Abstract

Antibacterial sonothermal therapy (ASTT) is attractive for treating implant‐associated infection, which addresses the limitations of poor penetration of photothermal therapy. However, achieving implant surface‐specific ultrasound heating is incredibly challenging. Inspired by the porous acoustic metastructure in noise reduction, the acoustic metastructure would be a new strategy for attaining ASTT. Herein, an "acoustic confinement effect" is proposed to "trap" ultrasound for the metastructure TiO2 porous coating on titanium implants. The metastructure coating accomplishes specific acoustic absorption and efficient acoustic‐to‐thermal conversion, surpassing the non‐specific heating of conventional coatings. The theoretical calculation and experiment of metastructure porous coating prove the acoustic‐to‐thermal conversion mechanism, which is also validated in metastructure porous coatings on medical polyetheretherketone, indicating it is universal. Excitingly, this acoustic metastructure "trap" can capture bacteria and local sonothermal enhancement, exhibiting superior ASTT antibacterial rates (S. aureus, 99.69%; E. coil, 99.58%) at low‐power ultrasound. In addition, the metastructure TiO2 coating mimics human bone and demonstrates outstanding osseointegration. Abstract

In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for current information security awareness system to accurately detect massive data security in time, the information security situation awareness system is optimized based on the background of big data network environment and artificial intelligence technology. According to the operation process and framework of the information security situation awareness system, the hardware configuration of the system is optimized and the synchronous operation mechanism of artificial intelligence multi-data security awareness is standardized. At the same time, the information security situation inference algorithm is improved based on the data support vector algorithm. By extracting the universal security features of the data source and setting the information security situation awareness standard parameters according to the extracted results, the system software structure is designed in combination with the information security situation awareness standard parameters, and the steps of comparison and repair based on the security feature parameters are added to the information security situation awareness process. Finally, the optimal design of the information security situation awareness system was completed. Experiments show that the information security situation awareness system based on big data and artificial intelligence technology has significantly improved the operation efficiency and accuracy compared with the traditional system, and can effectively fulfill the security detection requirements for massive data.

46. Ternary Search Trie based Algorithms for Recognizing the Names of Power Devices

Abstract

With the development of the smart grid technology and the advent of the big data, it is highly desired to develop efficient computational methods for mining the values behind of huge volumes of data on the grid. However non-unified naming of the electronic devices from the de-centralized and heterogeneous power systems makes the procedure a hard problem. In the present work, we proposed a Ternary Search Trie based algorithm for recognizing the devices from the huge volumes of transaction data in the power grid. On the base of well-defined professional vocabulary of electronic devices, the algorithm scans and segments records having names of devices using the Ternary Search Trie method. An integrative scoring schema combing semantic and word order similarity is designed to evaluate the segments against the target device names. Experimental results indicate that the proposed method achieves only 3.13% error in parsing stage, and higher recognition rate. Moreover, the algorithm lists top-n matches for professional judgments to make the work more useful and rigorous.
