Objective: To solve the technical problems in the design and analysis of the core parts of the mold open-closing mechanism related rod. Methods: The motion and force analysis of mold open-closing mechanism with an electric eight-bar was described in detail by using the analytical method. Results： Based on the example calculation, the relationship curve between the displacement of the slider and the crank angle was obtained, and the variation law of velocity and acceleration was further deduced. Meanwhile, the theoretical clamping force, the changing trend and the characteristics of each member force in the sheet extrusion process were analyzed. Conclusion: The method solves the implemented analysis of the electric eight-bar linkage mechanism without the need for professional software, shortening the design and prototyping cycles.

In view of the fact that there were as many as 10 to 13 layers of limestone in Taiyuan formation in Huainan and Huaibei Coalfield, the target strata of ground regional treatment was not unique, the 18413 working face in the west 4th mining area of Pan'er coal mine was taken as an example, the optimization of the target strata was studied. The requirement of water inrush coefficient was the prerequisite for optimum selection of target strata, which determined the selection range of target strata. With C3 6 limestone as the target strata, the water inrush coefficient is less than the critical value after calculation. Therefore, it is inferred that C3 6-C3 12 limestone is the potential target strata. Influencing factors such as hydrodynamic conditions, aquifer hydraulic connection, water-conducting geological structure, limestone spacing, limestone thickness and stratum injectability were the key indicators for optimum selection of target strata. However, the target strata determined by single factor analysis is incompatible with each other, which makes it difficult to achieve the optimal selection of the target strata. Therefore, the analytic hierarchy process was adopted for the optimal selection of the target strata. The optimum selection of target strata of ground regional treatment was taken as the objective layer, hydrodynamic conditions, hydraulic connection between aquifers, water-conducting geological structure, limestone spacing, limestone thickness and stratum injectability were taken as the criterion layer, and C3 6, C3 7, C3 8, C3 9, C3 10, C3 11, C3 12 limestone of Taiyuan formation were taken as the scheme layer, the analytic hierarchy process model was established. The judgment matrix of the target layer and the criterion layer, the criterion layer and the scheme layer were constructed, and the weight of each index of the criterion layer and the single factor score of each scheme of the scheme layer were calculated. The CR values were all less than 0.10 after inspection, and judgment matrices had satisfactory consistency, meeting the consistency test. The total score of each scheme was 0.177, 0.169, 0.170, 0.214, 0.103, 0.114 and 0.053, respectively, which were calculated by the hierarchy total sort. The total score of C3 9 limestone was the largest, indicating that the optimal target stratum of ground regional treatment was C3 9 limestone. The analytic hierarchy process was applied to the study on the optimum selection of target strata of ground regional treatment, and the qualitative problem was transformed into a quantitative problem, realizing the multi-factor quantitative optimum selection of target strata, and providing a new method for optimum selection of target strata.

Phosphorus is an indispensable and irreplaceable element in the ecosystem. Based on the ability of ferrate(VI) to remove phosphate by producing iron phosphate, a new method for using ferrate(VI) to treat hypophosphite has been studied. In this study, ferrate was added to the hypophosphate solution in a controlled manner, and the oxidation efficiency of ferrate(VI) on hypophosphate was studied under various initial pH conditions, when the pH value of 6.0, the hypophosphate oxidation rate reached 14.0%. Research findings, Ferrate recovered hypophosphate through precipitation and adsorption under various initial pH conditions. To further investigate the mechanism of hypophosphate recovery, the morphology and microstructure of the deposition were analysed using Fourier transform infrared, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The kinetic process of ferrate recovery from hypophosphate was analysed. The recovery process follows second-order reaction kinetics, and the reaction rate is highest at pH 6.0. The value of kA1 is 1.742 × 10−2. This study shows that ferrate (VI) is a promising treatment tool for low-cost phosphate wastewater. Diketopyrrolopyrrole (DPP) is now widely used in the phototherapy of tumors, but most of the reported DPP molecules have no absorption in the near-infrared (NIR) region. In this study, 3 DPP derivatives with donor–acceptor–donor (D-A-D) structures were designed and synthesized, which were named OODPP, OSDPP, and SSDPP according to the number of thione groups. Their absorption spectra are gradually red-shifted with an increase in the number of thione groups. However, after the preparation of nanoparticles (NPs), OSDPP NPs show the maximum absorption red shift with an absorption peak at 786 nm and excellent photothermal performance under NIR laser irradiation. In addition, OSDPP NPs could more effectively inhibit tumor growth under irradiation. Therefore, this work provides a feasible method for the design of DPP-based phototherapeutic agents with red-shifted absorption for tumor therapy. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent years, fluorescence imaging has occupied a very important position in the life science and biomedical fields. However, achieving nanomaterials for bioimaging with both high fluorescence quantum efficiency and high stability remains a significant challenge. Herein, we synthesized mPEG5K–PCL10K@TFMDSA and mPEG5K–PLLA10K@TFMDSA nanoparticles using polymer-induced aggregation. This method significantly enhanced the luminescence efficiency of TFMDSA nanoparticles in solution, attributed to improved intermolecular interactions and restricted molecular vibrations. The resulting nanoparticles exhibited exceptional optical stability over a period of seven days and demonstrated low cytotoxicity towards HeLa cells, making them highly suitable for bioimaging applications. Cellular uptake studies indicated that these nanoparticles were more efficiently internalized by HeLa cells compared to their amorphous counterparts, likely due to their unique square morphology. Our findings highlight the potential of polymer-induced aggregation in enhancing the optical properties and stability of TFMDSA nanomaterials, suggesting their promise as biofluorescent probes for cancer diagnosis and other biomedical applications. Nanoscale metal–organic frameworks integrated with porphyrins (Por-nMOFs) have emerged as efficient nanoplatforms for photodynamic therapy (PDT), which relies on the conversion of molecular oxygen into cytotoxic singlet oxygen. However, the hypoxic microenvironment within tumors significantly limits the efficacy of PDT. To address this challenge, researchers have explored various strategies to either alter or exploit the hypoxic conditions in tumors. One such strategy involves leveraging the porous structure of Por-nMOFs to load hypoxia-activated prodrugs (HAPs) like tirapazamine (TPZ), thereby utilizing the tumor's intrinsic hypoxic environment to trigger a chemotherapeutic effect that synergizes with PDT. Advances in nanoscience have enabled the development of porphyrin-based nMOFs capable of simultaneously loading both porphyrin photosensitizers and TPZ, ensuring effective release within cancer cells under high-phosphate conditions. The subsequent activation of co-loaded TPZ, by the tumor's own hypoxic microenvironment, and that created during PDT, facilitates a combined PDT and chemotherapy approach. This method not only enhances the suppression of cancer cell proliferation but also improves control over tumor metastasis while mitigating the negative impact of hypoxia on singular Por-nMOFs in PDT. This review summarizes recent advances in Por-nMOFs research, focusing on the design strategies for enhancing water dispersibility, circulatory stability, and targeting specificity through post-synthetic modifications. Additionally, this review highlights the bioapplication of Por-nMOFs by integrating TPZ chemotherapy and other therapeutic modalities to combat hypoxic and metastatic malignancies.
