To evaluate the safety and efficacy of high-dose amoxicillin-proton pump inhibitor dual therapy, and to provide a new eradication regimen as a first-line option for patients with H. pylori infection. A total of 971 H. pylori positive patients who received initial treatment were recruited from March to August 2020, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received of 20 mg esomeprazole four times daily and 750 mg amoxicillin four times daily for 14 days. Control group received of 220 mg bismuth potassium citrate twice daily, 20 mg esomeprazole twice daily, 1000 mg amoxicillin twice daily and 250 mg clarithromycin capsule twice daily for 14 days. Four weeks after the end of treatment, the urea breath test was reviewed to detect whether H. pylori was eradicated. There were no statistical differences in age, gender, the total clinical symptom scores before and after initial treatment, the compliance, and the degree of remission of symptoms before and after initial treatment between the two groups. The eradication rates of H. pylori between dual therapy and quadruple therapy were 88.31% and 85.26% (p=.158) by intention-to-treat (ITT) analysis, 88.66% and 85.44% (p=.186) by modified intention-to-treat (mITT) analysis, and 91.63% and 90.60% (p=.116) by PP analysis, respectively. Adverse events in dual therapy group were significantly lower than quadruple therapy group (13.3% vs. 28.2% (p<.01)). For the initial treatment of H. pylori infection, the high-dose dual therapy regimen has the same efficacy as the bismuth-containing quadruple therapy regimen, good compliance, less adverse reactions and high safety, so it can be recommended as the empirical first-line treatment regimen for the eradication of H. pylori (KY2019173). Soybean seeds contain high levels of oil and protein, providing 57 and 69% of a person's dietary requirements, respectively. Although many quantitative trait loci for the 100-seed weight (100SW), protein content (PRC), and oil content (OIC) have been reported, their genetic controls in soybeans remain unclear. The QTL–allele constitution of three traits in the Sichuan and Chongqing eco-regions population (SCLBP) was studied using a representative sample composed of 228 accessions. These were tested in four environments and analyzed using 135 simple sequence repeats (SSR) and 107,081 valid single nucleotide polymorphism linkage (SNP) markers. The range of 100SW, PRC, and OIC in SCLBP accessions were 4.82–33.35, 36.47–49.75%, and 14.68–21.77%, respectively. The heritability (h2) and genetic coefficient of variation (GCV) of the three traits were high. As a result, 26, 33, and 31 QTLs were found using SSR for 100SW, PRC, and OIC, respectively. The allele of Sat_260 for 100SW was detected in the four environments. In addition, 28, 198, and 250 loci for 100SW, PRC, and OIC, respectively, were found using SNP and mixed linear model (MLM). Further SNP haplotype analysis revealed that 13, 35, and 60 blocks were found for 100SW, RPC, and OIC, respectively. The block of Gm11_9895764-9,917,646 for 100SW was simultaneously detected in the four environments. Among these QTLs, 1, 5, and 7 for 100SW, PRC and OIC were found using two methods of SSR and SNP at the same time. A majority of these QTLs overlapped with the previously reported loci. However, 9, 11, and 9 loci for 100SW, PRC, and OIC using SSR; and 3, 5, and 8 for 100SW, PRC, and OIC hadn't been reported using SNP. Moreover, the genes of Glyma.11g130800, Glyma.13g217000, and Glyma.08g122600 were considered the most likely genes controlling 100SW, PRC, and OIC, respectively. These findings provide evidence for mixed major plus polygenes inheritance for the three traits and an extended understanding of their genetic architecture for the molecular dissection and breeding of soybeans. Objective To explore the risk factors of pulmonary tuberculosis incidence in Wenchuan earthquake-stricken area during a nine-year period of time. Methods The incidence and socioeconomic indicators in the 181 counties of Sichuan province from 2004 to 2012 were collected, multilevel extra-Poisson model was performed for variable screening, and Bayesian spatiotemporal models were fitted. Results The morbidity showed a downward time trend from 2004 to 2012. The spatiotemporal interaction model was applied with the smallest deviance information criterion. The risk factors included: county latitude (0.949, 95%CI 0.765 to 1.098), float proportion (0.368, 95%CI 0.354 to 0.380), per capita GDP (−0.225, 95%CI −0.235 to −0.216), population density (0.072, 95%CI 0.041 to 0.105), and minority inhabited area (0.302, 95%CI 0.241 to 0.372). The variation of posterior median and Bayesian credibility interval was small, and the spatiotemporal patterns were similar among different periods. Conclusions The incidence presented a smooth curve without bursting after the earthquake during 2004 to 2012, and with a tendency of decreasing from north to south in Sichuan province; PTB countermeasures should be focused on the migrating population and in the minority inhabited and economic underdeveloped regions.
