In order to improve the information and intelligent technology level of the national policy grain inventory, the portable grain inventory measurement equipment was developed by comprehensive application of modern technologies such as photoelectric detection, integrated circuit, software development, and mathematical modeling. On the basis of functional requirement analysis, the overall technical route of equipment research and development is formulated. The key problems and solutions such as high-precision measuring equipment and integrated control program, adaptive grain pile volume measurement scheme and algorithm and management software are focused. The application of equipment is briefly introduced. The equipment is advanced in technology, easy to carry, rich in functions and easy to operate. It provides a new measuring technology for the national grain clearance check.

This paper presents a new fractal seepage model to study the decrease in seepage capacity caused by fluid erosion and pressure changes in porous media. The normalized permeability obtained by our model is in good agreement with the experiments and models in literature and has high accuracy and usability. The results demonstrate that: (1) the larger the instability coefficient, the higher the particle stability, the better the permeability of the porous medium, the later the normalized permeability decreases, and the slower it goes down, and (2) the fractal dimension of the solid skeleton set mainly affects the porosity and permeability of porous media, independent of the stability of solid particles. (3) The fractal dimension of movable particles is one of the main factors affecting the normalized permeability, it does not affect the instability conditions solid-phase particles in the porous media. The proposed model makes full use of the microstructure parameters of porous media, further reveals the mechanism of fluid flow in porous media with particle shedding, and provides a sound theoretical basis for various practical applications in petroleum engineering and other industries. Rhododendron henanense subsp. lingbaoense (hereafter referred to as R. henanense) is an endemic species naturally distributed in the Henan province, China, with high horticultural, ornamental and medicinal value. Herein, we report a de novo genome assembly for R. henanense using a combination of PacBio long read and Illumina short read sequencing technologies. In total, we assembled 634.07 Mb with a contig N50 of 2.5 Mb, representing ~96.93% of the estimated genome size. By applying Hi‐C data, 13 pseudochromosomes of R. henanense genome were assembled, covering ~98.21% of the genome assembly. The genome was composed of ~65.76% repetitive sequences and 31,098 protein‐coding genes, 88.77% of which could be functionally annotated. Rhododendron henanense displayed a high level of synteny with other Rhododendron species from the Hymenanthes subgenus. Our data also suggests that R. henanense genes related to stress responses have undergone expansion, which may underly the unique abiotic and biotic stress resistance of the species. This alpine Rhododendron chromosome‐scale genome assembly provides fundamental molecular resources for germplasm conservation, breeding efforts, evolutionary studies, and elucidating the unique biological characteristics of R. henanense.
