The existence of the Caping Village began to be discussed because of the uniqueness and development of the village environment as a tourist destination based on local wisdom. Caping village offers some interesting education for tourists who are willing to visit. The library of Bahagia Mendawai is one of the units located in the Caping Village area which has a role in educating local residents. In order to support progress of the area, the service team partnered with library of Bahagia Mendawai so that library managers and residents got skills to improve literacy skills, making residents more independent and advanced. The community team for the D-3 Library Study Program seeks to contribute providing skills through a digital creativity skills training program in Caping Village. In its implementation, the team collaboartes with students and partner. The method chosen was in the form of a tutorial and project-based, followed by a discussion on making infogrhapics and e-book as a medium for publishing products and Caping Village activities. The target community consists of the volunteers of Bahagia Mendawai library, housewives, and school students around the Caping Village woth a total of 31 participants. The result showed the volunteers of Bahagia Mendawai library gain knowledge of making infographics and use it to document library activities, assist residents in publishing their works, and increase their interest in working so that literacy skills can increase. Housewives gain the skills to use the book creator platform to document their children’s work into digital books. School students can also take advantage of the two platforms to help make it easier to summarize the core points of lessons using infogrhapics and work on writing simple stories digitally using a book creator. Many children use most of their time to play and do not take the time to learn, which results in making them lazy to do their homework. The purpose of this research is to describe children’s perceptions of the Creative Class innovation to improve language and numeracy literacy in elementary school children around Bahagia Mendawai Library. The research method used descriptive qualitative in which the scope of the research is limited to improving language and numeracy literacy skills in children. The data were collected through non participatory observation, interviews with 8 informants, and documentation to strengthen the findings. Data were analyzed in two ways, data reduction and display. The novelty value in this research can be seen from the direct and indirect impacts felt by participants who take part in creative classes, there are cognitive and affective changes in developing their interest and enthusiasm for learning. The results showed that creative class activities had an impact on changes in knowledge and attitudes slowly in the surrounding environment which were perceived positively by the children who participated. In addition, they also feel helped in developing activities and increasing their enthusiasm for learning and the process, which initially could not understand the learning material, thanks to participating in creative class tutoring at Bahagia Mendawai Library so they understand more about the learning material provided by teachers at school.
