Title: Game sense analysis in ice hockey Goal: Find out, what "game sense" means for group of ice hockey experts and then compare results with findings in publications. Methodology Research group Research group consisted of five ice hockey experts. The selection criteria were as follows: Variant 1 Successful completation of coaching licence "A" At least five years of coaching experience in any of these categories: Extraliga Ledního hokeje ČR, Youth national team, Czech U17 or Czech U20 teams Variant 2 Playing experience in NHL or Czech National team Successful completation of coaching licence "B" Data collection method Qualitative research, interview with experts Conclusion Finding acquired from interviews with experts can provide for further deeper analysis of the term "Game sense" than finding that can be acquired from literature. Every statement is product of years of acquired knowledge and experience, therefore I believe, that this thesis can help reader find out more information about game sense and possibilities of its development. (in English): The main question of the text is what is the possible way of the influence of cultural narcissism to mental health and well being of individuals. The hypothesis is stated, that cultural narcissism can have a negative influence trough the manner of rise of contingent self-esteem, decline of psychological authenticity, the rise of social isolation, decline of importance of social capital and turnover to pursue of personal happiness. First, theoretical approaches to cultural narcissism as a consequence of the postmodern situation related to social isolation and decline of social capital is listed. Second part of the text aims to understand the specific ways in which cultural narcissism influences individuals. The influence is explained mainly trough self- determination theory, sociometer theory, and humanistic approach of Carl Rogers. The psychoanalytical approach of Christopher Lasch I also mentioned. One chapter is devoted to pursue of happiness and its problematic influence on mental health and well-being. The text concludes that influence of cultural narcissism is possible, respectively in accordance with influential and empirically tested theoretical approaches of contemporary psychology. The unprecedented growth of today’s cities together with increased population mobility are fueling the avalanche in the numbers of vehicles on the roads. This development led to the new challenges for the traffic management, including the mitigation of road congestion, accidents, and air pollution. Over the last decade, researchers have been focusing their efforts on leveraging the recent advances in sensing, communications, and dynamic adaptive technologies to prepare the deployed road traffic management systems (TMS) for resolving these important challenges in future smart cities. However, the existing solutions may still be insufficient to construct a reliable and secure TMS that is capable of handling the anticipated influx of the population and vehicles in urban areas. Along these lines, this work systematically outlines a perspective on a novel modular environment for traffic modeling, which allows to recreate the examined road networks in their full resemblance. Our developed solution is targeted to incorporate the progress in the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies, where low-power, embedded devices integrate as part of a next-generation TMS. To mimic the real traffic conditions, we recreated and evaluated a practical traffic scenario built after a complex road intersection within a large European city. Differentiation of the head ectoderm is crucial for the evolutionary diversification of vertebrates. Expression of the genes responsible for this process is orchestrated troughout complex gene regulatory networks that are induced and modulated by Wnt, FGF and BMP signaling pathways. In addition, Wnt/β-catenin signaling, in combination with expression of the Wnt antagonists from the rostral-most part of the head ectoderm, represent a key source of information for the regionalization of the tissue along the antero-posterior axis. This allows the differentiation of the anterior ectoderm that gives rise to the anterior neural fold (ANF) and anterior part of the presumptive placodal region (PPR), and more posterior ectoderm where higher levels of active Wnt/β-catenin signaling promote differentiation into the neural crest (NC) and posterior PPR. Although the requirement of Wnt/β-catenin signalling for ANF, PPR and NC development has been intensively studied in non-mammalian vertebrate model organisms, we lack a clear picture about the situation in mammals.
