Over the last few years, there have been numerous discussions on the American Society for Microbiology’s clinical listservs (DivC, and ClinMicroNet) regarding sterility testing of cell and gene therapy products and environmental monitoring and gloved fingertip testing for hospital pharmacies. Clinical microbiology laboratories have often been asked to assist with testing due to the on-site proximity of laboratory equipment and microbiological expertise within the hospital environment. The role of the clinical microbiology laboratory in this setting, however, is questionable due to major differences in test requirements and regulatory oversight. Here, we provide a side-by-side comparison of clinical versus current good manufacturing practices microbiology laboratories to provide guidance to those that are currently assisting with or have been asked to assist with sterility testing of manufactured biopharmaceutical products that have become common frontline treatments in modern medicine.

Serious wear phenomena occur in mining machinery under complex working conditions, and the wear of machine parts is primarily caused by the synergistic effect of adhesive wear, abrasive wear, corrosive wear, etc. However, the existing friction and wear testing equipment cannot be used to carry out wear tests under complex working conditions. To simultaneously meet the test requirements of adhesive wear, abrasive wear, and corrosive wear, a novel sliding friction and wear tester that can simulate complex working conditions was developed in the present research. The tester is composed of a loading mechanism, a speed-regulating mechanism, a corrosion chamber, and a control and display system. Wear tests of the middle plate of a scraper conveyor, a key equipment of coal mining, were carried out to verify the consistency and effectiveness of the tester. The test results were consistent, and those under the same test conditions were similar with a maximum standard deviation of 2.4 mg. The wear condition of the middle plate specimens was close to the actual wear condition of the middle plate. Moreover, the surfaces of the middle plate specimens after grinding exhibited obvious adhesive, abrasive, and corrosive wear characteristics, and the wear degrees of the specimens under the same test conditions were similar. The quality loss of the middle plate specimens was found to increase with the increase of coal gangue percentage, and the main wear mechanism was the synergistic action of abrasive, adhesive, and corrosive wear.

The article covers information from the field of static strength tests of freight wagons, in this case the static strength test was performed on a Zans 95 m3 tank wagon. The introduction of the article contains the division and significance of freight wagon tests. Various types of test load in static tests which affect the vehicle structure are also mentioned. Subsequently, the test requirements are written together with the technical parameters of the tested wagon. The next chapter deals with measured quantities and the instruments used for measurement, as well as a schematic sketch of the location of some sensors. The final chapter contains a description of the individual tests, where the procedure of loading, stay, unloading and reading of values for all static tests examined within the article are given. In the conclusion, verbal opinion is added to the summary of measurement results and the wagon construction is evaluated in terms of meeting the required strength conditions. The article contains graphs and tables from the outputs of some measurements.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between self efficacy and adversity quotient on entrepreneurial interests of students, the effect of self efficacy on student entrepreneurial interests, and the effect of adversity quotient on student entrepreneurial interests. The method used is survey. Samples were obtained using simple random sampling technique as many as 105 students took entrepreneurship courses at one of the PTS in Jakarta. Data analysis is done using the help of the SPSS-16 program. Test requirements the analysis used is the test of normality, linearity test and multicolinearity test. The hypothesis test using a correlational test is followed by a double regression test. Based on the results of the research, the results that: 1) there are influence of self efficacy and adversity quotient jointly towards entrepreneurial interest. Self efficacy and adversity quotient contributions to entrepreneurial interest of 45.7% of the remaining 54.3% are donated by variables other than self efficacy and adversity quotient; 2) there is self efficacy influence on entrepreneurial interest, and 3) there is adversity quotient influence on entrepreneurial interest

This study aims to find: (1) a theoretical model of performance improvement Lecturer at the Faculty of Arts, Unimedwhich is built based on the associative causal relationship between endogenous variables and exogenous variables, (2) knowing the positive direct effects: (a) organizational culture on work motivationLecturer at FBS Unimed. (b) organizational culture on job satisfaction of Unimed FBS lecturers, (c) organizational culture on the performance of FBS Unimed lecturers (d) work motivation on the performance of Unimed FBS lecturers; (e) job satisfaction on the performance of Unimed FBS lecturers. The study population was 174 FBS Unimed lecturers, a sample of 100 people selected by means of proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire with four scales. The research data were processed and analyzed using descriptive statistics and differential statistics, namely path analysis. Path analysis begins with a test requirements analysis including normality test and linearity test.X1) has a positive direct effect of 50.69% on Work Motivation (X2) lecturers of FBS Unimed as well as Organizational Culture (X1) a positive direct effect of 28.83% on Job Satisfaction (X3) lecturer at FBS Unimed, Organizational Culture (X1) also has a positive effect of 22.02% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed, and Work Motivation (X2) Has a positive direct effect of 26.22% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed and Job Satisfaction (X3) Directly positive effect of 17.75% on lecturer performance (X4) FBS Unimed.

Recently a number HVdc circuit breakers (CBs) based on various dc current interruption principles have been developed and a few are put in operation. However, due to a lack of practical experience, no clearly defined requirements that the HVdc CBs should satisfy exist. To define and refine justified test requirements, a thorough understanding of the interactions between the internal components of the HVdc CB and the stresses on these components under real dc fault current interruption condition is necessary. In this paper, an experimental dc CB based on the active current injection technique is setup in a high-power laboratory to investigate the performances of the main components; namely, the vacuum interrupter (VI) and the metal oxide surge arrester (MOSA). The performances of three different designs VIs are investigated and it is found out that each of the VIs behave completely different. The key parameters having impact on current interruption performance of the VIs are identified and analyzed in detail. Moreover, the performance of a MOSA, designed for HVdc CB application, is also investigated by applying energy per volume ranging between $\text{70}\!-\!\text{220}\;\text{J/}\text{cm}^\text{3}$ at temperature as high as $\text{250}$ °C. In order to find out the performance limit of the MOSA for this application, successive high-energy tests are performed until electro-mechanical failures occur in the MO varistors. Various failure modes such as fracturing and puncture are observed. The detailed analysis of these failure mechanisms during destructive tests and the root causes are presented.

The increase of population caused the needed of home provider service . Mostly the housing already has it’s own type of house. As time goes by home developing happened in order to fullfill people needs. This study aimed to examine the factors that effect home development and find out the dominant factor for T36 h0use. The study uses descriptive survey methods and use multiple linear regression analysis to analyzed. Questionnaire were distributes to 41 respondents who lived in Surabaya Permai 4 Housing with 90% trust level. Processing questionnaire data using SPSS 25 with test requirements analysis, namely the validity and reliability test. The results of this research indicate that money, structural security, safety and comfort, social and culture, resident conditions, building condition effect 90.4% for home development. The most dominant factor affecting home development is the money factor with a percentage of 27.3%. The other factors are structural security 17.7%, safety and comfort 14.1%, social and culture 12.6%, resident condition 12.2% and building condition 6.5%. This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and work ethic on employee performance in the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency. This study used a survey research method, where the research instrument was a tested questionnaire and met the validity and reliability test requirements. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all employees at the Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency totaling 70 people, while the number of samples was 60 people. The results show that there is an influence of the work environment on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, there is an influence of work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of the Sangihe Islands Regency, and there is a joint influence on the work environment and work ethic on the performance of employees at the Regional Education and Culture Office of Sangihe Islands Regency.

The impact test is a test to determine the strength of the material when receiving a load constantly or suddenly. The previous tool did not meet the test requirements, so it required the development of the pendulum weight sector, the measuring scale and the addition of a braking system. Therefore, this research was carried out for the development of previous tools so that the test tools could meet the requirements and the testing of the tools using ST 41 and ST 60 carbon steel specimens. This research is a research and development study using ADDIE (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation) as a reference in conducting research. The development of the tool focuses on the pendulum weight to 10.2 kg, replacing the measuring scale and adding a braking system that uses disc brakes. The results of the expert validation questionnaire got a score of 72.63%, the small respondent data questionnaire got a score of 83% and the large-scale respondents got a score of 85%. This shows that the tool gets a decent score. The results of the performance test of the tool using ST 41 carbon steel with an average impact price of 1.02302732 J / mm and carbon steel ST 60 with an average impact price of 1.2422299 J / mm. This study shows that there is an average difference in the impact price between ST 41 carbon steel and ST 60 carbon steel as indicated by the Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.484 using independent sample test T-test data processing.

This research examines the learning model used by Jesus when preaching or teaching specifically found in Matthew 7: 24-29. There are several methods that Jesus uses in this section, namely: the lecture method, the method of storytelling and the method of parable. These methods were quite successful in Jesus' teaching as evidenced by the large number of followers who were amazed at him. In this study, we want to find out how the influence of the application of the method Jesus used on student learning outcomes. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with survey techniques. The research population was all of the ninth grade students in SMP Negeri 12 Kota Kupang with a total sample of 30 students. Data analysis was performed using statistical techniques with data analysis processes namely Descriptive Analysis, Test Requirements Analysis and Hypothesis Test. The results showed that the application of the Learning Method used by Jesus in Matthew 7: 24-29 had an effect on student learning outcomes at SMP Negeri 12 Kota Kupang by 40%.

The paper discusses the layered heat-resistant coatings for aerospace applications obtained by atmospheric plasma spraying (APS) technique. The following coating material compositions were selected, wt. %: 1 — 20(ZrO2–8Y2O3) + 80MoSi2; 2 — 10(ZrO2–8Y2O3) + 90MoSi2. As the sublayer thickness decreases and MoSi2 content increases, the strength of the coated sample becomes higher. It was established that the coating composition 2 completely satisfies the heat resistance test requirements, and presumably undergoes plastic deformation.

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the relationship between the leadership style of madrasa principals and work discipline with the performance of teachers in MTsN Lima Puluh Batu Bara District. The sample of this research was determined by 42 people (total sampling). The data collection tool used a Likert scale questionnaire. The questionnaire was arranged based on variable indicators and examined by the Thesis Advisor, then tested on respondents who were not research samples. After testing the instrument, it is known that all X1 instruments consisted of 37 valid items 21 items, variable X2 consisted of 26 valid items 24 items and Y consisted of 40 valid items 24 items. Test requirements for data analysis of variables X1, X2 and Y are known that all variables are normally distributed, so that linearity testing and linearity test results can be found, it turns out that the regression between variables X1 with Y and X2 with Y is also linear with p values ​​

This study aims to determine and examine the influence of Leadership (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), Work Motivation (X3), and Job Satisfaction (X4), on the Performance of High School Heads (X5) in Medan. This study also aims to determine the theoretical model of performance (fixed model) that can describe the structure of the causal relationship between the exogonus variable and the endogonus variable. This research was conducted in Medan City High School in 2017, with a total sample of 135 people. The research variable data selection uses a valid and reliable questionnaire based on the results of rational analysis (Expert Judgment) and instrument trials of 32 people from the study population. The data analysis technique used consisted of descriptive analysis, test requirements analysis, and path analysis with a significance level of α of 0.05. The results of the analysis revealed Ho was rejected, Ha was accepted. So, there is a positive and significant direct influence of Leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation, and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of High School Heads in Medan City.

As one of the important components affecting the safety and reliability of automobile, the wheel needs to meet the test requirements for fatigue and impact performance. The 90-degree impact test of wheel is used to replicate the harsh conditions during driving, such as automobile frontally impact on road pits. In order to guarantee the performance of wheel, many automobile companies have begun to increase impact performance requirements on steel wheels, although there is no public standard for 90-degree impact test of steel wheel. In this paper, the FE model of wheel assembled composite tire are established first, and then used to evaluate the impact resistance of wheel. Furthermore, two different test benches and two different tires are modeled to investigate the effects of test methods and tire sizes on the wheel performance evaluation results. To evaluate the validity of the simulation method, the wheel 90° impact tests with different tires are also performed. The comparison between the simulation and test results show that the simulation methods presented in this paper can provide an effective way to evaluate the impact resistance of the wheel, and the influences of different tires should be fully considered in the wheel 90-degree impact test.

The T6 Stalker Tunnel is a multi-mode, high-enthalpy, transient ground test facility. It is the first of its type in the UK. The facility combines the original free-piston driver from the T3 Shock Tunnel with modified barrels from the Oxford Gun Tunnel. Depending on test requirements, it can operate as a shock tube, reflected shock tunnel or expansion tube. Commissioning tests of the free-piston driver are discussed, including the development of four baseline driver conditions using piston masses of either 36 kg or 89 kg. Experimental data are presented for each operating mode, with comparison made to numerical simulations. In general, high-quality test flows are observed. The calculated enthalpy range of the experimental conditions achieved varies from$$2.7\hbox { MJ kg}^{-1}$$2.7MJkg-1to$$115.0\hbox { MJ kg}^{-1}$$115.0MJkg-1.Graphical abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that threatens >10 million people annually. Despite advances in TB diagnostics, patients continue to receive an insufficient diagnosis as TB symptoms are not specific. Many existing biodiagnostic tests are slow, have low clinical performance, and can be unsuitable for resource‐limited settings. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a rapid, sputum‐free, and cost‐effective triage test for real‐time detection of TB is urgently needed. This article reports on a new diagnostic pathway enabling a noninvasive, fast, and highly accurate way of detecting TB. The approach relies on TB‐specific volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that are detected and quantified from the skin headspace. A specifically designed nanomaterial‐based sensors array translates these findings into a point‐of‐care diagnosis by discriminating between active pulmonary TB patients and controls with sensitivity above 90%. This fulfills the WHO's triage test requirements and poses the potential to become a TB triage test., A noninvasive method for tuberculosis (TB) detection from skin is introduced in this paper. The method harnesses nanomaterial‐based sensors that are sensitive to patterns of volatile biomarkers that are linked with the illness. The results present TB‐related changes in the pattern with above 90% sensitivity detecting active TB patients with the sensors, demonstrating the potential to evolve into a new TB triage test.

Heterogeneous solids, also known as cellular materials, have significant advantages for impacting energy absorption and blasting effect attenuation. This study focuses on analysing the stress wave propagation in the heterogeneous solids using a novel meso-scale model through an experimental analysis. Six different specimens were designed and manufactured for this experiment and suitable apparatuses were selected and assembled to satisfy the test requirements to maximise the accuracy and reliability. The experiment provided a clear understanding of the wave propagation characteristics, and it was found that when the structure of transmission medium increases in complexity and the input frequency of stress waves becomes higher, the negative effects on the output will become more significant.

Furthermore, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used as datacollection techniques that conducted to test the data collection instrument, then the validity test andreliability test were performed to obtain properness the test results and the consistency of the testresults. Simplicia of turmeric and ginger is widely cultivated and developed by local farmers. Making these simplicia often does not meet the quality requirements because the process is still traditional and there are no guidelines used, there are still many raw materials for turmeric and ginger. The farmers of Ponorogo Regency cannot penetrate the traditional drug factory market. Objective: To determine the quality of turmeric and curcuma simplicia in Ponorogo. Method: Simplicia samples originating from Slahung village, Slahung sub-district, Ponrogo Regency were taken by purposive sampling. Quality testing is carried out according to FHI Issue I of 2008 and Republic of Indonesia BPOM Regulation Number 12 of 2014. Results: In testing turmeric rhizomes, referring to BPOM Number 12 of 2014 on water content testing, AKK test and ALT test meet the requirements. In the first edition of FHI parameters in 2008 did not meet the requirements of the curcuminoid test parameters, total ash content test, acid insoluble ash test, ethanol soluble extract test, water soluble juice test, but at the test of essential oil content and shrinkage test drying meets the requirements. None of the ginger rhizomes meet the quality test requirements. Conclusions and suggestions: Simplicia of turmeric and ginger in Ponorogo Regency has not met the quality requirements of traditional medicine and it is expected that farmers improve in the planting, harvesting and post-harvesting processes.

This paper provides an approach for selective black-box model-based regression testing for web applications, emphasizing testing proper mitigation of external failures in web applications. This approach uses an existing model of web applications, FSMWeb, and extends its test generation capabilities to include selective regression testing of fail-safe behavior. It classifies existing tests as reusable, retestable, and obsolete. The approach reduces the number of tests compared to a full retest between 3% to 81% depending on the type of changes in the example and by over 99% in the case study. Removing reusable requirements reduced test requirements between 49% to 65% in the case study. The approach also uses partial regeneration for new tests wherever possible.

The purpose of this study was to find out how much influence Moral Guidance by Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning discipline of students in SMP Negeri 3 Balige 2018. The method of this research is descriptive and inferential quantitative research methods. The population in this study were all students in Balige 3 Public Middle School in 2018 with a total of 102 people with a sample of 51 people. Data was collected by a closed questionnaire of 30 items. The study was conducted on 51 students who were not trial respondents and validity and reliability were tested. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of Moral Guidance by Christian Religious Education teachers on the learning discipline of the of students in 201 Balige Public Middle School. Research data were analyzed with the following steps: 1) Test requirements analysis: a) test positive relationships obtained rxy = 0.693> = 0.05, n = 51) = 0.297 thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables X with Y variable. B) Test significant relationship obtained value t = 6.734rtable (> = 0.05, dk = n-2 = 49) = 2.021 thus there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. 2) Test of influence: a) Test the regression equation, obtained a regression equation. b) Test the regression coefficient of determination (r2) = 48.06%. 3) Test the hypothesis by using the F test obtained Fcountt table (> Ftable that is 45,347> 2,00 thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that is there is a positive and significant influence Moral Guidance by the Christian Education teacher on the learning discipline of in Public Middle School 3 Balige 2018. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya sikap sosial siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran PKn menggunakan metode sosiodrama untuk menanamkan kesadaran sosial siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar Swasta Seberang Jaya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimental semu dengan desain penelitian Noquivalent Control Group Design.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang terdiri dari dua kelas. Kelas IVB sebagai kelompok eksperimen, dan kelas IVA sebagai kelompok kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data digunakan dalam penelitian dalam bentuk skala, wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji persyaratan analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan taraf signifikansi 5%.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PKn menggunakan metode sosiodrama memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan untuk menanamkan kesadaran sosial siswa kelas empat Sekolah Dasar swasta Seberang Jaya 2017/2018. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh uji-t pada kelompok kontrol pasca-tes eksperimental, yang menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara post-tes kelompok kontrol-kontrol setelah perawatan (pengobatan).

According to the Chinese fusion engineering testing reactor (CFETR) central solenoid model coil (CSMC) properties test requirements, a large cryogenic test platform will be built. The feeder, as one of the important components of the platform, should be studied to afford the much valued help for the basic test facilities. This paper focuses on the feeder structural design and the stress analysis in conditions of different loads. All of the work could not only provide necessary help for building CFETR CSMC test platform but also provide the important service experience of the large cryogenic test platform in the future.

Leucorrhoea is a condition frequently experienced by women. If it is not appropriately treated, it can become a more severe problem. Leucorrhoea is caused by “Candida albicans” fungus infection. Garlic (Allium sativum Linn) has antibacterial and antifungal activity, where garlic can inhibit the growth of the Candida albicans. This study aims to determine the optimal formulation of feminine liquid soap from garlic extract (Allium sativum Linn) with good physical quality; thus, garlic in treating Leucorrhoea can be practically easier. Optimization of liquid soap formulation used carbopol and sodium lauryl sulfate with various concentration variations. The method included organoleptic observation, pH, and specific gravity for one-month storage to obtain a good physical quality of liquid soap. The result showed that the formula with 10% sodium lauryl sulfate met the physical quality test requirements of feminine liquid soap; thus, the formulation of feminine liquid soap with 10% sodium lauryl sulfate was optimal.

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and cheating behaviour. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between conformity and cheating behaviour, with the assumption that the higher the conformity has, the higher the cheating behaviour, and conversely the lower the conformity has, the lower cheating behaviour. The participans of this study were 105 high school student in Gajah Mada School . The sampling technique used is disproportionate stratified random sampling. Data were obtained from a scale to measure conformity and cheating behavior. The calculation was performed using test requirements analysis (assumption), which consists of normality distribution test and linearity relationship test. The actual road diesel emissions of heavy-duty vehicle is very high, which has been a concern around the world. In 2018, Chinese government promulgated the "China VI" regulations containing real-driving emission test requirements and limits, requiring vehicle manufacturers to effectively control vehicle emissions to meet the requirements of China VI. This article takes a heavy-duty tractor equipped with a "China VI" engine as the research object, and performs actual road emission tests after loading 10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, and 100% respectively. The results show that NOx emissions are higher at low loads and PN emissions are higher at high loads, and CO emissions are not sensitive to load changes.

The buried oil and gas pipeline is a linear structure with infinite length. In the shaking table test of its seismic response, it is necessary to input the spatially related multipoint seismic wave considering the propagation characteristics of ground motion. The multipoint seismic excitation shaking table tests and loading scheme of buried oil and gas pipelines are designed and formulated. The synthesis method of spatial correlation multipoint seismic wave for the buried oil and gas pipeline test is proposed in this study. The values of relevant parameters are analyzed, and corresponding program is compiled by MATLAB. The results show that the developed multipoint excitation shaking table seismic wave input scheme is reasonable. At the same time, the synthesized multipoint seismic wave based on the actual seismic record and artificial random simulation seismic wave can meet the test requirements, which suggests the testing effect is good.

Development test is part of the design-fabrication-test workflow loop to develop a new MEMS device. This chapter first defines and distinguishes different types of test, including development test, manufacturing test, and qualification test. The chapter then discusses identifying test requirements, establishing test capability, and strategies for failure analysis during development.

According to the test requirements, this paper presents an implementation scheme of the internal module automatic test system of vector network analyzer. The test system software consists of six sub-test systems. This test system supports the import of customer-defined program control commands, so that the test system can be adapted to different manufacturers and different types of test instruments to complete the test task. This test system has been widely used in the 3672 series vector network analyzer production line, saving about 60,000 man-hours per year for Instruments Co., Ltd, reducing the production cost of the instrument by 30%.

In order to test the dynamic characteristics of SiC MOSFETs more accurately, it is necessary to redesign the dynamic test platform for SiC MOSFETs. The parasitic inductance of the power circuit of the dynamic test platform is analyzed, and different stacked bus structures are designed according to the test requirements of different devices. In practical use, considering better matching the size of the dynamic test platform and making reasonable use of the internal space of the cabinet, the laminated bus bar is designed as a bent structure, and the two design schemes are simulated and compared. Finally, the splicing type laminated busbar structure is selected.

RTDS is an effective simulation method for mining and processing the hidden criterion of protection device. Based on the case of invisible criterion blocking line protection under unstable high resistance grounding fault, this paper analyzes the test requirements, platform, equipment parameters and test items of modeling and simulation of unstable high resistance grounding fault based on RTDS, on the basis of accurately grasping the characteristics of the change of unstable high resistance ground resistance. The test results show that the proposed simulation model can accurately fit the characteristics of unstable high resistance grounding fault. Based on the summary of the test results, this paper further puts forward engineering suggestions for optimizing the operation performance of the protection device.

According to the structure and working principle of metal-oxide surge arrester (OMA) intelligent monitoring device (IMD), this paper analyses the electromagnetic environment of it and obtains the importance and necessity of studying electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) tests. As there is no testing standard basis for the IMD, in this paper the corresponding EMC test requirements, test parameters and test methods are given. Aiming at the problems of the IMD during the EMC tests, the practical anti-interference measures are given to ensure the reliability of the design at the end of the paper. By improving the EMC performance of IMD, the reliability of IMD in harsh high-voltage electromagnetic environment can be ensured. Beyond that, this paper also offers reference for establishing testing standards of the IMD.

We introduce a distributed control method for coordinating multiple vehicles in the framework of an automated valet parking (AVP) system. The control functionality is distributed between an infrastructure server, called parking area management (PAM) system, and local autonomous vehicle control units. Via a vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication interface, model predictive control (MPC) decisions of the vehicles are shared with the coordination unit in the PAM. This unit in turn computes a coupling feedback which is shared with the vehicles. The control system is integrated in an automated test-system to cope with the high test requirements and short development cycles of highly automated systems. Evaluations conducted with the test-system show the functionality of the proposed distributed control method for multi-vehicle coordination. Results indicate safe coordination, and an efficiency increase compared to an uncoordinated method in an AVP simulation environment.

The integration of HVDC GIS equipment into offshore wind converter station may also comprise a HVDC GIS cable connection assembly. For HVDC cable systems test requirements are already existing and are successfully applied in the industry. When suggesting testing methods for an interface device, such as the DC cable connection assembly, the differences need to be considered. This paper describes the different test philosophies in the suggested HVDC GIS dielectric testing and existing HVDC cable system testing. The electric field profiles are compared in an exemplified HVDC cable termination under different load conditions and are related to executed qualification tests according to the testing philosophy of HVDC cable systems. The resulting differences due to the different testing philosophies are discussed. This work may serve as input to the discussion of testing approaches for equipment at the interface between DC gas-insulated equipment and HVDC cables

Faktor resiko terjadinya insiden obat dapat berawal dari masalah cara mendapatkan, menggunakan, menyimpan dan membuang obat yang tidak tepat termasuk obat antibiotik. Masalah obat antibiotik telah menjadi persoalan global yang harus mendapatkan perhatian serius termasuk di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian untuk melihat gambaran perilaku keluarga dalam menyimpan dan membuang obat antibiotik di Kecamatan Pariangan, Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Penelitian deskriptif ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling. Berdasarkan perhitungan jumlah sampel dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin, diperoleh sebanyak 100 keluarga di Kecamatan Pariangan, Kabupaten Tanah Datar yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument berupa kuesioner yang telah memenuhi syarat uji validitas dan reliabelitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perilaku keluarga dalam menyimpan dan membuang obat antibiotik termasuk dalam kategori cukup dengan nilai mean masing-masing 6,07 dan 6,90. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan keluarga terhadap profesi apoteker dan obat antibiotik dengan perilaku keluarga dalam menyimpan dan membuang obat antibiotik yang ditunjukan dengan nilai r = 0,163.
