Point cloud generation and representation is important in industry areas. Generating and editing high quality 3D shapes is challenging work in deep learning. Inspired by StyleGAN, a style based generative adversarial networks is proposed to generate high quality 3D point cloud. An improved non-linear mapping network learn distribution of points and is used to generate well distributed point cloud point cloud. We also provide a coarse to fine representation for point cloud. According to the experimental results on the ShapeNet Part data set(including aircraft, chair single category and overall 16 categories), our method can generate more uniform point cloud than other GAN methods with less training epoches. The latent code for point cloud has better linear separation,and is more easy to edit.

In order to improve the penetration ability of missile and attack the target effectively, the guidance law realizing the control of both impact time and impact angle is studied. Based on a data-driven method, the guidance process is divided into the first stage of impact time control and the second stage of impact angle control. The driving data is generated according to the guidance law of impact angle control, and the mapping network of time to go is established by using artificial neural network technology to obtain the error of impact time in the impact time control stage. Based on the proportional guidance method, the impact time control guidance law is designed with the error of impact time, so that the missile can control the impact time and the impact angle simultaneously. The simulation results show that the proposed guidance law can effectively control the impact time and impact angle under different conditions. Compared with existing literature, the maximum overload is reduced by about 43%, and the total control energy required is reduced by about 46%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Fractional programming (FP) refers to a family of optimization problems whose objective function is a ratio of two functions. FP has been studied extensively in economics, management science, information theory, optic and graph theory, communication, and computer science, etc. This paper presents a bibliometric review of the FP-related publications over the past five decades in order to track research outputs and scholarly trends in the field. The reviews are conducted through the Science Citation Index Expanded (SCI-EXPANDED) database of the Web of Science Core Collection (Clarivate Analytics). Based on the bibliometric analysis of 1811 documents, various theme-related research indicators were described, such as the most prominent authors, the most commonly cited papers, journals, institutions, and countries. The simulation signals generated by the bearing dynamics model have a big gap with the actual signals, which limits their efficacy in bearing fault diagnosis. Therefore, it is valuable to build an accurate digital twin model of faulty rolling bearing. Firstly, a multi-degree-of-freedom bearing fault dynamics model is constructed in the virtual space for generating the vibration responses of bearing parts. Then considering that the frequency spectrum contains more characteristic information than the time-domain signal, a frequency-domain bi-directional long short-term memory (Bi-LSTM) cycle generative adversarial network (CycleGAN) named FBC-GAN is proposed to construct the frequency-domain coupling mapping relationship between the multipart vibration responses and the measured signals. In the proposed network, Bi-LSTM is used for enhancing the feature extraction ability. Meantime, a new spectrum-constraint loss is proposed to ensure the frequency-domain mapping. Next, the simulated fault bearing signals close to the actual signals are generated by FBC-GAN and Fourier transform. Finally, the results of two experiments show the superiority of the proposed method over other advanced data augmentation methods in bearing fault diagnosis with the imbalanced samples. Representation of brain network interactions is fundamental to the translation of neural structure to brain function. As such, methodologies for mapping neural interactions into structural models, i.e., inference of functional connectome from neural recordings, are key for the study of brain networks. While multiple approaches have been proposed for functional connectomics based on statistical associations between neural activity, association does not necessarily incorporate causation. Additional approaches have been proposed to incorporate aspects of causality to turn functional connectomes into causal functional connectomes, however, these methodologies typically focus on specific aspects of causality. This warrants a systematic statistical framework for causal functional connectomics that defines the foundations of common aspects of causality. Such a framework can assist in contrasting existing approaches and to guide development of further causal methodologies. In this work, we develop such a statistical guide. In particular, we consolidate the notions of associations and representations of neural interaction, i.e., types of neural connectomics, and then describe causal modeling in the statistics literature. We particularly focus on the introduction of directed Markov graphical models as a framework through which we define the Directed Markov Property—an essential criterion for examining the causality of proposed functional connectomes. We demonstrate how based on these notions, a comparative study of several existing approaches for finding causal functional connectivity from neural activity can be conducted. Digital shadow puppet has traditionally relied on expensive motion capture equipments and complex design. In this paper, a low-cost driven technique is presented, that captures human pose estimation data with simple camera from real scenarios, and use them to drive virtual Chinese shadow play in a 2.5D scene. We propose a special method for extracting human pose data for driving virtual Chinese shadow play, which is called 2.5D human pose estimation. Firstly, we use the 3D human pose estimation method to obtain the initial data. In the process of the following transformation, we treat the depth feature as an implicit feature, and map body joints to the range of constraints. We call the obtain pose data as 2.5D pose data. However, the 2.5D pose data can not better control the shadow puppet directly, due to the difference in motion pattern and composition structure between real pose and shadow puppet. To this end, the 2.5D pose data transformation is carried out in the implicit pose mapping space based on self-network and the final 2.5D pose expression data is produced for animating shadow puppets.
