In Polish literature, phase C3 is usually considered jointly with phase D1. Based on new material from cemeteries explored in recent decades, an attempt has been made to distinguish phase C3 for the Wielbark Culture. An assemblage of artefacts typical of that culture has been indicated; it consists of specific types of fibulae, belt elements, combs, glass vessels, beads, and pendants, whose peak period of use falls between 310 and 370 AD.
