Abstract
The article discusses the court case Seals v. State of Mississippi et al. wherein the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Mississippi, granted a summary judgment in favor of the University of Mississippi against the claim of onerous grading system. The court rejected the claim of the complainant Edward Seals Jr. that he was not given due process and the right to appeal his grades. The facts of the case is presented.
