目的　观察锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板倒置治疗锁骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法　选取锁骨近端骨折患者 ６ 例，手术切开复位后，采用锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板倒置（内外侧颠倒）的方法进行固定。术后定期随访，采用 Ｒｏｃｋｗｏｏｄ 评分标准和ＤＡＳＨ 评分标准分别评价肩关节、上肢功能。结果　患者手术均顺利完成，手术时间平均４０ ｍｉｎ，出血量平均５０ ｍＬ。患者术后均随访１０ ～１４ 个月，平均１２ 个月；均获得骨性愈合，功能恢复满意，未发生切口 感染、神经血管损伤、胸部损伤以及骨折不愈合等并发症。Ｒｏｃｋｗｏｏｄ 评分评定肩关节功能疗效为优５ 例、良１ 例， ＤＡＳＨ评分（７． ２５ ±２． ６０）分。结论　采用锁骨远端解剖锁定钢板倒置的方法治疗锁骨近端骨折疗效较好，且无术 后并发症发.
