The purpose of this paper is to attain the existence of coincidences and common fixed points in four mappings satisfying (ψ , β , L) -generalized contractive conditions in the framework of partially ordered b-metric spaces. The main results presented in this paper generalize some recent results in the existing literature. Furthermore, a nontrivial example is presented to support the obtained results. A vector-b-metric space is a more general space than a b-metric space because it is Riesz space valued. The study of ordered vector spaces is important in economic analysis. In this paper, we prove some common fixed point results for three and four mappings on vector-b-metric space with a graph. This study aims to show that four maps in a b-metric space that satisfy pairwise weak compatibility have common fixed points under certain conditions. The aim of this paper is to introduce new notions called generalized (g − F − φ) contraction and rational type (g − F − φ) contraction for hybrid maps in complete G-metric spaces. First, using new concept of generalized (g − F − φ) contraction we establish a common fixed point theorem for a hybrid pair of weakly compatible maps. Second, we prove a common fixed point theorem for occasionally coincidentally idempotent mappings satisfying another new concept of rational type (g − F − φ) contraction under common limit range property. Abstract We prove the existence and uniqueness of fixed points of some generalized contractible operators defined on modular G-metric spaces and also prove the modular G-continuity of such operators. Furthermore, we prove that some generalized weakly compatible contractive operators in modular G-metric spaces have a unique fixed point. Our results extend, generalize, complement and include several known results as special cases.

In this present article, we establish the concept of ϕ-weakly commuting self-mappings pairs in S-metric space. with this idea we create a common fixed point theorem of Altman integral type for self-mappings in the context of S-metric space. In this paper, we study the existence and uniqueness of common fixed point of six self-mappings in Menger spaces by using the common limit range property (denoted by (CLRST)) of two pairs. Our results improve, extend, complement and generalize several existing results in the literature. Also, some examples are provided to illustrate the usability of our results.

In this paper, a new type of contraction for several self-mappings of a metric space, called FM-contraction, is introduced. This extends the one presented for a single map by Wardowski [Fixed points of a new type of contractive mappings in complete metric spaces, Fixed Point Theory Appl., 2012:94, 2012]. Coincidence and common fixed point of eight self mappings satisfying FM-contraction conditions are established via common limit range property without exploiting the completeness of the space or the continuity of the involved maps. Coincidence and common fixed point of eight self-maps satisfying FM-contraction conditions via the common property (E.A.) are also studied. Our results generalize, extend and improve the analogous recent results in the literature, and some examples are presented to justify the validity of our main results.

In this article, we establish some new results on Jungck-Ćirić-Wardowski type mappings in complete metric spaces. Using our new approach, the conditions (W2) and (W3) of Wardowski do not apply for the proof of Cauchyness of the Picard-Jungck sequence. The aim of this paper is to introduce generalized condition (B) in a quasi-partial metric space acknowledging the notion of Künzi et al. [Künzi H.-P. A., Pajoohesh H., Schellekens M. P., Partial quasi-metrics, Theoret. Comput. Sci., 2006, 365, 237-246] and Karapinar et al. [Karapinar E., Erhan M.,Öztürk A., Fixed point theorems on quasi-partial metric spaces, Math. Comput.Modelling, 2013, 57, 2442-2448] and to establish coincidence and common fixed point theorems for twoweakly compatible pairs of self mappings. In the sequelwe also answer affirmatively two open problems posed by Abbas, Babu and Alemayehu [Abbas M., Babu G. V. R., Alemayehu G. N., On common fixed points of weakly compatible mappings satisfying generalized condition (B), Filomat, 2011, 25(2), 9-19]. Further in the setting of a quasi-partial metric space, the results obtained are utilized to establish the existence and uniqueness of a solution of the integral equation and the functional equation arising in dynamic programming. Our results are also justified by explanatory examples supported with pictographic validations to demonstrate the authenticity of the postulates.

We discuss, extend, improve and enrich results on simulation functions established by several authors. Furthermore, by using Lemma 2.1 of Radenovic et al. [Bull. Iran. Math. Soc., 2012, 38, 625],we get much shorter and nicer proofs than the corresponding ones in the existing literature.

In this paper, we introduce and define a concept of -operator pair as a pair of non-commuting mappings in a C*-algebra-valued modular metric space. Many authors used the concept of F−contraction introduced by Wardowski in 2012 in order to define and prove new results on fixed points in complete metric spaces. In some later papers (for example Proinov P.D., J. Fixed Point Theory Appl. (2020)22:21, doi:10.1007/s11784-020-0756-1) it is shown that conditions (F2) and (F3) are not necessary to prove Wardowski’s results. In this article we use a new approach in proving that the Picard–Jungck sequence is a Cauchy one. It helps us obtain new Jungck–Fisher–Wardowski type results using Wardowski’s condition (F1) only, but in a way that differs from the previous approaches. Along with that, we came to several new contractive conditions not known in the fixed point theory so far. With the new results presented in the article, we generalize, extend, unify and enrich methods presented in the literature that we cite.

In this study, we introduce the concept of θ-expansive mapping in ordered metric spaces and prove a fixed point theorem for such mappings. We give some fixed point results for θ-expansive mapping in metric spaces and prove fixed point theorems for such mappings. These results extend the main results of many comparable results from the current literature. We also obtain a common fixed point theorem of two weakly compatible mappings in metric spaces. Finally, the examples are presented to support the new theorems and results proved.

We propose a common fixed point theorem for new notion of generalized nonexpansive mappings for two pairs of maps in an ordered orbitally complete metric space.
