Bu çalışmada, Shapley değeri verimlilik aksiyomu, null oyuncu özelliği ve diferansiyel marjinaliti aksiyomları ile yeniden tanımlanacaktır., The Shapley value, one of the most widespread concepts in operations Research applications of cooperative game theory, was defined and axiomatically characterized in different game-theoretic models. In this paper we provide a new axiomatization of the Shapley value which probably is the most important one-point solution concept for the cooperative games using a differential marginality axiom. This axiom states that two players’ payoff differential is completely determined by the differences of their marginal contributions. Efficiency means that the worth generated by the grand coalition is fully allocated to the players. Null player property means that the marginal contributions of null players in a game are zero payoffs. In this study we show that the Shapley value is redefined by efficiency axiom, the null player property and differential marginality axiom.

In the study, game theory is explained in general terms. In this context, firstly, general information about game theory and the emergence of game theory as a scientific discipline on the stage of history are explored. Cooperative game theory is used in the study. In addition, Shapley value and -value, which are important solution methods of cooperative game theory, are examined. In the study, the minimum cost spanning tree situations are discussed. In this context, the application areas of minimum cost spanning tree games (MCST) are mentioned and the problem of finding minimum cost spanning tree is explained with the help of an example. In the event of a disaster, an application is made to determine the connection between gathering areas and temporary shelter areas by game theory. The application is carried out in Isparta province. The aim of the study is to determine the connection between the gathering areas where individuals would feel safe after the disaster and the temporary shelter area they would settle after using game theory. The solution method that the disaster victims in the gathering areas should choose is determined. It is concluded that the Shapley value solution is a suitable solution for all three gathering areas. It is also concluded that the -value solution is suitable for two gathering areas and not suitable for one gathering area. The use of solutions based on Shapley value and -value in the event of disaster would provide benefits in many areas, especially in the safety of people and property, in order to make fast, effective and correct decisions., Çalışmada oyun teorisi genel hatlarıyla anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. This paper shows that cooperative grey game theory can help us to establish a fair cost share between private organizations for supporting the temporary housing problem by using facility location games under uncertainty. Temporary accommodation may be a method that ought to get started before the tragedy happens, as a preventative pre-planning. In spite of being temporary constructions, the housing buildings are one of the most essential parts to produce in emergency situations, to contribute to the reconstruction and to recover better. Our study is based on a default earthquake in Izmir of western Turkey. A number of tents are being built in the following three cities, Aydin, Usak, and Balikesir near Izmir as illustrated in Figure 1. Two companies are selected, one is local and another is foreign to distribute the tents in a fair way between the three cities. For this purpose, we use cooperative grey game theory to help us to define a fair cost allocation between private organizations for supporting the housing problem by using facility location games under uncertainty.

The assessment of the universities of 81 countries which is published by Times Higher Education under the name of World University Rankings 2018 in which Turkey is included is measured by objective coefficient methods and multi criteria decision analysis. In this study, CRITIC and ENTROPI which are objective coefficient methods and TOPSIS, MAUT, SAW and ARAS which are multi criteria decision analysis techniques are used. In the study, the effect of CRITIC and ENTROPI which are two distinct objective coefficient methods on conclusion are investigated. In practice; performance evaluation criteria are grouped in five areas: teaching, research, quotation, industry revenues and international outlook. The rankings which are conducted by using four different methods are combined into a single integrated ranking by using BORDA counting method. In the study, a general briefing about performance concept are made and multi criteria analysis is explained. These concepts are brought together and the theory and practice part of the study is formed. The performance of universities and countries is assessed based on multi criteria analysis. As a result of the study, based on both weighting methods, Singapore is found to be the first in the ranking., Times Higher Education tarafından yayınlanan World University Rankings 2018 listesinde yer alan, Türkiye’nin içinde bulunduğu 81 ülkenin üniversitelerinin performans değerlendirmesi nesnel ağırlıklandırma yöntemleri ve çok kriterli karar verme yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir.

OPERATIONS research , *AXIOMS , *SYSTEMS theory - Abstract
The grey Shapley value is a solution concept in cooperative games where the coalitional values are interval grey numbers. Recently, much attention has been paid on this value in Operations Research models and methods. The purpose of this study is to characterize this value on cooperative grey games. The grey Shapley value is characterized by following some axioms. Our axioms are 9-efficiency, 9-triviality,9-coalitional strategic equivalence, and 9-fair ranking. These axioms give us a new perspective on the characterization of this value. Finally, some examples and applications ofcooperative grey games are also given. It is hoped that this study will inform readers for axiomatic characterization of this value. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Cost sharing problems can arise from situations in which some service is provided to a variety of different customers who differ in the amount or type of service they need. One can think of and airports computers, telephones. This paper studies an airport problem which is concerned with the cost sharing of an airstrip between airplanes assuming that one airstrip is sufficient to serve all airplanes. Each airplane needs an airstrip whose length can be different across airplanes. Also, it is important how should the cost of each airstrip be shared among airplanes. The purpose of the present paper is to give an axiomatic characterization of the Baker-Thompson rule by using grey calculus. Further, it is shown that each of our main axioms (population fairness, smallest-cost consistency and balanced population impact) together with various combina tions of our minor axioms characterizes the best-known rule for the problem, namely the Baker-Thompson rule. Finally, it is demonstrated that the grey Shapley value of airport game and the grey Baker-Thompson rule coincides. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This thesis is on basic solutions of cooperative interval games and several applications. Shapley value and the τ-value are interesting solution concepts on cooperative games. In this thesis τ-value is extended to the interval setting. New axiomatic characterizations are given for both the interval Shapley value and the interval τ-value. On the other hand some solution concepts for cooperative games are extended to the interval setting. Further, each cooperative game is defined in terms of an interval game. Finally, some applications of Operations Research situations such as mountain, minimum cost spanning tree and transportation problems are modeled by using cooperative interval games. 160

The job scheduling problem is a notoriously difficult problem in combinatorial optimization and Operational Research. In this study, we handle the job scheduling problem by using a cooperative game theoretical approach. In the sequel, sequencing situations arising grom grey uncertainty are considered. Cooperative grey game theory is applied to analyze these situations. Further, grey sequencing games are constructed and grey equal gain splitting (GEGS) rule is introduced. It is shown that cooperative grey games are convex. An application is given based on Priority Based Scheduling Algorithm. The paper ends with a conclusion. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The first works of 17 y.y. The basic principle of Game Theory, which is one of the effective decision making methods seen in., is the efforts to make the most profitable situation for them by acting in a strategic way in line with the decisions of the players who make up the game. Game theory, which has expanded its usage areas rapidly since ancient times and continues its development today, is an interdisciplinary approach with its unique features. Game theory is a mathematical tool and it is used in applied mathematics, economics, industry, biology, operations research, engineering, genetic sciences, philosophy, social sciences, computer science, sports. In this study, 34 domestic articles in Dergipark between 2008- 2018 and 47 domestic theses published in Yöktez database between 2008-2018 were examined. The articles and theses examined have been categorized in detail and shown in graphs and figures, and then evaluated according to the criteria. As a result of these evaluations, it was seen that game theory usage areas were concentrated in the fields of economics, business and banking and finance and gained intensity between 2015 and 2017 and the least work was done in 2018. In addition, it was noted that the studies were mostly concentrated on quantitative studies and the lack of qualitative studies [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

A situation in which a finite set of players can obtain certain grey payoffs by cooperation can be described by a cooperative grey game. In this paper, we consider some grey division rules, called the grey equal surplus sharing solutions. Further, we focus on a class of the grey equal surplus sharing solutions consisting of all convex combinations of these solutions. Finally, an application of Operations Research (OR) situations is given. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In this paper, some set-valued solutions using grey payoffs, namely, the grey core, the grey dominance core, and the grey stable sets of cooperative grey games are introduced and studied. The findings of the study demonstrated the relations between the grey core, the grey dominance core, and stable sets of grey cooperative games. Moreover, we present a linear programming (LP) problem for the grey core. We also suggest a corresponding optimization-based algorithm that demonstrates the grey core element of a cooperative grey game. Finally, we introduce an application of how cooperative grey game theory can be used to model users' behaviors in various multimedia social networks. The paper ends with a conclusion and an outlook for future investigations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
