Exploring the value and application of red education in college civic education is to inherit the red spirit better. Based on big data analysis technology, this paper constructs a wisdom Civic Education platform to analyze the value and application of red education integration in college Civic Education. Firstly, the density peak clustering algorithm is used to classify and analyze the data of college Civic Education, then the improved fruit fly optimization algorithm is used to filter and analyze the data of the density peak clustering algorithm, and finally, the TCFOA-DPC algorithm is used to mine and analyze the application of red education in college Civic Education. To verify the practicality of the wisdom Civic Education platform constructed in this paper, simulation experiments are conducted to analyze it. From the performance evaluation, the detection rate of red education resources by the platform of this paper can reach 98.27%, the false alarm rate is 2.43%, and the leakage rate is only 0.95%. In terms of application value, the platform of this paper taps into the incentive, attractiveness, inquiry, and identity in red education with percentages of 75.84%, 79.08%, 85.40%, and 81.96%, respectively. Thus, the intelligent Civic Education platform based on big data analysis technology can effectively analyze the application of red education in university Civic Education, which is conducive to increasing the transmission and development of the red spirit.

Non-Hermitian photonics and topological photonics, as new research fields in optics, have attracted much attention in recent years, accompanying by a great deal of new physical concepts and novel effects emerging. The two fields are gradually crossed during the development process and the non-Hermitian topological photonics was born. Non-Hermitian topological photonics not only constantly produces various novel physical effects, but also shows great potential in optical device applications. It becomes an important part of the modern physics and optics, penetrating into different research fields. On one hand, photonics system can introduce artificially-constructed gain and loss to study non-Hermitian physics. Photonics platform is an important methods and ways to verify novel physical phenomena and promote the development of non-Hermitian physics. On the other hand, the non-Hermitian topological photonics provides a new dimension for manipulating topological states. Active and dissipate materials are common in photonic systems; therefore, by using light pump and dissipation of photonic systems, it is expected to promote further development of topological photonics in device applications. In this review article, we focus on the recent advances and applications on non-Hermitian topological photonics, including the non-Hermitian topological phase transition and skin effect, as well as the applications emerging prosperously in reconfigurable, nonlinear and quantum optical systems. The possible future research directions of non-Hermitian topological photonics are also discussed at the end. Non-Hermitian topological photonics can have great potential in technological revolution and have the capacity of leading the development of both physics and technology industry.

Objective To evaluate the vertical distance between the maxillary first molars (MFMs) and the maxillary sinus floor (MSF) and its interrelationship with sex, age, and vertical facial pattern in skeletal ClassⅡ patients to provide a reference for clinical orthodontic treatment. Methods Sixty teenagers and sixty adults with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion who met the inclusion criteria were selected to evaluate the vertical relationship between the MFMs and the MSF on cone-beam CT (CBCT) images. The vertical distance between the roots of the MFMs and the MSF was measured. Statistical analysis was used to assess differences between patients by sex, age, and vertical facial pattern. Results The contact percent of the roots of MFMs and MSF was 85% and 56% in skeletal Class Ⅱ teenagers and adults, respectively. The contact percent and penetration percent of the roots with MSF were higher in teenagers than in adults（P0.05); No significant difference was found between different sexes of skeletal Class Ⅱ patients when comparing the distance of the MFMs and the MSF (P>0.05). The MFMs of skeletal Class Ⅱ teenagers were closer to the MSF than those of adults (P0.05). In the teenager group, the MFMs were more closely related to the MSF in the NA and HA groups than in the LA group. Among them, the difference between the mesiobuccal roots and distalbuccal roots was significantly different (P0.05). Conclusion The MFMs were closer to the MSF in skeletal Class Ⅱ teenagers than in adults. The distance between the MFMs and MSF was associated with the vertical facial pattern in skeletal Class Ⅱ teenagers, while it was not associated with the vertical facial pattern in adult patients.

Objective To compare the effectiveness of water of different quality in the cleaning of reusable medical instruments. Methods Totally 360 pieces of reusable medical instruments were included as the research objects. According to different stratified sampling of contaminated instruments, this study conducted tap water treatment (group A, n=100), soft water treatment (group B, n=153) and pure water treatment (group C, n=107). The cleaning effect was detected by visual inspection(magnifier with a light source)and ATP bioluminescence device. Results According to the outcomes of assessment by visual inspection(including magnifier with a light source), there was no significant difference in cleaning effect between three groups (P＞0. 05). According to the outcomes of assessment by ATP bioluminescence, higher quality of cleaning was observed in those instruments with low level of contamination after pre-treatment(P＜0. 01); The cleaning effect of instrument treated with pure water was better than that of devices treated with soft water and tap water in the process of washing and rinsing(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The pre-treatment has an impact on the cleaning quality of reusable medical instruments, which means that better pre-treatment condition is associated with higher cleaning quality . The cleaning quality of medical instruments treated with pure water in whole process is better than that of medical instrument treated by washing and rinsing with tap water and soft water. (目的 探讨采用不同清洗水对复用医疗器械清洗质量的影响。方法 选取360组复用医疗器械, 根据器械污染程度的不同进行分层便利抽样, 分别采用自来水清洗处理(n=100)、软水清洗处理(n=153)、纯水清洗处理(n=107), 通过目测法(包含带光源放大镜观察法)和检测ATP值测定清洗效果。结果 经目测法和带光源放大镜检测, 三组清洗质量合格率差异无统计学意义(P＞0. 05)。根据ATP测定结果, 轻度污染器械的清洗效果优于中度污染和重度污染器械, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01); 纯水组清洗合格率高于自来水组和软水组清洗合格率, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 使用科室对器械预处理质量影响消毒供应器械清洗质量, 预处理越好的器械清洗效果越好; 采用纯水进行冲洗、洗涤、漂洗的普通器械, 其清洗质量优于自来水和软水清洗的器械。)

According to the structural evolution behaviors of undisturbed loess with different initial water contents, and based on the theory of critical-state soil mechanics, a critical-state constitutive model is proposed to describe the structural evolution and softening characteristics of undisturbed loess. The model involves stress, initial water content and strain as basic variables. By comparing the isotropic compression curves of remolded and undisturbed loess with different initial water content, the structural parameters and evolution equations of undisturbed loess with different initial water contents have been established. The model adopts the uncorrelated flow rule for plastic strain solver in terms of dilatancy equation. Nine parameters are introduced in the model, which can be calibrated from compression test and conventional triaxial shear test. Compared against the existing experimental data, it is found that this model can not only describe the influence of initial water content on the strength, deformation characteristics and failure mechanism of undisturbed loess structure, but also reasonably predict the hardening and softening characteristics of undisturbed loess. The critical state model of structural loess established in this paper provides a solution for further study of mechanical properties of loess and a theoretical basis for adequate calculation of the collapsibility and deformation of loess foundation.

Realizing the value of ecological products is the key point to realize the integration of the dual goals of ecological civilization construction and economic development in China, and is a powerful grip for promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and implementing high-quality development tactics. In the value realization mechanism of ecological products, it is most critical to coordinate the relationship among farmers, ecological product developers and the government. Based on the systematic analysis of the game relationship among three subjects, this study constructs a game model and uses evolutionary game and numerical simulation methods to analyze the model, obtains the conditions of pure strategy selection of three subjects and the evolutionary law of mixed strategy probability combinations. This study confirms the crowding-out effect and the effectiveness of combining incentive policies such as government subsidies, fines, and required loss compensation, providing a decision reference for building an eco-product value realization system from the perspective of organizational relationship governance and policy mechanism construction.

BACKGROUND The orchard soil environment is closely related to kiwifruit yield, quality and its edible safety. Research shows that the nutrient insufficiency and uneven distribution in kiwifruit orchard soil is a common problem in China, and in some areas, the content of heavy metals in soil has been found to exceed the environmental quality standard for soils. In recent years, the planting area of Kiwifruit in Zhejiang Province has been expanded year by year, being one of the important kiwifruit producing areas in China. OBJECTIVES To study the present situation of soil environmental quality in kiwifruit orchards in Jiangshan City, Zhejiang Province. METHODS Two typical kiwifruit orchards were selected to collect samples of soil, rock and fruit, and the content of heavy metals, nutrients and physical and chemical parameters of soil and rock samples were determined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS) and inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES). The environmental quality and ecological risk assessment of orchard soil were carried out with the main research contents of nutrient abundance and deficiency in orchard soil, influence factors, heavy metal content and fruit edible safety. RESULTS The results showed that the content of Ag, Bi, Co, Cr, Ni, Sb, Se, V and SiO2 in the soil of the two orchards were lower than those of Quzhou City and Zhejiang Province, while Pb and Al2O3 contents were higher than those of Quzhou City and Zhejiang Province. The characteristics of soil element content were obviously controlled by the natural geological background. Soil pH value ranged from 4.61 to 6.30. According to the classification standard in DZ/T 0295-2016, the soils in the studied area belonged to strong acidic and acidic soils. Nutrient elements K, Ge, Mo and Zn were abundant, but N, P, Mn and S were deficient. The maximum value of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn in the soil samples were 21.84, 0.22, 23.53, 20.47, 0.06, 8.82, 53.84 and 133mg/kg, respectively, which were far lower than the screening value of soil pollution risk for agricultural land (standard limit were 40, 0.3, 150, 150, 1.3, 60, 70, 200mg/kg when pH ≤ 5.5). The risk of soil pollution was low. The contents of heavy metals in kiwifruit fruit were lower than the limits of green food and food hygiene standards. For example, the highest content of As was 0.009mg/kg, the limit were 0.2mg/kg and 0.5mg/kg, respectively. CONCLUSIONS On the whole, the soils in the study area have the characteristics of strong acidity, uneven distribution of nutrients and low content of heavy metals. It is necessary to take scientific measures to supple and balance soil nutrients and prevent the risk of heavy metals activation caused by soil acidification.

Preclinical imaging is a critical component in translational research with significant complexities in workflow and site differences in deployment. Importantly, the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) precision medicine initiative emphasizes the use of translational co-clinical oncology models to address the biological and molecular bases of cancer prevention and treatment. The use of oncology models, such as patient-derived tumor xenografts (PDX) and genetically engineered mouse models (GEMMs), has ushered in an era of co-clinical trials by which preclinical studies can inform clinical trials and protocols, thus bridging the translational divide in cancer research. Similarly, preclinical imaging fills a translational gap as an enabling technology for translational imaging research. Unlike clinical imaging, where equipment manufacturers strive to meet standards in practice at clinical sites, standards are neither fully developed nor implemented in preclinical imaging. This fundamentally limits the collection and reporting of metadata to qualify preclinical imaging studies, thereby hindering open science and impacting the reproducibility of co-clinical imaging research. To begin to address these issues, the NCI co-clinical imaging research program (CIRP) conducted a survey to identify metadata requirements for reproducible quantitative co-clinical imaging. The enclosed consensus-based report summarizes co-clinical imaging metadata information (CIMI) to support quantitative co-clinical imaging research with broad implications for capturing co-clinical data, enabling interoperability and data sharing, as well as potentially leading to updates to the preclinical Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine (DICOM) standard.

The availability of high-fidelity animal models for oncology research has grown enormously in recent years, enabling preclinical studies relevant to prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cancer to be undertaken. This has led to increased opportunities to conduct co-clinical trials, which are studies on patients that are carried out parallel to or sequentially with animal models of cancer that mirror the biology of the patients' tumors. Patient-derived xenografts (PDX) and genetically engineered mouse models (GEMM) are considered to be the models that best represent human disease and have high translational value. Notably, one element of co-clinical trials that still needs significant optimization is quantitative imaging. The National Cancer Institute has organized a Co-Clinical Imaging Resource Program (CIRP) network to establish best practices for co-clinical imaging and to optimize translational quantitative imaging methodologies. This overview describes the ten co-clinical trials of investigators from eleven institutions who are currently supported by the CIRP initiative and are members of the Animal Models and Co-clinical Trials (AMCT) Working Group. Each team describes their corresponding clinical trial, type of cancer targeted, rationale for choice of animal models, therapy, and imaging modalities. The strengths and weaknesses of the co-clinical trial design and the challenges encountered are considered. The rich research resources generated by the members of the AMCT Working Group will benefit the broad research community and improve the quality and translational impact of imaging in co-clinical trials.
