Acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion refers to a blockage in the blood flow of one of the major blood vessels in the anterior (front) part of the brain. Acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion can lead to a range of symptoms, including sudden headache, difficulty speaking or understanding speech, weakness or numbness on one side of the body and loss of vision in one eye. According to relevant data, mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of the large vessel recanalization rate can reach 70%. However, hemorrhage is one of the serious complications after mechanical thrombectomy, and it is the main factor leading to the deterioration of neurological function and death of patients after large blood vessels. Therefore, the risk factors of bleeding in patients were analyzed before surgery, and effective prevention during and after surgery had positive significance for patients undergoing mechanical thrombectomy. This study uses regression analysis to analyze the correlation between bleeding factors and FPE and NLR after mechanical thrombectomy for acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion. We retrospectively analyzed 81 patients with acute anterior circulation large vessel occlusion who underwent mechanical embolization in our hospital from September 2019 to January 2022 and separated them into a bleeding group (46 patients) and a non-bleeding group (35 patients) based on the presence or absence of bleeding after surgery. Abstract Background Postsurgical patients’ oral feeding begins with clear fluids 1–3 days after surgery. This might not be sufficiently nutritious to boost the host immune system and provide sufficient energy in gastric neoplastic patients to achieve the goal of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS). Our objective was to analyze the significance of early postoperative feeding tubes in boosting patients’ immunity and decreasing incidence of overall complications and hospital stay in gastric cancer patients’ post-gastrectomy. Methods From January 2005 to May 24, 2019, PubMed and Cochrane databases were searched for studies involving enteral nutrition (EN) feeding tubes in comparison to parenteral nutrition (PN) in gastric cancer patients undergoing gastrectomy for gastric malignancies. Relative risk (RR), mean difference (MD), or standard mean difference (SMD) with 95% confidence interval (CI) were used to estimate the effect sizes, and heterogeneity was assessed by using Q and χ 2 statistic with their corresponding P values. All the analyses were performed with Review Manager 5.3 and SPSS version 22. This study uses the methods of literature reading, logical derivation and expert investigation to explain and analyze the problem of the basic concept of football training in China from a broad overview of football concepts. It includes many concepts, classification methods and main features of the basic concept of football training, and elaborates the basic concepts in accordance with the three levels of macro-concept, core concept and operational concept, and analyzes the problems existing in the practice of football training in China according to the advanced concept.
