Background: A number of patients with COVID-19 pneumonia were discharged from hospitals in central India.This study highlights the relevant affecting factors, and to describe the chest CT ndings and sequelae during follow up. Aims And Objectives: our aim was to determine the cumulative percentage of complete radiological resolution at the time of active disease and at follow up after discharge ,highlight the predominant ndings in follow-up post covid CT and to correlate CTSS and the type of lung parenchymal opacity with chances of radiological resolution. Methods: Patients with COVID-19 pneumonia conrmed by RT-PCR who were discharged consecutively from the hospital between September 2020 and November 2020 and who underwent serial chest CT scans on their visit to post COVID OPD were enrolled in a retrospective observational study. The radiological characteristics of all patients were collected, analyzed and the total CT score was calculated. Imaging features and distributions were analyzed across different time points. Results: A total of 385 patients were evaluated; there were 286 (74.2%) men and 99 (28.7%) women, with a median age of 43 years old (IQR 36–56). Complete radiological resolution was seen in 74(19%) patients on follow up CT, while 49(12.7%) patients showed normal chest CT during active disease. Patients ≤40 years old showed a slightly higher cumulative percentage of complete radiological resolution than patients > 40 years old at the follow-up CT. The predominant patterns of abnormalities observed during the active disease were ground-glass opacity (GGO) (321 [83.3%]), consolidation (283 [73.5%]), and subpleural atelectatic brotic bands (235 [61%]). While on follow up scan, the positive count of GGO and consolidations gradually decreased, few brotic bands remained in almost all 235 patients who showed brotic changes earlier. Conclusion: Most of the lung lesions in COVID-19 pneumonia patients can be absorbed completely during short-term followup with sequelae of subcentimetric pleural atelectatic brotic bands only. The optimal time point for early radiological estimation might be three to four weeks after discharge.

Computed tomography angiography is non-invasive and readily available technique for assessment of intracranial vascular lesions. It has broad acceptance by patients and is relatively inexpensive. However, there are some shortcomings with this modality, such as the decreased accuracy in small pathologies or calcied vessels and inability to assess dynamic cine view. DSA, on the other hand, provide excellent characterization and excellent anatomic delineation of small and large vascular pathologies. There is a signicant difference, in the inherent costs of DSA and CTA. In this article We have studied various intra cranial vascular pathologies on both CTA and DSA and compared their sensitivity and specicity for diagnosis. The comparative study was carried out with 80 patients. According to this study, computed tomography angiography remains the rst line of imaging for the intracranial pathology with high diagnostic accuracy rates with 92.4% sensitivity and 92.5% accuracy. In 5 patients where CTA were inconclusive, DSA was diagnostic investigation.

Lymphatic filariasis is an endemic infection seen predominantly in the tropical and subtropical regions, and approximately 120 million people are infected and 1.1 billion are at risk of infection all over the globe. It presents with lymphatic dysfunction in various forms such as elephantiasis, lymphocele, hydrocele, chyluria, and groin lymphadenovarix. The patient may complain about symptoms of fever, redness and pitting edema, etc. We report a rare presentation of filariasis in an unusual and uncommon location, presenting as an intra-abdominal mass.

We are presenting a rare case of anomalous origin of left coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ALCAPA) in an adult patient. The patient underwent coronary CT angiography for exertional dyspnoea, suspected as coronary artery disease; however there were no atherosclerotic plaques. There was anomalous origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery. Conventional catheter angiography confirmed the origin of left coronary artery from pulmonary artery, which was retrogradely filling through right coronary artery.

Introduction: We present an unusual case of an anterior rectal duplication cyst in a 9-month-old male infant. This rare variant of rectal duplications is presented with acute urinary retention. The diagnosis is challenging and multiple differential diagnoses can be considered. Varied clinical presentations and imaging characteristic of this rare entity are discussed. The awareness of this variant leads to the early diagnosis and the curative resection.
