In this work we have developed a nanoscale composite protective preparation for car paint and varnish coatings. We developed methods to obtain SiO2-TiO2, TiO2-ZrO2, SiO2-ZrO2 and SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 nanocomposites, which are crystallization centers for the formation of a nanoscale composite protective coating with certain morphology and roughness. The phase composition of the samples and stability in alkaline media were studied. It is shown that SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 nanocomposites with a content of titanium dioxide from 8%–9.5% and zirconium dioxide from 0.5%–2% exhibit complete insolubility in a highly alkaline medium, allow to form uniform structure on paint and varnish coatings, and protect the car surface from exposure to ultraviolet radiation. We determined the optimal composition of the preparation components for the formation of a nanoscale composite protective coating with hydrophobic properties and a wetting contact angle of more than 120 degrees: tetraethoxysilane ≤ 10 vol.%., titanium tetraisopropylate ≥ 2 vol.% and plant resin ≥ 8 vol.% Practical approval of the developed preparation on BMW X6 showed a pronounced hydrophobic effect. Evaluation of the stability of the nanoscale composite protective coating to the washing process showed that the developed preparation is able to maintain its hydrophobic properties for more than 150 washing cycles.

Сложность анализа лакокрасочных покрытий (ЛКП) как совокупности физи-ческих объектов объясняется тем, что это многослойные субстанции, способные образовывать устойчивые связи с предметами (деталями), на которые они нанесены. Кроме того, постоянное развитие технологий их производства, нане-сения и восстановления создает необходимость совершенствовать методы ис-следования. Экспертиза маркировочных обозначений на деталях и узлах транспортного средства может считаться полноценной и информативной в случае, когда была исследована связанная с ними физически и технологически часть ЛКП, что тре-бует проведения комплексной материаловедческой экспертизы. В составе ком-плексного криминалистического исследования вещественных доказательств экспертиза ЛКП может дополнять выводы автотехнической и трасологической экспертиз. Для приобщения образцов краски к массиву вещественных доказа-тельств важно использовать возможность отбора дополнительной пробы сле-дов ЛКП с идентификационной таблички на кузове ТС, что позволит доказа-тельно установить связь между образцами с исследуемой детали и транспорт-ным средством по его идентификационным признакам. Объективными данными о состоянии и составе ЛКП можно считать результаты исследования, получен-ные инструментальными методами. По этим признакам при грамотном отборе проб можно идентифицировать марку и год выпуска транспортного средства, дифференцировать конкретный кузов, The complexity of the analysis of LCP as a set of physical objects is explained by the fact that these are multilayer substances capable of forming stable connections with objects (details) on which they are applied. In addition, the constant development of technologies for their production, application and recovery creates the need to im-prove research methods. Examination of marking designations on details and knots of the vehicle can be considered full-fledged and informative in a case when the part of LCP connected with them physically and technologically was investigated that points to need of carry-ing out complex material science examination. As part of a comprehensive forensic study of physical evidence, the examination of the LCP can complement the conclu-sions of the autotechnical and tracological examinations. To attach paint samples to the array of physical evidence, it is important to use the possibility of taking an ad-ditional sample of traces of LCP from the identification plate on the body of the vehi-cle, which will allow evidence to establish a connection between the samples from the studied part and the vehicle by its identification characteristics. Objective data on the state and composition of LCP can be considered the results of the study ob-tained by instrumental methods. У зв’язку із збільшенням вартості та дефіцитом натуральної деревини у сучасній меблевій промисловості найбільшого розповсюдження набули меблі з деревостружкових плит та їх аналогів. Швидкий ріст застосування ДСП обумовлений низькою ціною їх виготовлення, гарними естетичними властивостями та високими показниками якості. Відзначено, що формальдегідні смоли при незначній концентрації у повітрі не оказують наявний вплив на здоров’я людини, але їх поступове накопичення в організмі може привести до роздратування дихальних шляхів, носу та очей, виникнення алергічних реакцій, прогресування астми. У роботі надано результати дослідження традиційних зразків ДСП за показниками зазначеними у ГОСТ 10632-2014 та встановлено їх відповідність нормам. При аналізі технології виготовлення ДСП встановлено, що при виготовленні плит до складу зв’язуючих речовинин додають формальдегідні смоли, що призводить до необхідності контролю при використанні деревостружкових плит в приміщеннях з опалювальними приладами. У статті запропоновано спосіб обробки поверхні ДСП шляхом введення термохромних пігментів, які мають властивість змінювати колір при нагріванні, що дає можливість ідентифікації моменту підвищення небезпечних виділень формальдегіду в оточуюче середовище. Термохромний пігмент обирали вихорячи з властивостей давати прозору плівку після нанесення на предмет та температурного діапазону, за якого відбувається проява кольору пігменту. За результатами дослідження встановлено вид термохромного пігменту, який визначається температурним діапазоном зміни кольору, оптимальну концентрацію та технологічну стадію його введення. Досліджено, що зразки ДСП після нанесення покриття мають органолептичні показники (колір та структура повехні ) індентичні контрольному зразку. Застосування нового способу покриття у технології ДСП забезпечить споживачів можливістю своєчасно відреагувати на наявність небезпеки від відселення парів формальдегіду. Розробка сприятиме підвищенню екологічності при експлуатації виробів із ДСП. It is noted that formaldehyde resins at low concentrations in the air do not have an effect on human health, but their gradual accumulation in the body can lead to irritation of the respiratory tract, nose and eyes, the emergence of allergic reactions, the progression of asthma. The paper presents the results of the research of traditional samples of chipboard with the indicators specified in GOST 10632-2014 and their compliance with norms. In the analysis of the technology of manufacturing chipboard it is found that in the manufacture of plates in the binder substances are added formaldehyde resins, which leads to the need for control when using particle board in rooms with heating appliances. The article proposes a method for processing the surface of the chipboard by introducing thermochromic pigments, which have the property to change the color when heated, which makes it possible to identify the moment of increasing the release of formaldehyde in the environment. The thermochromic pigment was chosen by vortices from the properties of giving a transparent film after applying to the subject and temperature range, in which the appearance of the color of the pigment occurs. According to the results of the study, the type of thermochromic pigment was determined, which is determined by the temperature range of color change, optimal concentration and technological stage of its introduction. It was investigated that the samples of the chipboard after the coating have organol eptic characteristics (color and structure of the surface) are identical to the control sample. The application of a new coating technology in the chipboard technology will provide consumers with an opportunity to respond in a timely manner to the danger of resetting formaldehyde vapors. The development will contribute to increasing the environmental friendliness of the use of wood chipboard products.
