The concept of “three whole education” has become the focus of the reform of ideological and political education, and the collaborative education of ideological and political education has become an inevitable trend in the development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era. This study starts from the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, analyzes the influence path of the improvement of students’ comprehensive quality under the perspective of three-whole-parenting, and constructs a system of ideological and political education based on three-whole-parenting. On this basis, in order to further analyze the effectiveness of comprehensive quality improvement, the quantile trace regression model is constructed, and a prediction model for the learning effectiveness of Civic and Political Education is established by combining the dynamic data of students’ status and characteristics. The results show that the error of the achievement prediction model is within ±2 points, and the correlation coefficients of the dimensions of social factors and social factors are greater than 0.426 and 0.51, respectively, which have a more significant effect on the improvement of comprehensive quality. School factors, family factors, and social factors are able to significantly positively affect the dimensions. P is less than 0.001, the college Civic Education on students’ comprehensive quality of the score of the average increase of about 27 points. This study proposes a solution path for exploring the influence factors of Civic and Political Education based on Three-Whole Parenting.

Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Corona Virus Disease 2019,COVID-19) has become a public health emergency that has attracted global attention because of its large-scale outbreak resulting in numerous human infections and deaths. COVID-19 is a highly contagious respiratory disease caused by novel coronavirus 2019-nCoV. Due to a large number of infections and fast transmission speed, it's significant to diagnose the infected people quickly and detect the asymptomatic infected people as soon as possible. At present, the preliminary screening is judged by the clinical manifestations of the patients, mainly involving the respiratory system, but recent studies have found that the patients infected with COVID-19 have unique oral manifestations, such as taste disturbance, xerostomia, halitosis, inflammation of salivary glands, necrotizing periodontal disease and some of them are earlier than typical symptoms such as dry cough, fever, etc. Paying attention to the oral manifestations of patients can further improve the COVID-19 screening procedure. At present, symptomatic treatment is mainly used for these oral symptoms.

Temperature is a crucial indicator for studying climate, as well as the social and economic changes in a region. Temperature reanalysis products, such as ERA5-Land, have been widely used in studying temperature change. However, global-scale temperature reanalysis products have errors because they overlook the influence of multiple factors on temperature, and this issue is more obvious in smaller areas. During the cold months (January, February, March, November, and December) in the Yellow River Basin, ERA5-Land products exhibit significant errors compared to temperatures observed by meteorological stations, typically underestimating the temperature. This study proposes improving temperature reanalysis products using deep learning and multi-source remote sensing and geographic data fusion. Specifically, convolutional neural networks (CNN) and bidirectional long short-term memory networks (BiLSTM) capture the spatial and temporal relationships between temperature, DEM, land cover, and population density. A deep spatiotemporal model is established to enhance temperature reanalysis products, resulting in higher resolution and more accurate temperature data. A comparison with the measured temperatures at meteorological stations indicates that the accuracy of the improved ERA5-Land product has been significantly enhanced, with the mean absolute error (MAE) reduced by 28.7% and the root mean square error (RMSE) reduced by 25.8%. This method obtained a high-precision daily temperature dataset with a 0.05° resolution for cold months in the Yellow River Basin from 2015 to 2019. Based on this dataset, the annual trend of average temperature changes during the cold months in the Yellow River Basin was analyzed. This study provides a scientific basis for improving ERA5-Land temperature reanalysis products in the Yellow River Basin and offers theoretical support for climate change research in the region. Bacterial infection is the most common complication in wound healing, highlighting an urgent need for the development of innovative antibacterial technologies and treatments to address the growing threats posed by bacterial infections. Black phosphorus nanosheets (BPNSs), as a promising two‐dimensional nanomaterial, have been utilized in treating infected wounds. However, BP's limited stability restricts its application. In this study, we enhance BP's stability and its antibacterial properties by anchoring gallium ions (Ga3+) onto BP's surface, creating a novel antibacterial platform. This modification reduces BP's electron density and enhances its antibacterial capabilities through a synergistic effect. Under near‐infrared (NIR) irradiation, the BP/Ga3+ combination exerts antibacterial effects via photothermal therapy (PTT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT), while also releasing Ga3+. The Ga3+ employ a 'Trojan horse strategy' to disrupt iron metabolism, significantly boosting the antibacterial efficacy of the complex. This innovative material offers a viable alternative to antibiotics and holds significant promise for treating infected wounds and aiding skin reconstruction. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: Non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is the primary cause of brain metastases (BM). This study aimed to investigate differences in clinical and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) features of BM between anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) gene fusion (ALK+) and ALK wild‐type (ALK‐) NSCLC, and to preliminarily assess the efficacy of radiotherapy for treating BM. Methods: A retrospective analysis included 101 epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)‐ NSCLC patients with BM: 41 with ALK gene fusion and 60 being ALK‐. The brain MRI and clinical features were compared between different ALK status using the multivariate analysis, and a nomogram was constructed to predict ALK gene fusion. Fifty‐six patients who did not undergo cerebral surgery and had complete pre‐ and post‐ treatment data were further divided based on whether they received radiotherapy. Log‐rank test was used to compare the short‐term effect of treatment between the two groups under different genotypes. Results: ALK+ BM exhibited decreased peritumoral brain edema size, lower peritumoral brain edema index (PBEI), and a more homogeneous contrast enhancement pattern compared to ALK‐ BM. Age (OR = 1.04; 95%CI: 1.02–1.06), time to BM (OR = 1.50; 95% CI: 1.04–2.14), PBEI (OR = 1.26; 95% CI: 0.97–1.62), smoking status (smoking index >400 vs. non‐smoking status: OR = 1.42; 95% CI: 0.99–2.04) and contrast enhancement pattern (OR = 1.89; 95% CI: 1.28–2.78) were associated with ALK gene fusion. A nomogram based on these variables demonstrated acceptable predictive efficiency (AUC = 0.844). In the ALK+ group, patients who received radiotherapy did not show increased disease control rate (DCR) or progression‐free survival (PFS). In contrast, in the ALK‐ group, those who received radiotherapy had improved objective response rate (ORR), DCR, and PFS compared to those who were only treated with systemic therapy. Conclusions: The clinical and MRI features of BM can indicate the status of ALK in NSCLC. Defects and the ion migration in perovskite single crystals seriously degrade the performance of corresponding devices, regardless of the outstanding optoelectronic properties. In this work, we demonstrated that the ion migration and the defect density in MAPbX3 perovskite single crystals can be suppressed via lowering the growth temperature to 4 °C (LT) of the liquid-diffusion induced crystallization method (LDSC). The MAPbBr3 single crystals grown with the LT-LDSC method demonstrated a full-width at half-maximum (FWHM) of the (100) X-ray rocking curves of 0.0104°, a fluorescence lifetime of 1090 ns, a trap state density of 3.03 × 109 cm−3, an ionic activation energy of 0.52 eV, and a μτ product of 3.22 × 10−2 cm2 V−1. The low defect density and the weak ion migration in MAPbX3 single crystals lead to good X-ray detection performance under higher bias voltage. The X-ray detector has a high sensitivity of 409 μC Gyair−1 cm−2 at a high bias voltage of −40 V, which is the highest bias voltage of this single crystal radiation detector. Organometal halide perovskite single crystals are one of the most promising radiation detection materials due to their unique advantages of high absorption coefficient, long carrier diffusion length, and low defect density. However, the severe ion migration in perovskites deteriorates the X‐ray detection performance under longtime and high‐field operating conditions. This work reports an effective additive of chenodeoxycholic acid (CDCA), which can suppress the ion migration and improve the performance and the operational stability of FAPbBr3 single crystals (SCs) in X‐ray detection significantl. The CDCA molecules in precursors effectively suppress the decomposition of FA ions, resulting in a better crystal orientation and stoichiometry. The trace amounts of CDCA residues in FAPbBr3 SCs improve the thermal stability and effectively suppress the ion migration. The resulting detector shows an impressive X‐ray sensitivity up to 21 386.88 µC Gyair−1 cm−2 under −500 V and a detection limit of 15.23 nGyair s−1. The response current of the detector at 225 V cm−1 field is barely changed under the 7200 s irradiation with a dose rate of 1.949 mGyair s−1. This study investigated the shifts of bacterial and archaea diversity suffering the organic load shocks during the start-up. To demonstrate the effects of organic load shock, six reactors was operated in different OLR for 31 days. The community was analyzed using denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (DGGE) and quantitative PCR. Findings revealed that bacteria diversity was the poorest and archaea quantity was the fewest when suffering OLR shock. MST and MSC were found to the more vulnerable methanogenic archaea groups during organic overloading. Our results explained why gradually increasing OLR is good for favoring the growth of an active biofilm and reactor successful startup quickly during the start-up from the perspective of microbial. It is still challenging to stabilize α-FAPbI 3 perovskite for high performance optoelectrical devices. Herein, a novel strategy is proposed utilizing the synergetic electrostatic and steric effect to stabilize the α-FAPbI 3 phase and suppress the ion migration. Dimethylamine (DMA + ) cations are chosen as the dopant to fabricate FA 0.96 DMA 0.04 PbI 3 single crystals (SCs). DFT calculations reveal that DMA + cations can improve the stability of α-FAPbI 3 phase in both thermodynamics (lower Gibbs free energy) and kinetics (higher defect formation and migration energy). The resulting SCs exhibit an environmental stability over 100 days and an extraordinary low dark current drift of 3.7 × 10 -7  nA cm -1  s -1  V -1 , comparable to 2D perovskite SCs. The X-ray detectors have also achieved the-state-of-the-art performance in X-ray detection and imaging. 2D Ruddlesden-Popper (RP) perovskites have been intensively investigated due to their superior stability and outstanding optoelectrical properties. However, investigations on 2D RP perovskites are mainly focused on A-site substituted perovskites and few reports are on X-site substituted perovskites especially in X-ray detection field. Here, X-site substituted 2D RP perovskite Cs 2 Pb(SCN) 2 Br 2 polycrystalline wafers are prepared and systematically studied for X-ray detection. The obtained wafers show a large resistivity of 2.0 × 10 10 Ω cm, a high ion activation energy of 0.75 eV, a small current drift of 2.39 × 10 -6 nA cm -1 s -1 V -1 , and charge carrier mobility-lifetime product under X-ray as high as 1.29 × 10 -4 cm 2 V -1 . These merits enable Cs 2 Pb(SCN) 2 Br 2 wafer detectors with a sensitivity of 216.3 µC Gy air -1 cm -2 , a limit of detection of 42.4 nGy air s -1 , and good imaging ability with high spatial resolution of 1.08 lp mm -1 . In addition, Cs 2 Pb(SCN) 2 Br 2 wafer detectors demonstrate excellent operational stability under high working field up to 2100 V cm -1 after continuous X-ray irradiation with a total dose of 45.2 Gy air . The promising features such as short octahedral spacing and weak ion migration will open up a new perspective and opportunity for SCN-based 2D perovskites in X-ray detection., (© 2023 Wiley-VCH GmbH.)
