Abstract

Data collection is the primary link in the simulation execution process. The integrity and efficiency of data acquisition have a significant impact on the final effect and efficiency of the entire training simulation activity. However, in the existing distributed simulation system based on high level architecture (HLA), centralized data collection is difficult to handle massive data in a single step, which will affect the normal advancement of simulation while distributed data collection will cause a large number of redundant data, and the development of the collection module does not have universality. In response to the above problems, based on weak distributed data acquisition structure, maniple collection members are used to realize parallel data collection, and the distribution strategy of collection tasks in formulated among multiple members by the non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm-II (NSGA-II) to achieve a balanced distribution of data collection loads. The experimental results on simulation result and real system show that the proposed method can significantly improve the efficiency of data collection while reducing the central processing unit (CPU) and memory consumption during the execution of data collection members. Abstract

This paper presents a Mediate-based ABS framework for a multi-agent hybrid simulation in which agents are modeled based on a "sense-think-lookahead-act" paradigm. This design draws out some general functions as mediators from the lookahead process, and coordinates the interactions between agents and discrete event simulation engine. The mediators are organized as Sense mediator, Move mediator and Engagement mediator in accordance with the major types of actions in military simulation. With the MABSF, an lookahead behavior model can be built much more easily.

Abstract

Cyber-physical system (CPS) is a comprehensive technical system that supports the deep integration of information and industrialization. The classical modeling and simulation method fail to satisfy the application requirements of the CPS. Therefore, a digital twin oriented dynamic data driven modeling and simulation method is proposed, and a random finite set (RFS) is used to build the data driven simulation model of physical entities and sensors of CPS. The Bayesian inference based prediction and update method is proposed to run the CPS model. The proposed method can implement the virtual and real combined simulation running for digital twin very well. It can also enable the data driven model running, and improve the accuracy and credibility of simulation results by using the data from the real space. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the proposed method is certified by using the operational application cases of the surface ships. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract

In the military field, multi-agent simulation (MAS) plays an important role in studying wars statistically. For a military simulation system, which involves large-scale entities and generates a very large number of interactions during the runtime, the issue of how to improve the running efficiency is of great concern for researchers. Current solutions mainly use hybrid simulation to gain fewer updates and synchronizations, where some important continuous models are maintained implicitly to keep the system dynamics, and partial resynchronization (PR) is chosen as the preferable state update mechanism. However, problems, such as resynchronization interval selection and cyclic dependency, remain unsolved in PR, which easily lead to low update efficiency and infinite looping of the state update process. To address these problems, this paper proposes a lookahead behavior model (LBM) to implement a PR-based hybrid simulation. In LBM, a minimal safe time window is used to predict the interactions between implicit models, upon which the resynchronization interval can be efficiently determined. Moreover, the LBM gives an estimated state value in the lookahead process so as to break the state-dependent cycle. The simulation results show that, compared with traditional mechanisms, LBM requires fewer updates and synchronizations.

Abstract

Deceptive path planning is part of the research cooficient in combat simulation. For deceptive path, the tradttional path recogmtion method has great irritations, and the recognition efficiency is not high Aiming at the shortcomings in the current path recognition method, thss paper introduces the particie after technology into the deceptive path recognition field. By establishing the system stage equation and the observation equation, on the one hand, the interference caused by the observation exercise as reduced, and the position information of the object at the current moment as accurately grasped. On the other hand, based on the corrected dynamic data, the key parameters in the deceptive model are estimated, so as to judge the moving and the real target simulation experiment show that the deceptive path recognition method based on the practice after can improve the recognition efficiency and accurately determine here large of the recognition object.
