Bireyin istediği hedefe ulaşmasındaki en büyük etken, içerisinde barındırdığı motivasyon düzeyidir. Motive olmuş öğrencilerin öğrenim hayatlarında daha başarılı ve aktif olacaklarını söyleyebiliriz. Bu araştırma, öğrencilerin müzik dersine ilişkin motivasyonlarını artırmaya yönelik müzik öğretmenlerinin hangi çalışmaları hangi düzeyde gerçekleştirdiklerini görebilmek amacı ile yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2018-2019 eğitim yılı içerisinde Antalya'nın Alanya ve Manavgat ilçesindeki ortaokullarda görev yapan 58 müzik öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kullanmak için hazırlanan ölçek, uzman görüşleri de alınarak 5'li likert tipi 34 madde olarak belirlenmiştir. Uygulama sonrasında yapılan faktör analizi neticesinde dört alt boyutta toplanan ve 22 maddeden oluşan Öğretmen Motivasyon Desteği Ölçeği geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin geçerliğini sağlamak amacıyla açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi (DFA) yapılmıştır. Ölçeğin güvenirlik hesaplaması sonucu alfa değeri .893 bulunmuştur. Araştırmanın istatiksel çözümlemeleri için yüzde-frekans, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma, t testi, Mann Whitney-U testi ve Kruskal Wallis testi uygulanmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; müzik öğretmenlerinin motivasyon artırma çalışmaları, ders işleyiş ve değerlilik alt boyutlarında kadınlar lehine anlamlı farklılık göstermiştir. Özendirme alt boyutunda, özel okulda çalışanlar ve müzik dersliği olan öğretmenler lehine anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Mesleki kıdem ve sınıf mevcudu değişkenleri ele alındığında herhangi bir alt boyutta anlamlı bir farklılık bulunamamıştır. Maddeler genel olarak ele alındığında müzik öğretmenlerinin kendi başlarına yapabilecekleri motivasyon artırma çalışmaları yüksek seviyede çıkarken, maddi ve manevi yardım gerektiren bazı motivasyon çalışmaları, görece daha düşük seviyede kalmıştır. We can say that motivated students will be more successful and active in their education lives. This research was made to increase the motivation of students about music lesson and to see which works music teachers perform at which level.The study group of the research consists of 58 music teachers working in secondary schools in Alanya and Manavgat district of Antalya in 2018-2019 academic year. The scale prepared for use in the study was determined as 34 items with 5 likert type by taking expert opinions. As a result of the factor analysis conducted after the application, Teacher Motivation Support Scale, consisting of 22 items, which was collected in four sub-dimensions, was developed. In order to ensure the validity of the scale, explanatory factor analysis (AFA) and confirmatory factor analysis were done. The value of alfa was found .893 as a result of the reliability calculation of the scale. Percentage- frequency, arithmetic mean, standart deviation, t test, Mann Whitney – U test and Kruskal Wallis were applied for statistical analysis of the research.According to the results of the research; the motivation efforts of music teachers showed a significant difference in favor of women in the sub-dimensions of lesson functioning and value. In the subscale of encouragement, a significant difference was found in favor of teachers working in private schools and teachers who have music classrooms. When the variables of seniority and class size were considered, no significant difference was found in any sub-dimension. When the items were considered in general, the motivation activities that music teachers could do on their own were high, while some motivation works that required financial and moral assistance remained relatively low.Keywords: Motivation, motivation in education, motivation in music education 69

Bu çalışmada komplike olmayanidrar yolu enfeksiyonu tanısı almış pediatrik ve yetişkin hastalardan izoleedilen E. coli izolatlarında antimikrobiyal direnç paternlerini vevirülans genlerinin prevalansını saptamayı hedefledik. Akut komplikeolmayan idrar yolu enfeksiyonu tanısı almış toplam 83 pediatrik ve yetişkinayaktan hastanın orta akım idrarından izole edilmiş kökenlerin, VITEK® 2(bioMerieux, Marcy l’Etoile, France) otomatize sistemi ileidentifikasyonları ve antimikrobiyal direnç paternleri belirlendi. Bakterilerindirenç durumları dışında virülans genlerinin (pap, aer, sfa, hly ve cnf-1)prevalansı araştırıldı. Antimikrobiyal duyarlılık testleri sonucunda; sıklıklaidrar yolu enfeksiyonları için ampirik tedavide kullanılan siprofloksasin,trimetoprim-sülfametoksazol, gentamisin, ampisilin ve sefolatinin saptanan E.coli izolatlaında araştırılan diğer ajanlardan daha az duyarlı olduğusaptandı. Her iki yaş grubunda da en yüksek oranda saptnan virülans genler pap ve aer olarakbulundu. Pediatrik yaş grubunda en az oranda saptanan genler; sfa ve hly ikenyetişkin yaş grubunda en az oranda saptanan gen hly olarak saptandı.Üropatojenik E. coli izolatlarında virülans faktörleri ileantimikrobiyal direnç paternleri arasında bir ikişki olduğunu gösteren yayınsayısı literatürde yok denecek kadar azdır. Antimikrobiyallere direnç ilevirülans faktörlerinin ilişkisinin değerlendirilebilmesi için daha büyükçalışma grupları gerekmektedir., We aimed to evaluate the antimicrobial resistance patternsand the prevalence of certain virulence genes in uropathogenic E.coli isolated from pediatric and adult patients with uncomplicated urinarytract infection.We examined nonduplicate 83 uropathogenic E. coli isolatedfrom mid-stream clean-catch urine samples of the pediatric and adultoutpatients with the diagnosis of acute uncomplicated urinary tract infection. VITEK® 2 automatedsystem (bioMerieux, Marcy l’Etoile, France) was used for identification anddetermination of antimicrobial resistance. We examined the isolates inrespect to their antimicrobial resistance patterns and the presence ofvirulence genes (pap, aer, sfa, hly and cnf-1). Antimicrobialsusceptibility testing results of the E. coli isolates revealed thatcommonly used empiric antimicrobials (ciprofloxacin,trimethoprim–sulfamethoxazole, gentamicin, ampicillin and cephalothin) forurinary tract infections were less effective than others. Most frequentlydetected virulence genes were pap and aer in both agegroups. Sfa and hly genes were the least frequentlydetected genes in the pediatric age group; hly gene was the also theleast common in the adult age group. There was no association with virulencefactors and antimicrobial resistance patterns of the uropathogenic E. coli isolatesin contrary to literature. More comprehensive studies with larger sample groupsare needed to demonstrate the relation between virulence factors withantimicrobial drugs in different age groups.

Reactive powder concrete (RPC) and Slurry Infiltrated Fiber Concrete (SIFCON) are steel fiber-reinforced cement composites which have superior mechanical properties such as compressive, tensile, shear and flexural strength with extraordinary toughness values. Manufacturing of a new composite material was intended by using superior performance of SIFCON in terms of flexural strength as well as superior performance of RPC in terms of compressive strength. For this reason, fresh SIFCON was filled into the bottom portion of mold by means of specially-designed molds and pre-setting pressure was applied by filling reactive powder concrete on it. For RPC and SIFCON in mold, pre-setting pressure was applied in six different pressures (0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15 MPa). Test results indicated that maximum flexure strength was obtained as 69.70 MPa under 15 MPa pre-setting pressure. According to control-without pressure, flexure strength was improved by 43.21% with 15 MPa pre-setting pressure. Also fracture toughness was increased about 32.03% with 12 MPa pre-setting pressure. Prefabricated structural elements can be produced with the composite material, which is built via SIFCON + RPC composite, without needing a steel reinforcement. (c) 2015 Elsevier Ltd.
