total of 100 research samples taken from permanent employees and interns. Research results using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show that work supervision is more dominant in influencing employee performance than work stress and work ethic. Work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Bank BCA strives to be better at managing work stress to meet employee needs and produce good performance. Work ethic also has a positive but not too big effect on employee performance. BCA Bank pays attention to a high work ethic because it is rooted in strong cooperation and strong commitment from employees. Work ethic is very important to motivate employees to improve their performance. Supervision influences employee performance more dominantly than work stress and work ethic. This research aims to analyze how much influence Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Discipline on employee performance. In this research using primary data obtained from questionnaires to 116 employees as respondents in companies jabbek. This research uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression correlation analysis, test instruments, test the feasibility of the model, and the t test. The results of this study indicate a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, which is generated from the results of the regression equation model in the Coefficients Y table = 5.653 + 0.508 + 0.082+ 0.234. In the model feasibility test results obtained significant value of 0,000 which means the model is said to be significant and the model is said to be feasible to use in this study. On the results of the t-test hypotheses obtained sig value on the variable Financial Compensation of 0,000, the sig value on the Work Motivation variable is 0.046, and the sig value in the Work Discipline is 0,000. This study aims to determine and analyze employee motivation, discipline, and work environment and its effects on employee performance. This research was conducted at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. In addition, this study aims to provide information and advice to the Human Resources Management of PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The respondents in this study were 100 employees at PT. Rekayasa Aplikasi Digital itself. The analyses used in this study are quantitative descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The results showed that motivation, work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown from the coefficients table in the regression equation model KK = 0,261 M + 0,284 DK + 0,221 LK. The results of the conclusion of the hypothesis on the t-test partially obtained a significant value on the motivation variable of 0.05, while on the work discipline variable of 0.02 and on the work environment variable of 0.017. The purpose of this study is to determine how the workload and work motivation of employees on the performance of PT X employees and determine the effect both partially and simultaneously. This study used quantitative associative analysis which was used to determine the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable. The sample of this study used a saturated sample of 57 employees of PT X sales department with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 27 software. This thesis is the result of a quantitative study that aims to analyze the effect of Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at PT. Happy Idkho Independent. The technique used is to use primary data in the form of questionnaires to 109 employee respondents who work at PT. Bahagia Idkho Mandiri with the Simple Random Sampling method. Based on the results of the Model Feasibility test (F Test), the results of Fcount were 42.905 > Ftable 2.69 with a Sig value of <.001, which is below 0.05. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance at the Bank Indonesia Representative Office, South Sumatra Province. The population and sample in this research are 50 Non-Officer Employees and Assistant Directors of the Bank Indonesia Representative Office for South Sumatra Province in 2023. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Experience on employee performance. This research technique utilizes a quantitative approach, the selected survey method being the primary data source. The primary data used for this study was in the form of a questionnaire given to 67 employees of PT. Pranaja Trimitra Indonesia. The data analysis technique in this study included multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing (t-test) which were processed using the SPSS 23 application. In an organization, individual performance greatly affects the performance of the organization, both government and private organizations in achieving predetermined goals. Good employee performance will have an impact on overall organizational performance, which in turn can be seen from organizational achievements. Some important factors that are taken into consideration by an employee performing well, among others; Employee salary, incentives/bonuses, work motivation, workload/quantity of work, reliability, and employability. This study uses a data mining classification approach using the c4.5 method in making a decision tree. The results of a trial of 25 datasets using the decision tree method were able to provide a conclusion that employees will be able to improve their performance if the organization provides a policy in the form of providing monthly incentives to employees as a bonus reward to those who are diligent in carrying out their work, such as having activeness and being able to work together. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of supervisor support in motivating the work of operational employees and its implications for employee performance and retention in 5-star hotels in Bali. The problem in this research is how important supervisor support is in improving employee performance and retention and what the implications are. The population of this study was all permanent employees of 5-star hotels in Bali. A sampling of 5-star hotels used sampling areas, namely in Badung and Gianyar Regencies. The number of research respondents was 125 people, determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and research questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to see the current condition of supervisors based on supervisor support, work motivation, performance, and employee retention so that it is known the importance of supervisor support in improving the performance and retention of 5-star hotel employees in Bali in the future. The results showed that supervisors' support increased employee performance and retention with an average value in the interval 4.21-5.00. The food/beverage business is increasingly popular in cities and suburban areas. This study aims to see the influence of motivation and environmental work on performance employees at the food and beverage company in Cijantung, Jakarta. This study is descriptive quantitative with taking a sample of 75 employees. This study uses primary data, namely data, in a distributed questionnaire to the respondent for filling in. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence, cooperation, and organizational climate on employee performance mediated by work motivation (a study in the food and agriculture office clump work unit in Merauke Regency). The research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample as many as 117 employees were selected from Civil Servants (PNS) as structural or implementing officials, not as Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) or civil servants who were not on duty in the unit. The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the study have implications for competence and motivation that need to be improved in order to improve employee performance. Motivation variable affects performance by 48.6% and competence affects performance by 28.2%. Increasing work motivation can be done by increasing cooperation and organizational climate. Because we work in teams more than ever, we should craft them fostering team members' motivation, wellbeing, and performance. To that aim, we propose a multi-level model explaining the emergence of team burnout, articulating the interplay between individual and team level mechanisms around ten empirically testable research propositions. Drawing from the JD-R theory, we formulated an emergence model of team burnout by combining team effectiveness and occupational health literatures. Our model explains how cycles of attention, information integration, and information-affect sharing on burnout cues foster the emergence of team burnout. It also explains how team burnout moderates the relationship between team structural variables and team members' burnout and how team burnout impairs team effectiveness through co-regulatory mechanisms. This model is timely because it addresses the importance of team burnout through a systematic effort connecting individual and team levels in explaining its emergence and the mechanisms through which it impairs team effectiveness. The purpose of the performance evaluation is to measure the degree in which an employee of an organization adjusts or complies with the desired profile. The results of this measurement allow generating recommendations to improve the performance of the functions by the employee. Moreover, the results favor the human talent management, related to professional growth, bonuses, compensations, and candidate selection. In this paper, an analysis, comparing, and characterization process of the performance evaluation methods are presented. This process was realized to take advantage of the benefices of performance evaluation and identify which methods of performance evaluation are most used in software development teams. This analysis allows us to characterize these methods and identify the factors that determine their usage, as well as the criteria that allow them to specify and differentiate their application in the software industry. A methodology is integrated into three phases to carry out the purpose of this work. Through this methodology, it was possible to conduct the characterization of performance evaluation methods for software development teams. We identified 11 conventional performance evaluation methods and 10 approaches to performance evaluation for software development teams. We included conventional methods because the particular proposals for software development teams use some of them. From this set of studies, the analysis of characterization and comparison factors was established. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and compensation on motivation and also its implications on the performance of cooperative employees in Padang. The method used was descriptive - verifying with a survey to 330 employees. Data analysis was made using the structural equation model program (SEM) with linear structural relationship (LISREL) 8.80. The results showed that: 1) leadership and compensation have a significant positive effect on motivation. 2) Leadership, compensation and motivation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The efforts made by employees in production determines the overall performance of the organization. Management in organizations therefore, strives to enhance the performance of their workers through different rewards to increase job satisfaction and, consequently employee performance. The study examined how intrinsic and extrinsic rewards affected employee performance at the Nasarawa State Water Board (NSWB) in Lafia. Information for the study were collected through secondary sources (text books, official records, journal publications) and through field survey using questionnaire and interview as instruments. Analyses of the data revealed that though job satisfaction at the NSWB impacted positively on the performance of employees of the agency, it cannot be effectively achieved through hygiene factors alone. The paper therefore recommends, among others that the agency should give more attention to financial rewards to enable staff of the organization to meet their primary needs for maximum job satisfaction and consequently employee performance. Purpose -- The intended function of performance measurement is to support the effective management of an organisation and the improvement of organisational performance. However, how performance measurement should be used operationally to support the achievement of improved performance is not self-evident. The purpose of this paper is to examine the operational use of performance measurement in practice and to describe how different use practices contribute to improved performance. Design/methodology/approach -- The authors conducted an exploratory single case study in a maintenance process. Data were collected using a mixed methods approach that encompassed qualitative meetings and interviews (identification of usage practices) followed by a quantitative survey (elaboration of usage practices and their performance effects). Findings -- Three usage practices are relevant: Inspect and Improve, Motivate, and Decision Making. Improved performance is best achieved through motivational and supportive improvement use. Furthermore, performance measurement systems must be designed properly to establish their use. Research limitations/implications -- Being based on a single-case study, the identified usage practices may be limited to field service organisations or other organisations with similar organisational structures. The findings suggest opportunities for further research linking operational performance measurement system use and the body of knowledge on the design and purpose of performance measurement in maintenance processes. Practical implications -- A performance measurement system can be used as a motivational improvement tool in operational level leadership. Upper level management must support its use by designing an understandable and applicable system. Originality/value -- This paper identifies specific usage practices that contribute to improved performance, thereby providing a more detailed view than the usage categories found in the extant literature.
