The problem of intrusion detection has new solutions, thanks to the widespread use of machine learning in the field of network security, but it still has a few issues at this time. Traditional machine learning techniques to intrusion detection rely on expert experience to choose features, and deep learning approaches have a low detection efficiency. In this paper, an intrusion detection model based on feature selection and improved one-dimensional convolutional neural network was proposed. This model first used the extreme gradient boosting decision tree (XGboost) algorithm to sort the preprocessed data, and then it used comparison to weed out 55 features with a higher contribution. Then, the extracted features were fed into the improved one-dimensional convolutional neural network (I1DCNN), and this network training was used to complete the final classification task. The feature selection and improved one-dimensional convolutional neural network (FS-I1DCNN) intrusion detection model not only solved the traditional machine learning method of relying on expert experience to extract features but also improved the detection efficiency of the model, reduced the training time while reducing the dimension, and increased the overall accuracy. In comparison to the I1DCNN model without feature extraction and the conventional one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1DCNN) model, the experimental results demonstrate that the FS-I1DCNN model's overall accuracy increases by 0.67% and 2.94%, respectively. Food quality detection is an important method for ensuring food safety. Efficient quality detection methods can improve the efficiency of food circulation and reduce storage and labor costs. Traditional methods use instrumentation, testing reagents, or manual labor. These methods take a long time to detect, are time-consuming and labor-intensive, and require professionals to operate. Fruit, as a high-value food that provides essential nutrition for human beings, is susceptible to spoilage during packaging, transportation, and sales, so the freshness and safety assurance of fruit are a hot and difficult area of current research. Therefore, for the detection of fruit freshness, this paper proposes an efficient and nondestructive way to detect fruit freshness by using the machine learning algorithm convolutional neural network (CNN). In digital media art, expressive force is an important art form of media. This paper studies digital images that have the same effect when applied to media art. The research object is media art images, and the application effect of the proposed algorithm is related to the media art images. The development of digital image technology has brought revolutionary changes to traditional media art expression techniques. In this paper, a partial-pixel interpolation technique based on convolutional neural network is proposed. Supervised training of convolutional neural networks requires predetermining the input and target output of the network, namely, integer image and fractional image in this paper. To solve the problem that the subpixel sample cannot be obtained, this paper first analyzes the imaging principle of digital image and proposes a subpixel sample generation algorithm based on Gaussian low-pass filter and polyphase sampling. From the perspective of rate distortion optimization, the purpose of pixel motion compensation is to improve the accuracy of interframe prediction. Therefore, this paper defines pixel motion compensation as an interframe regression problem, that is, the mapping process of the reference image integral pixel sample to the current image sample to be encoded. In this paper, a generalized partial-pixel interpolation model is proposed for bidirectional prediction. The partial-pixel interpolation of bidirectional prediction is regarded as a binary regression model; that is, the integral pixel reference block in two directions is mapped to the current block to be coded. In the field of mechanical and electrical equipment, the motor rolling bearing is a workpiece that is extremely prone to damage and failure. However, the traditional fault diagnosis methods cannot keep up with the development pace of the times because they need complex manual pretreatment or the support of specific expert experience and knowledge. As a rising star, the data-driven fault diagnosis methods are increasingly favored by scholars and experts at home and abroad. The convolutional neural network has been widely used because of its powerful feature extraction ability for all kinds of complex information and its outstanding research results in image processing, target tracking, target diagnosis, time-frequency analysis, and other scenes. Therefore, this paper introduces a convolutional neural network and applies it to motor-bearing fault diagnosis. Aiming at the shortcomings of fault signal and convolutional neural network, a large-scale maximum pooling strategy is proposed and optimized by wavelet transform to improve the fault diagnosis efficiency of motor bearing under high-voltage operation. Compared with other machine learning algorithms, the convolution neural network fault diagnosis model constructed in this paper not only has high accuracy (up to 0.9871) and low error (only 0.032) but also is simple to use. Diabetes mellitus is a common chronic noncommunicable disease, the main manifestation of which is the long-term high blood sugar level in patients due to metabolic disorders. However, due to excessive reliance on the clinical experience of ophthalmologists, our diagnosis takes a long time, and it is prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. In recent years, with the development of deep learning, its application in the auxiliary diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy has become possible. How to use the powerful feature extraction ability of deep learning algorithm to realize the mining of massive medical data is of great significance. Therefore, under the action of computer-aided technology, this paper processes and analyzes the retinal images of the fundus through traditional image processing and convolutional neural network-related methods, so as to achieve the role of assisting clinical treatment. Based on the admission records of diabetic patients after data analysis and feature processing, this paper uses an improved convolutional neural network algorithm to establish a model for predicting changes in diabetic conditions. The model can assist doctors to judge the patient's treatment effect by using it based on the case records of inpatient diagnosis and treatment and to predict the risk of readmission of inpatients after discharge. It also can help to judge the effectiveness of the treatment plan. Because MSE and MAE reflect the prediction error score, the lower the value, the better the recommendation accuracy. The MSE value of the machine learning algorithm is 2.456, the MSE value of the data mining algorithm is 2.324, and the MSE value of the convolution neural network algorithm is 2.102, when the number reaches 80. It can be concluded that the convolution neural network algorithm proposed in this paper has the lowest MSE and MAE values of the three methods, implying that the convolution neural network algorithm is the best of the three. In sports, the essence of a complete technical action is a complete information structure pattern and the athlete's judgment of the action is actually the identification of the movement information structure pattern. Action recognition refers to the ability of the human brain to distinguish a perceived action from other actions and obtain predictive response information when it identifies and confirms it according to the constantly changing motion information on the field. Action recognition mainly includes two aspects: one is to obtain the required action information based on visual observation and the other is to judge the action based on the obtained action information, but the neuropsychological mechanism of this process is still unknown. In this paper, a new key frame extraction method based on the clustering algorithm and multifeature fusion is proposed for sports videos with complex content, many scenes, and rich actions. First, a variety of features are fused, and then, similarity measurement can be used to describe videos with complex content more completely and comprehensively; second, a clustering algorithm is used to cluster sports video sequences according to scenes, eliminating the need for shots in the case of many scenes. It is difficult and complicated to detect segmentation; third, extracting key frames according to the minimum motion standard can more accurately represent the video content with rich actions. At the same time, the clustering algorithm used in this paper is improved to enhance the offline computing efficiency of the key frame extraction system. Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the classical convolutional neural network and recurrent neural network algorithms in deep learning, this paper proposes an improved convolutional network and optimization based on the recognition and analysis of human actions under complex scenes, complex actions, and fast motion compared to post-neural network and hybrid neural network algorithm. Object tracking is a hot issue in vision technology research; it is used in scenarios like intelligent monitoring, autonomous driving, and robot visual perception. With the rapid development of sports, tracking of targets in complex sports scenes represented by basketball and football has gradually attracted attention. The target tracking algorithm based on machine learning (ML) has been gradually proposed. With the powerful feature extraction for convolutional neural network (CNN), it greatly improves accuracy and has better robustness in the face of complex sports scenes. However, the tracking algorithm based on deep learning has many network layers and parameters, which makes training and update speed of model slower. In this regard, taking basketball as an example, this paper designs a low-parameter deep learning-based complex sports target tracking algorithm, which greatly reduces the size of the model while ensuring the tracking accuracy. Aiming at the problem of large number of parameters and large model of deep learning tracking algorithm, this work proposes a network structure model with asymmetric convolution module. The asymmetric convolution module includes two convolutional layers, the compression layer and the asymmetric layer. To improve accuracy, this work designs a new triplet loss. Compared with original logistic loss, triplet loss function can fully utilize the latent relationship between the inputs, so that the network model can obtain higher tracking accuracy. Finally, this paper proposes a low-parameter deep learning-based target tracking algorithm combining asymmetric convolution and triple loss function. Deep learning technology has recently played an important role in image, language processing, and feature extraction. In the past disease diagnosis, most medical staff fixed the images together for observation and then combined with their own work experience to judge. The diagnosis results are subjective, time-consuming, and inefficient. In order to improve the efficiency of diagnosis, this paper applies the deep learning algorithm to the online diagnosis and classification of CT images. Based on this, in this paper, the deep learning algorithm is applied to CT image online diagnosis and classification. Based on a brief analysis of the current situation of CT image classification, this paper proposes to use the Internet of things technology to collect CT image information and establishes the Internet of things to collect the CT image model. In view of image classification and diagnosis, the convolution neural network algorithm in the deep learning algorithm is proposed to diagnose and classify CT images, and several factors affecting the accuracy of classification are proposed, including the convolution number and network layer number. Using the CT image of the hospital brain for simulation analysis, the simulation results confirm the effectiveness of the deep learning algorithm. With the increase of convolution and network layer and the decrease of compensation, the accuracy of image classification will decline. Using the maximum pool method, reducing the step size can improve the classification effect. Using relu function as the activation function can improve the classification accuracy. In the process of large data set processing, appropriately adding a network layer can improve classification accuracy. In the diagnosis and analysis of brain CT images, the overall classification accuracy is close to 70%, and in the diagnosis of tumor diseases, the accuracy is higher, up to 80%. With the popularization of higher education, China's higher education has moved from the stage of elite education to the stage of universal education, and the number of graduates is also increasing. At present, college students are facing tremendous pressure on employment. One is the huge number of jobs, the other is the difference in professional needs, and the third is the spread of job information, which makes it difficult for college students to find a job that suits them. In order to solve this dilemma, this paper analyzes the related technologies and in-depth basic theories of data mining. After introducing several traditional recommendation algorithms, the traditional convolutional network method is improved from three aspects: activation function, pooling strategy, and loss function. Finally, using the hybrid convolutional neural network, a career recommendation model for college students based on deep learning and machine learning is proposed, and simulation experiments are carried out on it. The main research work is as follows: (1) a hybrid convolutional neural network is proposed, which uses convolution operation to learn high-level features to achieve personalized employment recommendation; (2) the training optimization strategy of the hybrid convolutional neural network is studied, aiming at the activation function, pooling processing, and loss function, and the feasibility of the optimization method is verified through simulation experiments; (3) finally, according to the evaluation index of the recommendation algorithm (recall rate and F1-Score), the recall rate of the algorithm in this paper is nearly 15% higher than that of the DNN model. The experiment is compared with the traditional commonly used recommendation algorithm, and the comparative analysis of the experimental results proves the effectiveness of the algorithm for the employment recommendation of college students. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. Furtherly, it is compared with the main irony recognition methods on a social comment dataset containing Chinese ironic comments, and the experimental results show that DC-BiGRU-CNN can improve the accuracy of irony recognition. Accurate selection of embryos with the maximum implementation condition is a necessary step to increase the effectiveness of fertility treatment in in vitro fertilization (IVF). The deep learning algorithms presented high potential for monitoring and visualizing embryo features such as cell numbers and their morphological development in time series manner. Due to the ability of the computer vision and deep learning algorithms, this paper aimed to present a novel deep learning approach to distinguish simultaneous abnormality of embryos in time-lapse systems for detecting live and non-live births in IVF. The approach is composed of local binary convolutional neural network (LBCNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM). The LBCNN improved accuracy of classification by employing deep and local feature sets with lower number of learnable parameters in comparison with a standard convolutional layer. Moreover, LSTM network is employed to analyze temporal information of time-lapse embryos. The results indicate that the proposed approach achieves significant results in ROC analysis (0.98) in 5 days of monitoring compared to state-of-the-art models. In addition, the approach showed compatible results in early diagnosis of abnormality detection (72 hours) with 82.8% accuracy of classification compared to the pretrained well-known convolutional neural network (CNN) models and baseline CNN. Traditional text annotation-based video retrieval is done by manually labeling videos with text, which is inefficient and highly subjective and generally cannot accurately describe the meaning of videos. Traditional content-based video retrieval uses convolutional neural networks to extract the underlying feature information of images to build indexes and achieves similarity retrieval of video feature vectors according to certain similarity measure algorithms. In this paper, by studying the characteristics of sports videos, we propose the histogram difference method based on using transfer learning and the four-step method based on block matching for mutation detection and fading detection of video shots, respectively. By adaptive thresholding, regions with large frame difference changes are marked as candidate regions for shots, and then the shot boundaries are determined by mutation detection algorithm. Combined with the characteristics of sports video, this paper proposes a key frame extraction method based on clustering and optical flow analysis, and experimental comparison with the traditional clustering method. In addition, this paper proposes a key frame extraction algorithm based on clustering and optical flow analysis for key frame extraction of sports video. The algorithm effectively removes the redundant frames, and the extracted key frames are more representative. Through extensive experiments, the keyword fuzzy finding algorithm based on improved deep neural network and ontology semantic expansion proposed in this paper shows a more desirable retrieval performance, and it is feasible to use this method for video underlying feature extraction, annotation, and keyword finding, and one of the outstanding features of the algorithm is that it can quickly and effectively retrieve the desired video in a large number of Internet video resources, reducing the false detection rate and leakage rate while improving the fidelity, which basically meets people's daily needs. Deep learning is a subfield of artificial intelligence that allows the computer to adopt and learn some new rules. Deep learning algorithms can identify images, objects, observations, texts, and other structures. In recent years, scene text recognition has inspired many researchers from the computer vision community, and still, it needs improvement because of the poor performance of existing scene recognition algorithms. This research paper proposed a novel approach for scene text recognition that integrates bidirectional LSTM and deep convolution neural networks. In the proposed method, first, the contour of the image is identified and then it is fed into the CNN. CNN is used to generate the ordered sequence of the features from the contoured image. The sequence of features is now coded using the Bi-LSTM. Bi-LSTM is a handy tool for extracting the features from the sequence of words. Hence, this paper combines the two powerful mechanisms for extracting the features from the image, and contour-based input image makes the recognition process faster, which makes this technique better compared to existing methods. The results of the proposed methodology are evaluated on MSRATD 50 dataset, SVHN dataset, vehicle number plate dataset, SVT dataset, and random datasets, and the accuracy is 95.22%, 92.25%, 96.69%, 94.58%, and 98.12%, respectively. This paper shows the health monitoring and assessment of a three-phase induction motor in abnormal conditions using a machine learning algorithm. The convolutional neural network (CNN) and recurrent neural network (RNN) algorithms are the prominent methods used in machine learning algorithms, and the combined method is known as the CRNN method. The abnormal conditions of a three phase-induction motor are represented by three-phase faults, line-to-ground faults, etc. The pattern of fault current is traced, and key features are extracted by the CRNN algorithm. The performance parameters like THD (%), accuracy, and reliability of abnormal conditions are measured with the CRNN algorithm. The assessment of abnormal conditions is being realized at the terminals of a three-phase induction motor. A fuzzy logic controller (FLC) is also used to assess such abnormalities. It is observed that performance parameters are found to be better with the CRNN method in comparison to CNN, RNN, ANN, and other methods. Aiming at the problem that unmanned combat aerial vehicle (UCAV) is difficult to quickly and accurately perceive situation information and make maneuvering decision autonomously in modern air combat, which is easily affected by complex factors, a maneuvering decision algorithm of UCAV combined with deep reinforcement learning and game theory is proposed in this paper. Firstly, through the UCAV dynamics model and maneuver library, a reasonable air combat situation assessment model and advantage reward function are established, and the sample data of situation assessment indicators are constructed using the structure entropy weight method. Secondly, the convolutional neural network (CNN) is used to process the high-dimensional continuous situation features of UCAV in air combat, eliminate the correlation and redundancy between situation features, and train the neural network to approximate the action-value function. Then, the double deep Q network (DDQN) algorithm in reinforcement learning (RL) is introduced to train the agent by the interaction with the environment and combined with Minimax algorithm in stochastic game theory to solve the optimal value function in each specific state, and the optimal maneuver decision of UCAV is obtained. Air combat simulation results show that UCAV can choose maneuvers autonomously under different situations and occupy a dominant position quickly by this method, which greatly improves the combat effectiveness of UCAV. The developing countries are challenged with overbilling and underbilling, due to manual meter reading, which results in consumer dissatisfaction and loss of revenue. The existing automated meter reading (AMR) solutions are expensive; hence, sample-based manual snap auditing systems are introduced to control such meter reading inaccuracies. In these systems, the meter reader, besides reading, also collects meter images, which are used to manually audit the meter's accuracy. Although such systems are inexpensive, they are limited in their ability to be sustainable and ensure 100% accurate meter readings. In this paper, a novel offline optical character recognition (OCR) system-based Snap Audit system is proposed and tested for its efficient and real-time 100% accurate meter reading capabilities. The experimental results on 5,000 real-world instances show that the proposed approach processes an image in 0.05 seconds with 94% accuracy. Moreover, the developed approach is evaluated with four state-of-the-art algorithms: region convolution neural network (RCNN), nanonets, Fast-OCR, and PyTesseract. Convolutional neural network (CNN) training often necessitates a considerable amount of computational resources. In recent years, several studies have proposed for CNN inference and training accelerators in which the FPGAs have previously demonstrated good performance and energy efficiency. To speed up the processing, CNN requires additional computational resources such as memory bandwidth, a FPGA platform resource usage, time, power consumption, and large datasets for training. They are constrained by the requirement for improved hardware acceleration to support scalability beyond existing data and model sizes. This paper proposes a procedure for energy efficient CNN training in collaboration with an FPGA-based accelerator. We employed optimizations such as quantization, which is a common model compression technique, to speed up the CNN training process. Additionally, a gradient accumulation buffer is used to ensure maximum operating efficiency while maintaining gradient descent of the learning algorithm. To validate the design, we implemented the AlexNet and VGG-16 models on an FPGA board and laptop CPU along side GPU. It achieves 203.75 GOPS on Terasic DE1 SoC with the AlexNet model and 196.50 GOPS with the VGG-16 model on Terasic DE-SoC. Coronary heart disease (CHD) has become one of the most serious public health issues due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. Most of the existing coronary heart disease risk prediction models manually extract features based on shallow machine learning methods. It only focuses on the differences between local patient features and ignores the interaction modeling between global patients. Its accuracy is still insufficient for individualized patient management strategies. In this paper, we propose CHD prediction as a graph node classification task for the first time, where nodes can represent individuals in potentially diseased populations and graphs intuitively represent associations between populations. We used an adaptive multi-channel graph convolutional neural network (AM-GCN) model to extract graph embeddings from topology, node features, and their combinations through graph convolution. Then, the adaptive importance weights of the extracted embeddings are learned by using an attention mechanism. For different situations, we model the relationship of the CHD population with the population graph and the K-nearest neighbor graph method. Our experimental evaluation explored the impact of the independent components of the model on the CHD disease prediction performance and compared it to different baselines. The experimental results show that our new model exhibits the best experimental results on the CHD dataset, with a 1.3% improvement in accuracy, a 5.1% improvement in AUC, and a 4.6% improvement in F1-score compared to the nongraph model. In order to solve the shortcomings of complex calculation and time consumption of fabric physical simulation methods, many single-precision fabric simulation technologies based on machine learning methods have emerged and the amount of calculation is increased for regions with small changes. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes two multi-precision fabric modeling method based on machine learning. Firstly, the fabric mesh is simulated by the physical method, the initial position of the vertex is calculated, and the deformation of each region of the fabric is measured by Rayleigh quotient curvature, and the multi-precision fabric mesh is constructed. Secondly, the multi-precision fabric graph structure and geometry image are extracted from the multiprecision fabric mesh. Finally, the subgraph convolutional neural network and super-resolution network are trained to model the multi-precision fabric, and we compared the two different multi-precision fabric machine learning modeling methods. Through the experimental verification, in the garment modeling, the garment modeled by the subgraph convolutional neural network is no longer only dependent on the change of human joints, resulting in a more realistic effect. At the same time, the efficiency of the subgraph convolutional neural network is 25.3% higher than that of the single-precision garment modeling based on the machine learning method. In the cloth simulation, speed of the super-resolution network is nearly 16 times faster than that of the physical simulation, which supplements the imperfection of insufficient flexibility of the subgraph convolutional neural network modeling. Fault diagnosis of rotating machinery is an attractive yet challenging task. This paper presents a novel intelligent fault diagnosis scheme for rotating machinery based on ensemble dilated convolutional neural networks. The novel fault diagnosis framework employs a model training strategy based on early stopping optimization to ensemble several one-dimensional dilated convolutional neural networks (1D-DCNNs). By varying the dilation rate of the 1D-DCNN, different receptive fields can be obtained to extract different vibration signal features. The early stopping strategy is used as a model update threshold to prevent overfitting and save computational resources. Ensemble learning uses a weighted mechanism to combine the outputs of multiple 1D-DCNN subclassifiers with different dilation rates to obtain the final fault diagnosis. The proposed method outperforms existing state-of-the-art classical machine learning and deep learning methods in simulation studies and diagnostic experiments, demonstrating that it can thoroughly mine fault features in vibration signals. There are multiple methods based on gene expression, copy number variation, and methylation biomarkers for screening drug response have been developed. On the other hand, many machine learning algorithms have been applied in recent years to predict drug response, such as neural networks and random forests for the discovery of genomic markers of drug sensitivity for individual drugs in cancer cell lines. In this paper, we propose a drug response prediction algorithm based on 1D convolutional neural networks with attention mechanism and combined with pathway networks, which combines the individual histological data affecting drug response and considers the topological nature of the pathways to find the subpathways highly correlated with drug response and use this as a feature to predict drug response by training using convolutional neural networks. Thus, the output values will represent the probability of occurrence of each of these two categories. In this experiment, using five-fold cross-validation, the identification accuracy reached an average of 84.6%, which is 4.5% higher than the direct random forest approach for drug prediction with an AUC value. This proves that the use of the one-dimensional1D convolutional neural network with attention mechanism to predict the response of low-grade glioma patients and drugs has better prediction results. The deep learning methods for various disease prediction tasks have become very effective and even surpass human experts. However, the lack of interpretability and medical expertise limits its clinical application. This paper combines knowledge representation learning and deep learning methods, and a disease prediction model is constructed. The model initially constructs the relationship graph between the physical indicator and the test value based on the normal range of human physical examination index. And the human physical examination index for testing value by knowledge representation learning model is encoded. Then, the patient physical examination data is represented as a vector and input into a deep learning model built with self-attention mechanism and convolutional neural network to implement disease prediction. The experimental results show that the model which is used in diabetes prediction yields an accuracy of 97.18% and the recall of 87.55%, which outperforms other machine learning methods (e.g., lasso, ridge, support vector machine, random forest, and XGBoost). Compared with the best performing random forest method, the recall is increased by 5.34%, respectively. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of medical knowledge into deep learning through knowledge representation learning can be used in diabetes prediction for the purpose of early detection and assisting diagnosis. Coronary heart disease (CHD) has become one of the most serious public health issues due to its high morbidity and mortality rates. Most of the existing coronary heart disease risk prediction models manually extract features based on shallow machine learning methods. It only focuses on the differences between local patient features and ignores the interaction modeling between global patients. Its accuracy is still insufficient for individualized patient management strategies. In this paper, we propose CHD prediction as a graph node classification task for the first time, where nodes can represent individuals in potentially diseased populations and graphs intuitively represent associations between populations. We used an adaptive multi-channel graph convolutional neural network (AM-GCN) model to extract graph embeddings from topology, node features, and their combinations through graph convolution. Then, the adaptive importance weights of the extracted embeddings are learned by using an attention mechanism. For different situations, we model the relationship of the CHD population with the population graph and the K-nearest neighbor graph method. Our experimental evaluation explored the impact of the independent components of the model on the CHD disease prediction performance and compared it to different baselines. The experimental results show that our new model exhibits the best experimental results on the CHD dataset, with a 1.3% improvement in accuracy, a 5.1% improvement in AUC, and a 4.6% improvement in F1-score compared to the nongraph model. In order to solve the shortcomings of complex calculation and time consumption of fabric physical simulation methods, many single-precision fabric simulation technologies based on machine learning methods have emerged and the amount of calculation is increased for regions with small changes. Aiming at this problem, this paper proposes two multi-precision fabric modeling method based on machine learning. Firstly, the fabric mesh is simulated by the physical method, the initial position of the vertex is calculated, and the deformation of each region of the fabric is measured by Rayleigh quotient curvature, and the multi-precision fabric mesh is constructed. Secondly, the multi-precision fabric graph structure and geometry image are extracted from the multiprecision fabric mesh. Finally, the subgraph convolutional neural network and super-resolution network are trained to model the multi-precision fabric, and we compared the two different multi-precision fabric machine learning modeling methods. Through the experimental verification, in the garment modeling, the garment modeled by the subgraph convolutional neural network is no longer only dependent on the change of human joints, resulting in a more realistic effect. At the same time, the efficiency of the subgraph convolutional neural network is 25.3% higher than that of the single-precision garment modeling based on the machine learning method. In the cloth simulation, speed of the super-resolution network is nearly 16 times faster than that of the physical simulation, which supplements the imperfection of insufficient flexibility of the subgraph convolutional neural network modeling. In recent years, the recommendation application of artificial intelligence and deep music has gradually become a research hotspot. As a complex machine learning algorithm, deep learning can extract features with value laws through training samples. The rise of deep learning network will promote the development of artificial intelligence and also provide a new idea for music score recognition. In this paper, the improved deep learning algorithm is applied to the research of music score recognition. Based on the traditional neural network, the attention weight value improved convolutional neural network (CNN) and high execution efficiency deep belief network (DBN) are introduced to realize the feature extraction and intelligent recognition of music score. Taking the feature vector set extracted by CNN-DBN as input set, a feature learning algorithm based on CNN&DBN was established to extract music score. Experiments show that the proposed model in a variety of different types of polyphony music recognition showed more accurate recognition and good performance; the recognition rate of the improved algorithm applied to the soundtrack identification is as high as 98.4%, which is significantly better than those of other classic algorithms, proving that CNN&DBN can achieve better effect in music information retrieval. The application of machine learning technology to intelligent music creation has become a very important field in music creation. The main current research on music intelligent creation methods uses fixed coding steps in audio data, which lead to weak feature expression ability. Based on convolutional neural network theory, this paper proposes a deep music intelligent creation method. The model uses a convolutional recurrent neural network to generate an effective hash code, first preprocesses the music signal to obtain a Mel spectrogram, and then inputs it into a pretrained CNN to extract from its convolutional layers. The network space details and the semantic information of musical symbols are used to construct the feature map sequence using selection strategy for the feature map of each convolutional layer, so as to solve the problem of high data feature dimension and poor recognition performance. In the simulation process, the Mel cepstral coefficient method (MFCC) was used to extract the features of four different music signals, and the features that could represent each signal were extracted through the convolutional neural network, and the continuous signals were discretized and reduced. The experimental results show that the high-dimensional music data are dimensionally reduced at the data level. After the data are compressed, the correct rate of intelligent creation is as high as 98%, and the characteristic signal distortion rate is reduced to 5% below, effectively improving the algorithm performance and the ability to create music intelligently. Object detection is to identify objects and then find some objects of interest. With the development of computers, target detection has evolved from traditional detection methods to artificial intelligence methods, and the latter are mainly based on some algorithms of deep learning. This paper mainly tests the treated sewage. First, the neural network and convolutional neural network algorithms in deep learning are studied, and then a target detection system is built based on these two algorithms. Finally, the treated sewage is detected and then compared with that of the traditional target detection system. The experimental results show that the target detection system of the convolutional neural network algorithm has a very stable recognition rate for the treated sewage, swinging around 70%, and the amplitude is not large. This paper aims to explore the seismic mechanical properties of newly developed fabricated aerated lightweight concrete (ALC) wall panels to clarify the interaction mechanism between wall panels and structures. It first introduces the lightweight deep learning object detection algorithm and constructs a network model with faster operation speed based on the convolutional neural network. Secondly, combined with the deep learning object detection algorithm, the quasi-static loading system is adopted to conduct the repeated loading test on two fabricated ALC wall panels. Finally, the hysteresis load-displacement curve of each test is recorded. The experimental results show that the proposed deep learning algorithm greatly improves the operation speed and compresses the model size without reducing the accuracy. The lightweight deep learning algorithm is applied to the study of the slip performance of the wall plate. The pretightening force of the connecting screw characterizes the slip performance between the wall plate and the structural beam, thereby affecting the deformation response of the wall plate when the interstory displacement increases. The hysteresis curve of the ALC wall panel has obvious squeezing effect, indicating that the slip of the connector can unload part of the external load and delay the damage of the wall panel. The skeleton curve suggests that the fabricated windowless ALC wall panel has higher positive and negative initial stiffness and bearing capacity than the fabricated windowed wall panel. However, the degradation analysis of the stiffness curve reveals that the lateral stiffness deviation of the fabricated windowless ALC wall panel is more obvious. It confirms that the proposed connection method based on the lightweight deep learning model can improve the seismic performance of ALC wall panels and provide reference for the structural analysis of embedding fabricated ALC wall panels. Reducing the supply of oxygen to human cells negatively impacts humans, and multiorgan failure with a high mortality rate may, in certain circumstances, occur. Radiological pulmonary evaluation is a vital part of patient therapy for the critically ill patient with COVID-19. The evaluation of radiological imagery is a specialized activity that requires a radiologist. Artificial intelligence to display radiological images is one of the essential topics. Using a deep machine learning technique to identify morphological differences in the lungs of COVID-19-infected patients could yield promising results on digital images of chest X-rays. Minor differences in digital images that are not detectable or apparent to the human eye may be detected using computer vision algorithms. This paper investigates the migration learning AlexNet-based algorithm for the recognition of assembly building structures and the recognition based on an improved algorithm, and gives an analysis of the results. The structure of AlexNet convolutional neural network is introduced and the basic principles of migration learning are analysed. The optimal model for the ceiling damage recognition task was obtained through parameter adjustment, with a test accuracy of 96.6%. Text readability is very important in meeting people's information needs. With the explosive growth of modern information, the measurement demand of text readability is increasing. In view of the text structure of words, sentences, and texts, a hybrid network model based on convolutional neural network is proposed to measure the readability of English texts. The traditional method of English text readability measurement relies too much on the experience of artificial experts to extract features, which limits its practicability. With the increasing variety and quantity of text readability measurement features to be extracted, it is more and more difficult to extract deep features manually, and it is easy to introduce irrelevant features or redundant features, resulting in the decline of model performance. Gesture recognition utilizes deep learning network model to automatically extract deep features of data; however, traditional machine learning algorithms rely on manual feature extraction and poor model generalization ability. In this paper, a multimodal gesture recognition algorithm based on convolutional long-term memory network is proposed. First, a convolutional neural network (CNN) is employed to automatically extract the deeply hidden features of multimodal gesture data. Then, a time series model is constructed using a long short-term memory (LSTM) network to learn the long-term dependence of multimodal gesture features on the time series. On this basis, the classification of multimodal gestures is realized by the SoftMax classifier. Finally, the method is experimented and evaluated on two dynamic gesture datasets, VIVA and NVGesture. Experimental results indicate that the accuracy rates of the proposed method on the VIVA and NVGesture datasets are 92.55% and 87.38%, respectively, and its recognition accuracy and convergence performance are better than those of other comparison algorithms. Summary: Structural health monitoring of infrastructure especially bridges plays a vital role in post‐earthquake recovery. Coupling emerging techniques in machine learning with structural health monitoring can provide unprecedented tools for damage detection and identification. This paper explores the use of time‐series acceleration or displacement data collected from a shake‐table experiment of a two‐span bridge utilizing pretensioned rocking columns to predict the damage state of each bridge bent, where the major identified damage was the fracture of the longitudinal bars. To overcome the limitation of small data size collected during the shake‐table test that hindered the use of artificial neural networks and recurrent neural networks, the time‐series data were encoded into images using three methods Gramian angular summation field, Gramian angular difference field, and Markov transition field. Then, the encoded images were used as an input for convolutional neural network models. Three different data entries for the input layers were used including encoded images from recorded accelerations, drift ratios, and both. Two training/testing scenarios were proposed to test the efficacy of the convolutional neural networks. Convolutional neural network models trained on Markov transition field encoded images from acceleration performed with 100% accuracy during the training phase and more than 94% for the testing phase. Based on machine learning algorithms, this paper designs a crossborder e-commerce logistics service system recommendation algorithm. First, we introduce the meaning of query recommendation, analyze the mechanism of e-commerce platform shopping search, redesign the query recommendation process on this basis, establish a Markov decision process model for the problem, and solve the optimal recommendation strategy through deep machine learning algorithms. Second, we design a simple calculation example, use Python programming through a simulated shopping environment, give the solution process of the optimal recommendation strategy in the whole process, and prove the feasibility of the algorithm. The sentiment synthesis word vector is used as the input data structure of the text, the convolutional neural network model and the recurrent neural network model in machine learning are independently designed and constructed, and a shunt is proposed. Assessing the public opinion on food safety events constitutes an important job of government regulators. To optimize the government's management of food safety affairs, a promising way is to use artificial intelligence to improve the efficiency of food safety public opinion assessment. In this paper, we model the assessment of public opinion influence as a text classification task. The whole model adopts the ensemble learning framework, and it integrates naive Bayes, support vector machine, extreme gradient boosting, convolutional neural network, long- and short-term memory network, FastText, and BERT classification methods into the framework to form an ensemble learner. The ensemble learner is able to classify textual public opinion into high, medium, and low influence levels by learning from the samples assessed by human experts. To overcome the problem of unbalanced samples, we propose a sample generation method consisting of synonym replacement and semantic filtering to increase the number of high-influence samples. Real public opinion data collected from the Food Safety Department of the Chinese government are used for experiment. This paper, using an inverse signal approach, presents a novel deep learning algorithm based on a convolutional neural network (CNN) and bidirectional long short‐term memory (Bi‐LSTM) together with spectrograms for the classification of power quality disturbances (PQDs). The proposed method focuses on the region where the PQD event occurs, using a deep learning‐based spectrogram with the aim of increasing classification success rates. In the proposed approach, the time shift of the signal relative to the pure sine signal was found and relative to this time shift, an inverse sine wave was generated according to the original signal. By collecting this sine wave together with the original signal, spectrograms of both signals were obtained and converted into red/green/blue (RGB) images that were then combined. Finally, classification was carried out via CNN/Bi‐LSTM. In this context, 29 different disturbance events in both single and combined structures were used. By selecting the non-deep learning model as the comparison baseline, the performance advantages of CNN model under different categories of products are proved. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most important causes of mortality in elderly people, and it is often challenging to use traditional manual procedures when diagnosing a disease in the early stages. The successful implementation of machine learning (ML) techniques has also shown their effectiveness and its reliability as one of the better options for an early diagnosis of AD. But the heterogeneous dimensions and composition of the disease data have undoubtedly made diagnostics more difficult, needing a sufficient model choice to overcome the difficulty. Therefore, in this paper, four different 2D and 3D convolutional neural network (CNN) frameworks based on Bayesian search optimization are proposed to develop an optimized deep learning model to predict the early onset of AD binary and ternary classification on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. Moreover, certain hyperparameters such as learning rate, optimizers, and hidden units are to be set and adjusted for the performance boosting of the deep learning model. Bayesian optimization enables to leverage advantage throughout the experiments: A persistent hyperparameter space testing provides not only the output but also about the nearest conclusions. In this way, the series of experiments needed to explore space can be substantially reduced. Finally, alongside the use of Bayesian approaches, long short-term memory (LSTM) through the process of augmentation has resulted in finding the better settings of the model that too in less iterations with an relative improvement (RI) of 7.03%, 12.19%, 10.80%, and 11.99% over the four systems optimized with manual hyperparameters tuning such that hyperparameters that look more appealing from past data as well as the conventional techniques of manual selection. In recent years, deep learning has made good progress and has been applied to face recognition, video monitoring, image processing, and other fields. In this big data background, deep convolution neural network has also received more and more attention. In order to extract the ancient Chinese characters effectively, the paper will discuss the structure model, pool process, and network training of deep convolution neural network and compare the algorithm with the traditional machine learning algorithm. The results show that the accuracy and recall rate of the Chinese characters in the plaque of Ming Dynasty can reach the peak, 81.38% and 81.31%, respectively. When the number of training samples increases to 50, the recognition rate of MFA is 99.72%, which is much higher than other algorithms. This shows that the algorithm based on deep convolution neural network and big data analysis has excellent performance and can effectively identify the Chinese characters under different dynasties, different sample sizes, and different interference factors, which can provide a powerful reference for the extraction of ancient Chinese characters. For decades, machine learning techniques have been used to process Amharic texts. The potential application of deep learning on Amharic document classification has not been exploited due to a lack of language resources. In this paper, we present a deep learning model for Amharic news document classification. The proposed model uses fastText to generate text vectors to represent semantic meaning of texts and solve the problem of traditional methods. The text vectors matrix is then fed into the embedding layer of a convolutional neural network (CNN), which automatically extracts features. We conduct experiments on a data set with six news categories, and our approach produced a classification accuracy of 93.79%. The automatic diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease plays an important role in human health, especially in its early stage. Because it is a neurodegenerative condition, Alzheimer's disease seems to have a long incubation period. Therefore, it is essential to analyze Alzheimer's symptoms at different stages. In this paper, the classification is done with several methods of machine learning consisting of K -nearest neighbor (KNN), support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), linear discrimination analysis (LDA), and random forest (RF). Moreover, novel convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture is presented to diagnose Alzheimer's severity. The relationship between Alzheimer's patients' functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) images and their scores on the MMSE is investigated to achieve the aim. The feature extraction is performed based on the robust multitask feature learning algorithm. The severity is also calculated based on the Mini-Mental State Examination score, including low, mild, moderate, and severe categories. Results show that the accuracy of the KNN, SVM, DT, LDA, RF, and presented CNN method is 77.5%, 85.8%, 91.7%, 79.5%, 85.1%, and 96.7%, respectively. Moreover, for the presented CNN architecture, the sensitivity of low, mild, moderate, and severe status of Alzheimer patients is 98.1%, 95.2%,89.0%, and 87.5%, respectively. Based on the findings, the presented CNN architecture classifier outperforms other methods and can diagnose the severity and stages of Alzheimer's disease with maximum accuracy. Melanoma malignancy recognition is a challenging task due to the existence of intraclass similarity, natural or clinical artefacts, skin contrast variation, and higher visual similarity among the normal or melanoma-affected skin. To overcome these problems, we propose a novel solution by leveraging "region-extreme convolutional neural network" for melanoma malignancy recognition as malignant or benign. Recent works on melanoma malignancy recognition employed the traditional machine learning techniques based on various handcrafted features or the recently introduced CNN network. However, the efficient training of these models is possible, if they localize the melanoma affected region and learn high-level feature representation from melanoma lesion to predict melanoma malignancy. In this paper, we incorporate this observation and propose a novel "region-extreme convolutional neural network" for melanoma malignancy recognition. Our proposed region-extreme convolutional neural network refines dermoscopy images to eliminate natural or clinical artefacts, localizes melanoma affected region, and defines precise boundary around the melanoma lesion. The defined melanoma lesion is used to generate deep feature maps for model learning using the extreme learning machine (ELM) classifier. The proposed model is evaluated on two challenge datasets (ISIC-2016 and ISIC-2017) and performs better than ISIC challenge winners. Our region-extreme convolutional neural network recognizes the melanoma malignancy 85% on ISIC-2016 and 93% on ISIC-2017 datasets. Our region-extreme convolutional neural network precisely segments the melanoma lesion with an average Jaccard index of 0.93 and Dice score of 0.94. The region-extreme convolutional neural network has several advantages: it eliminates the clinical and natural artefacts from dermoscopic images, precisely localizes and segments the melanoma lesion, and improves the melanoma malignancy recognition through feedforward model learning. The region-extreme convolutional neural network achieves significant performance improvement over existing methods that makes it adaptable for solving complex medical image analysis problems.
